The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. My infant son needed 0.7 ml of medicine and they gave me this big syringe which was impossible to measure 0.7 on a 5 ml syringe. I asked for a smaller syringe and she said no. I went back to pick up my own prescription, they couldn’t find it and told me to come back later, so I did. They didn’t look for it and the pharmacist just redid it. They are slow, won’t help you with medication discounts, and does not show any respect for your time and wellbeing. Zero stars for customer service. We went to CVS and were floored at how wonderful it is in comparison.

Terrible pharmacy….the new lady in this pharmacy has no concern of the customers the pharmacist in charge is indifferent. They never have prescription ready even if they say will be ready. Someone at the pharmacy forgot to tell enter my prescription in the system and it is my problem not theirs.

I had an urgent RX sent by my doctor to my normal Walgreens in Burlington. I used the app as soon as it was received by Walgreens to change the pickup location to 41 Princeton Hightstown rd. It said it was transferred. I then get a message that it’s ready in Burlington. I go back into the app to request it be transferred to 41 Princeton Hightstown rd again. After another hour I get a message there’s a problem to call the pharmacy. After audio response hell I finally get someone on the phone. I give my name and dob, and phone, name again, name again, the name of the rx, and the woman says “oh yes we have that rx, ok it will be ready in a few minutes” I wait 10 minutes and drive to 41 Princeton Hightstown road and after waiting for the 1 person ahead of me to get their rx (took forever) the person at the counter says “that’s not ready yet and the pharmacist is out to lunch for another 1/2 hour” seriously. I will never use this Walgreens again if I can help it. If they moved any slower they’d be going in reverse.Update: Picked the rx up after work and when I got home counted the pills and of course 1 short. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible patient service on the pharmacy side. I called and before I could even fi ish my question a woman with an Asian accent kept cutting me off. Even after i expressed how rude she was being, she didn't care and refused to help today 10/23/23.

There’s a reason why the ratings are this bad the pharmacy has me drive 30 min away then to say they didn’t call that it was ready even tho they did no organization and the main pharmacist older miserable lady is rude and nasty choose any other place.

Terrible pharmacy! Avoid at all costs. The doctor had to call this pharmacy back to help us follow up even after already prescribing the medicine hours ago. The pharmacy then said it would take over an hour to fill. When we got there they said it wasn't in stock. They never bothered calling us so that we could make other arrangements for our urgent medicine.

The service at this pharmacy is so bad. It was a 2-hour travel covid NAAT test, but it took almost 6 hours for the results to arrive in the email, after 4 unsuccessful phone calls, and then sitting in the store waiting for the results to finally arrive. The clerk kept saying it wasn't her fault. Was it the customer's fault? If you don't want to delay your flight, you'd better go somewhere else

This pharmacy is very disappointing in terms of its service and ethics. Even though it is closest to my home, I will never use this pharmacy again but rather drive a bit further away to use other pharmacies.The pharmacy staff there were always very slow. What made it worst was that they played the trick to make me buy expensive over the counter medicine instead of my doctor-prescribed cheap version. Being just 3 days after delivered a baby and been to this pharmacy for 3 times and still not be able to pick up the doctor-prescribed medicine, I end up just overpaid the expensive OTC version and wondering why did use them for my prescription.Besides the pharmacy, the staff for the consumer goods area were not better. The lady at the check-out counter made the incorrect return between two cards. She looked straight at the messed-up receipts and refused to correct it.No ethics as a business.

I went to pick up a package via FEDEX and the woman behind the counter was extremely unhelpful. First, I waited in line and when I said I was picking up a package she said "ok let me take the rest of the line behind you before I get it." Then I gave her the QR to scan and she couldn't figure out how to scan it. I have her multiple tracking numbers and again couldn't help. Then she said it is required I have my ID, even though my email clearly shows the email and tracking from FEDEX. I have never once needed an ID to pick up a package. I drove out of my way to pick this package up and now I have to come back on my own time because the employee wasn't willing to help. It should say my NAME on the package which I also gave her and showed her my work ID badge with my full name on it. Horrible customer service and she was laughing rudely the entire time.

Received voicemail messages that my wife’s prescription was ready. Went to the drive through window. Gave the name and was told they did not have anything. I stated I have calls saying it was ready. I had to push multiple times until she said ‘oh I do have it”. Completely unacceptable. No regard to customer service. If I had not pushed for her to quadruple check we would have left without an important prescription. Very bad customer experience. Very disappointed. Unacceptable way to tear a customer. .

