The lady working at the pharmacy counter is unpleasant. Looked visibly annoyed when I wanted to return an OTC medication and was quite curt when I asked a few questions. Frankly not going back there.

They closed off half an isle to administer flu shots because they don’t have a proper designated area to do so. Of course it’s the isle and section I need to get to but I can’t go in until she’s done giving a shot to everyone who was waiting (at least 4 more people). They don’t even have enough room to sit anywhere so we are all just standing right by the pharmacy line taking up more space for those who were tryin to pick up prescriptions. They need to remodel because none of that set up made any sense.

This CVS is crusty. Walgreens on Harrison is worth the drive. Rant down belowThe pharmacist was very rude and dismissive. After canceling my appointment for a vaccine via email, I went into the store for clarification. She kept brushing me off about why they had canceled my appointment. She kept gesturing to other work and had the audacity to tell me, "you can see that i'm busy," when I asked for a clear answer as to why my appointment was canceled.I left not understanding why they canceled my appointment and came back later the same day in hopes of the pharmacist being in an agreeable mood—she was anything but that. Instead, she was very annoyed that I had come back. I am far from argumentative, but I did insist on getting a clear answer for my appointment cancellation; I assured her that I understood she was frustrated but only wanted an answer—she responded with, "you obviously don't understand because you came back." All I wanted was a vaccine or something to provide my employer to explain why they refused to give me one—neither was provided.

I consistently receive full and supportive attention when my turn comes to speak with both staff and pharmacists. I find them willing to offer guidance and problem solve. I embarrassingly left a medication at the counter today and Shashi reached out to me by phone and offered to hold it until I could return. You don't get much better attention and care than that! I value them as members of my heath team.

The pharmacist is rude and seemingly incompetent. She talks excessively and repetetively, but does not listen and cannot answer simple questions like "Was this prescription filled?" Half of what the pharmacy staff states on the phone is made up because they rarely check to find out what really happened. You will listen to utter nonsense which will be repeated ad nausium. They put back medication without ever notifying the patient that their prescription is ready. They send text messages to land lines, see them get rejected and do nothing. We still have messages from CVS on our answering machine, but apparently this pharmacist does not know how to activate that process. Having watched this pharmacy in action and spoken to the pharmacist, it is frightening that customers rely on them for medical needs beyond filling prescriptions. Look at the mayhem!

Incredibly disappointed by my last visit. 5 people working there, including the pharmacist. I spent 10 minutes waiting in line at the regular pickup area, only to be told to go to the other window, and then spent another 20 minutes waiting until I could then do the same pickup process a second time. While I was waiting the staff appeared unconcerned with the customers waiting. It blows my mind that in 2019 the basics of operating ("oh wow we have a large backup of customers, someone *Literally ANYONE* should handle those customers). I like to think I am a relatively calm person, but I left feeling livid.

The head pharmacist helped me with an emergency medication situation and I am so grateful!I have ALWAYS had really nice customer service-- employees who greet me and randomly ask if I need help finding anything. I use this CVS pharmacy for medication even though there is a closer one because this one has never screwed up my medication and if there is a refill issue or some confusion, THEY have always figured it out for me. There will often be a wait, especially on weekends, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 5mins. Pharmacists are very bright and courteous (mostly Rutgers graduates I believe). It never occurred to me that this CVS was small until I went into other ones. Now I know that it IS small. It does not have things like a pets section that other CVSs have. Parking can be tricky, especially if you're not from Princeton.

I work for an organization that requires frequent contact with the Pharmacy for coordination of care for patients. CVS always comes through for our patients with excellent customer service, quick response times and superb problem solving. I hope they know how powerful a force they are in improving patients lives. Thank you.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 20 years and the staff is unfailingly polite and hard-working, and, in fact, has worked wonders for our family many, many times. The pharmacists go the extra mile, as does the staff, and we are grateful. I go miles out of my way to keep using this CVS because they are there when you need them.

Best pharmacy in Princeton and surrounding area! I have been to every other pharmacy (not just CVS) in the area and tried to get my prescription. At best they were out of stock and would refer me to some other pharmacy down the street (hence why I went to 4 in one day all pushing me to the next) wouldn't offer to order it for me or would flat out refuse, and at worse be very nasty and hostile toward me. This CVS did not only have my medication, but the friendliness of the person I spoke to (at drop off and pickup) ensured me that had they not, they would have offered to order it for me.

Usually fairly decent, but prescriptions do take quite a while to be dropped off/picked up. I’m not sure if it’s because of the long lines, or what, but just be aware that this CVS is not the best to go to if you’re very busy as they do take quite a while to fill prescriptions.

