I recently visited CVS and was disappointed with the self-checkout experience. It's quite a hassle, especially when using coupons, which seems to confuse the system more than help. The situation became more stressful when I asked for assistance and the staff responded with a tone that felt more like scolding than helping. When one of my coupons didn't go through, the whole transaction had to be voided and redone at the counter. Although there was no direct acknowledgment of the issue from the staff, the fact that there was no further scolding made me feel somewhat validated. It's clear that the self-checkout system at CVS could seriously benefit from some user-friendly updates, especially for those of us trying to make the most of coupons.

This is the worst cvs I have ever visited. After waiting for long time and getting the medicine ready cvs message, they will tell you the medicine still not ready. Rude staff.

Made an order for pickup, went a little early and was told by the lady at the entrance to wait for another email when the order was ready and I told her I would come back. She canceled my order as soon as I got home. Pathetic place with people don't know what they are doing and lazy to the core. Avoid the place if you can.

I was disappointed with the experience with the nurses who provide care. They told me that my children's medication was not there and I called my doctor and she told me if it is already there but I don't know why they said it wasn't there.