The staff in this Walgreens location is friendly, but I would recommend a couple of improvements in services: (1) when the pharmacy has problem processing the prescription, the patient should be notified asap. Merely a message like "your prescription is still under processing" is not enough and will cause significant delay for patients who desperately need the medication; lack of communication is a serious problem here; and (2) please be more careful in processing the prescription--today I had to spend 1 hour in making multiple phone calls to the doctor's office and insurance company until I was told that the pharmacy made a mistake in processing the prescription. Sometimes a small error like this will result in confusion and delay in getting the vital medications.

Staff has been friendly in the past but I am shocked with my recent experience. Was refused Flu vaccine at 4:29 because it was too close to their 5:00 closing time. This is when I was the only patient in the pharmacy. Super shocking. The lady at the counter did not even bother to give it a try. Whole world is getting efficient so I expect better from Walgreens. I hope that is not too much of an ask.

Very rude staff. No matter how many scripts doctor called in, they are always delayed, then they call you for pick up, and it's never a complete order. They have always several pills from the script and have no shame to tell you that you need to go to cvs to get the rest. Sorry, I ll go to cvs to the entire script.

This is a shout out to an employee who really helped me. Today I went in to get a covid test, but I don't have a car, so I went by bike. The email says not to go in the store if you don't have a car, but to call and ask for further directions. I was on hold for over 15 minutes, and worried no one would answer before my time slot. You ran out of the store with a man's Easter baskets (which he'd forgotten at the register), and on the way back, saw me, and I guess could tell I was feeling lost. When I explained, you told me to just walk in and talk to the people in the pharmacy. I walked back, managed to double check that it was ok to do to the drive through with my bike, and I got tested in time. I can get rather paralyzed when I'm given a set of rules that don't seem to be working, but you were so kind and friendly, that it really helped. If you ever read this, thank you.

Customer service is sorely lacking. They offer lots of apologies but should focus on completing prescriptions when they tell you they will. All previous records of vaccinations, etc. are missing Who knows why and where they went. There are better pharmacies.

Today I went to this shop for COVID updated booster vaccine shot, I had to wait for some time in line but the guy who gave me the shot, he gave a pain less shot. I didn’t feel the pinch even. It was excellent.

In my many years of dealing with chronic medical problems, I have come across dozens and dozens of nameless and unmemorable pharmacists in passing. As the world of prescription medications has become more and more a corporate business and less and less like the old Mom and Pop shops where you felt safe knowing your medications needs and confidentiality were being taken care of. The customer service in the pharmaceutical world has suffered in general, making an often scared, sick, hurting person feel like they are nothing but simply the number printed on their insurance card. Prior to meeting Kumar, the pharmacist for Rite Aid in Princeton Junction, NJ, I had not realized that there were still pharmacists out there who knew how to take care of a patient because what I’d grown accustomed to was waiting for hours for a pharmacist or tech in a white lab coat to robotically count pills by 5s, not even glancing up at the human being in front of them. From even my second interaction with Kumar, he was familiar with my medical problems, my medications, my allergies. He took the time to treat me like a person and never failed to even take the time to ask after my wife and children. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my family’s medication needs are met, and while running out for a prescription refill used to feel like an unpleasant chore, I now look forward to our friendly interactions and his knowledgeable questions and advisement. Kumar is truly one of the good ones, and I will never go anywhere else.

I called to see if they have a merchandise in stock , Brandon picked up the phone , he checked and says yes they do have it in stock . I asked if he could hold it on me . He says Walgreens policy doesn’t allow associate to hold on the merchandise for anyone . Then I immediately drove to the store . I saw a manager has 2 boxes of the merchandise that I was looking for . I asked if I could have it . He said No , this item has been reserved for a customer who called the store earlier. I told him I called the store earlier too and I was told Walgreens doesn’t hold merchandise to anyone . Then he asked me what time I called . I called 8:50 am . Manager says that customer called at 8:10 am . Then he just walked away .How can Walgreens change the policy within minutes to an hour ?I left very frustrated and upset

I have been with this spcecific pharmacy for over a decade, starting at the time it still was a RiteAid. My main reason for staying with them is the proximity to my reaidence. This is the only reason. As far as the services are concerned, it often is a needless fight to get the correct prescription and the amount delivered. If you happen to be doing business with this specific location, ALWAYS OPEN YOUR BAG AND VERIFY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.

Placed a photo order with walgreen for same day pickup. They didnt bother to call me. When I called the, I was told to check next day. Next day when I called them, I was asked to place order somewhere else since they cant print the metal photo.

It is the most worst in service store, they ask me for Name, Birth date, Phone number, Address, Pin code number, Medicaid card, and much more that I forgot at this time and all the time it takes more than half an hour to stand, it is not possible for me after the age of 70. Attitude was worst in asking all the questions.

Most staff is knowledgeable but could smile more. Its newly renovated and fully stocked, at least when ive been there. On the otherhand medicatuons are not always in inventory.The drive through is not always manned and at times you may have to wait a bit.
