I’m currently in a genuine state of shock. I just got off the phone with an employee of this store, after realizing that the food I’d been feeding my 2 month old kitten was expired. She has been sick over the past 36 hours, and my fiancé just noticed this morning that the products we purchased for her, and have been feeding her, expired several months ago.When I called to explain the situation/let them know that they had food stocked on their shelves that had EXPIRED, the only response I received was an apathetic “the manager will be in tomorrow”.For folks working at a pet shop, selling high-end products, I thought perhaps they might want to know that they could be harming other animals, and would take the initiative to contact their manager themselves, at the very least.I do hope to hear from the manager today, but I don’t think I’ll ever be shopping at this store again.

Five stars, Five Stars, Five Stars! They were super super helpful and caring! I cannot explain how nice and informative they were. My puppy is experiencing a pretty bad allergic reaction, they helped me pick out the right products and the biggest part for me was how much they cared. Thank you beautiful ladies at Concord for helping Benny and me out! We will never forget it. 🙏🏼❤️

Great selection and service. A quiet store but fully stocked with everything a pet and pet owner would need. Food prices on the Hill's brand seemed very competitive but I didn't look for long. Give them a try if you're in the shopping center and want to update your pets appearance or try a specialized diet for teeth, skin, joints, etc.

Wonderful store with very helpful staff and a large variety of products. Mostly premium, healthy, high quality brands with tons of natural and grain free food options. A wide array of items for various specialty diets (Raw, freeze dried, and so on). Lots of available dog/cat health supplements and vitamins. I love browsing the aisles - there are always new products and brands coming in. Above everything else, as mentioned, the staff is truly knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Not pushy about making sales either. If something isn't in stock (uncommon), they are quick to order it for you.

Nice variety of food and products, and associate was very sweet and knowledgeable; she encouraged me to bring my 2 furbabies next time. I just wish they had prices in their products/marked on the shelves, as opposed to having to ask the price of everything.

We have been shopping at this store since we adopted our dog TWO years ago and We formed personal relationships with the manager and the staff - old and new.We had called Three times, leaving messages for manager James about an issue he promised to rectify since December 3rd. Unfortunately, today we realized that either the staff is not giving him these messages OR he has chosen to ignore a two year steady customer.We remain very disappointed!

Awesome customer service and great variety. If you come in with your doggie, they will even have complimentary treats! Overall has less of a corporate vibe and more of a personal, pet and family-friendly place.

Jim the manager is a gem. Buy with the frequent shoppers discounts they offer. Otherwise prices run on the high side, but quality and responsive customer service justify the pricing. They are very kind to your animals.

This place is unshoppable. Packed to the gills with product and I had an incredibly hard time finding what I needed. I walked around the store for 15 minutes and the two people working stood behind the register like they were chained to it. Customer service could use some help.
