Poor variety, over priced, the guy in front of me at the checkout line had to complain about an over charge, i personally got shorted on my change, never coming back here for sure.

The worst customer service ever. It seems like there’s a few reviews about how rude these employees are and there’s nothing being done about this! I went there today and George was extremely rude. I went to purchased lottery and he had a problem that I was filling out my ticket on the counter by the register which is where they placed the tickets and pencils and told me to go over by the coffee machines, because I asked for a napkin because the counter was wet with the bluntville sprays that they didn’t clean up. Then he puts my ticket through the machine and it played 4 games when I played 3 games, I asked him why it played extra numbers and he kept saying it’s $8 do I want it or not. Then he had the nerves to tell me next time to play quick pick, like who says that to a paying customer? that’s my choice on weather I want to choose my own numbers or not, then he continues to talk about where I choose to fill out my ticket. I asked for a manager and he’s like there’s a lot of managers so I asked for his manager and he was standing right there the whole time and said nothing then came over like like what happened? And George started laughing and said nothing happened but I explained what happened which I don’t understand how he didn’t hear anything when he was standing right there and then starts apologizing for George’s behavior.This is the worst place to go, if George continues to be employed there I will never return. He was very rude and not helpful.

Ego ahead of customer service. John, a cashier at this location, chooses to allow his ego ahead of providing adaqet customer service. Perhaps he forgot what it is to provide a good customer serviceexperience.Over a single ripped 1$ bill, that was taped together and all there. He wouldn't accept though this wasn't a policy. He showed me that they have clearly accepted them in the past, as he pointed to other bills accepted in worse condition than my own, in hes till. Banks will accept it and it wouldn't have been too much trouble for him to accept and turn into the bank for full value.I am an avid customer and frequent the location for the past 3 years as it provides both my vehicles with gas. I stop in at least three times a week to fill up, pick up snacks or get reeses buttercups for my children. The regular staff can attece to my presence.I am appalled by John's adamance to not extend me the curticies to good customer, above his will not to do so. I will no longer no longer be getting my gas or any items from this location until I receive an appropriate explanation.I provided a picture of the bill in question, perhaps someone can help me reconcile my dilemma.

Friday June 4. 9:48 PM. A less than two dollar purchase. I handed over two totally valid and legal dollar bills. One was partially ripped. Any bank would have taken it. They refused to take the bill. I guess I’m glad that wasn’t my only dollar bill or this store would have turned me away completely. I told them it was a completely valid bill and legal tender. They told me I did not work there and they were refusing. The employees need training in customer service and legal tender. Glad I don’t live in the area, because no matter the circumstance, I will never be giving them business in the future.

I am not entirely sure why the clerks here are so rude. and possibly allowed to be rude. It is not acceptable., nor appropriate. I have seen it numerous times. I've dealt with the public for work, most if my whole life. Never would I would want to be as rude or Inappropriate as most of them are here.We all, at one point or another feeling our lives our crummy, or maybe someone took their stuff out on us. But this is no reason to take anything out on a customer in a place of business. What this is. a reason to seek individual therapy.

I'm a guard for the local school district. I have been a regular customer with this 7/11. I would say about 3 mornings per week, I'd stop in at around 6:20am., to purchase a protein shake and two waters. They make at least $25 per week from me. When I come in, I usually have work I.d. and SORA license around my neck and I'm in security uniform.This morning after I took my protein shake out of cooler, and grabbed my waters, I stoped at their ATM machine to get my balance before heading to counter. The black employee that always stands at the front with his arms folded, came over and started glaring at me, like I was up to know good. I guess he's like a loss prevention type of clerk. But, this guy sees me all of the time. They know exactly where I work, and they accept my business 3 mornings a week. Why treat me as if I'm suspicious and unfamiliar? I won't be going back to this place. Another thing that bugs me about their loss prevention clerk, is that I never notice him hovering over and glaring at their white customers.

I love the convenient location of this place. Always clean and have tons of variety. People are very nice too. They make fresh chicken bbq 8 pieces for $3 in different flavors - and they are simply delicious and filling. I go there often for my gas, coffee, drinks and snacks.