This pharmacy's incompetence and poor management is both well known in the community and persistent. They are regularly 'delayed' in terms of dispensing medication oft relying on vague 'distribution disruptions' as their principle excuses. Furthermore, they once literally dispensed the wrong compound to an ill family member. If you or your loved ones have any other plausible option I would urge you in the strongest possible terms to avoid this CVS.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. Upon arriving, the assistant said she would check with the pharmacist. I heard her asking the pharmacist to give me a flu shot to which he replied loudly "I am not doing that, I am not doing that". Even though I had an appointment, I was told to come the next day with no apology, no explanation. They were very rude. If you can go somewhere else, you should.

Long wait times and unreliable communication. Paid $150 for a drug that they would reimburse as soon as the insurance situation was resolved. Two days later another employee explained that they couldn’t reimburse me for what I had already paid upfront. There is a friendlier and better pharmacy next door.

An okay CVS. Staff there are fine, sometimes nice to you, and sometimes not polite. The store is small though, and doesn't carry a lot of the things that I would need, and their items are a bit too expensive, but it's fine for a CVS. I do suggest going to Rite Aid, though, as a lot of their items are cheaper, and they carry more.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Staff could care less whether you are going to withdraw from not getting your Rx. I always have to come back numerous times for my Rx. They held up my prescription for a week because they lied about sending a fax through to my doctor. Lines are long, staff does not inspire confidence.

I can't say enough good things about CVS Nassau pharmacy. It has been my pharmacy for more than 30 years, including last year when I was the caregiver for a terminally ill patient whose mulitple medications changed every week. The staff (pharmacists and assistants) are unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Yes, it can be a challenge to park. Yes, the store is smaller than most, so the aisles are, at best, "cozy." But this store is trying to go above and beyond to serve its clients.

Can I give negative stars? I went into the store with 2 Cvs RXs and an RX that was filled at another pharmacy. I tried to call for 2 days with no luck on getting anyone to answer. When I went into the store, I handed the gentleman the bottle and watched him write down all the information. He told me it would be 2 hrs and so naturally I didn’t wait. I came back in 2.5 hrs and my meds were ready. As she grabbed them, I noticed she only had 2. I asked about the other (heart med FYI) and she said she had no record of the script, anyone attempting to call etc. I started to cry as I was assured it would be ready, gave all the info, watched the man write it all down etc. The pharmacist asked some questions, they said at first I would have to wait another few hrs etc. when she found out what it was, I watched the pharmacist call and it was ready. I had a similar issue while picking up some other meds. They also assured me they would call to get a refill on another med and surprise surprise they didn’t do it. I now am in another state and the CVS I am trying to get meds filled at cannot even get ahold of them to release one of my meds. This store I would stay away from at all costs. I will never get my meds filled here again and honestly, I don’t think any of the staff there cares.

You have to spend 20-30 minutes there just to pick us your ready prescription! It is practically impossible to find parking there. You have to park 2-3 blocks away and make sure to pay for 30 min or more, or you will find a nice parking ticket on your car after spending half an hour in CVS line.Jeremy (the person who served me today) was absolutely non-professional, extremely slow and rude. Shouldn't you be able to locate labeled bags on the shelf to work there?Such a waste of time!Go to any other pharmacy around and avoid all the frustrations.

Staff is very friendly. The wait times can be long. If you try to call the pharmacy, don’t bother. I’ve waited over 10 minutes for someone to pick up but to no avail. This is s heavily used store. They need to have the staff to back this up.

The pharmacy is decent but the store overall is mediocre to poor. We've had various bad experiences with cashiers and photo processing. If you're just in need of a convenience store to buy packaged goods it's fine.

Pharmacists are great; they caught a billing error & passed through 4 pairs of hands in < 5 minutes. Way, way better than the CVS in Plainsboro, my doctor in Plainsboro told me that and it was true.

I lived above this store for about a year and went here on a weekly basis. Maybe because they knew me they were nicer to me, but I never had any of the trouble that the other reviewers have had. Sure the lines get long at the pharmacy if you go right after everyone gets off work, it is the only option for like 20 miles. I like this place.

Was asked to wait till HE (<- assuming he must be the pharmacist) was done organizing stuff. So I waited then this lady walks in and one of the pharmacy staff jumps right in and asks if there is anything she could help??? Really?? Bad service, no wonder why this place has a low rating.

I take a fairly common prescription medication. After being told they'd have it back in stock in 5 days, it still hasn't been shipped to their pharmacy and I'm being told it may be in "at the end of the week".Use a different pharmacy, it's worth the drive.

This pharmacy is awful. Totally disorganized, line takes forever even when there are only a few people in line. They never seem to be able to find anyone's medication.

Like going to the DMV. They "found" my prescription 8 hours after it was submitted and were "working on it right now". Come back later!

Extremely slow service, everyone has to wait a minimum of 15 to 25 min despite order being ready for pick up. The staff is always confused and always lost. It is a nightmare to be at this place.