I used to visit often to play my pick it numbers, I stopped due the incompetence of the staff. I took a chance last nite only because no other store was available. I played my tickets and the old tickets were given to me but the new tickets mysteriously disappeared. I asked to see video footage and some blackly (Mgr..i guess) said that the clerk gave the tickets to me. I returned the next day a spoke to Dan (Day Manager who was rude and said he wouldnt allow me to review footage. So add theft to the list of complaints. I will never set foot in there again.

thursday dec. 30th 2021. store employee is very rude and disrespectful towards me and other customers AND employees. last night (dec 29th, 2021) she argued with me about not having a mask on as she smoked her cigarette. mind you i live a minute away and go to this 7-eleven more than once a day (redbulls are superior) and was never told anything about the mask after the law was no longer enforced statewide. today (dec 30th) my friend goes in without a mask to buy me a red bull as i stay in the car, she doesn’t say anything about the mask but speaks in a very rude manner. she is very aggressive and has no respect for her customers. unfortunately, i don’t know her name which is why i stated when her shift is. (she is the only one inside).my beloved 7-eleven, don’t let me down please.EDIT- now january 18th, 2022, after going through the process 7/11 stated in their reply, i haven’t yet received a single email addressing any of my problems or any updates on any of my claims.7-eleven… do better.

I go to this 711 frequently but on March 15th around 230pm three employees who were doing NOTHING....when I came in ...I was on a lunch break so yes slightly in a rush but I waited and waited...let me also add. No CUSTOMERS was in the store so what I was waiting on was confusing.i swear they were in the back acting very unprofessional with one another because you would have thought there was a hundred ppl in there...loss my business because all three men would rather do homosexual activities with one another than take care of customers! Very unprofessional!! Management needs to be present with these employees..Description they were all white men happened on March 15th between 230 and 3p.

So i go to this 7 eleven on 78 princeton Hightstown road almost every day this nice polite young lady is always by herself in the morning. I have seen this lady work so hard that i feel bad for her. Hopefully 7-Eleven recognizes what a great employee they've hired. The only reason I return is because of the service she provides. P.s and the green tea 🍵

We stopped here yesterday to grab a diet coke and a gatorade. A young man --a customer--in a wheel-chair attempted to enter the 7-11 but found that the wheelchair ramp was COMPLETELY BLOCKED by plastic crates. The attendant at the gas pump ignored us and stayed on his cell phone while we asked him for help moving the crates. The curb was too high for us to simply help the young man off the curb and back up. Finally we managed to alert the young clerk behind the counter immediately ran out to move the crates, but by this time the young man in the chair had been in the direct sunlight for what? 5 minutes? trying to find a way in? We should have read the situation better and intervened more quickly but BLOCKING THE RAMP violates both code and law and should not have happened. The two concrete trash cylinders, combined with the swing of the door, further impeded the young man entrance into the store. This must be changed.

This store is always bright and cheery. They also have assorted mini package fruit for $1 occasionally. Every now and then I press my luck here and purchase a lotto ticket and always find myself having a friendly conversation with the staff. Behind the store is a park/field and chairs. I don't know about lingering here too long but maybe an on foot explorer may opt to sip their slurpy there before venturing onward.

Typically not a 7-11 customer but I came here in princeton hightstown amazing customer service,food is fresh on shelf. Store is impeccably clean. I will shop here when back in area. Love the great personality of the staff. Made my day

Came here for a bite to eat July 24th at 7pm. He asked if it was possible to have pizza or cheesy bred. He said there is nothing. Too lazy to cook. I'm so sad.

The Worst Customer Service Ever Amongst My 711’s Experiences.AND PLEASE CUT THAT LOUD MUSIC DOWN...IS IT JUST ME WHO RECOGNIZED THEY DON’T SAY THANK-YOU! All one has to do is just travel down the road unto the Princeton campus area, That 711 Is Far Better!

I recently moved into the area I figured I come to this 711 because it's convenient I been here a few time in a month I stopped recently because of the customer service a black lady that's a manager and even there a white store manager that is disrespectful to customers I came in one day and seen the black manager cursing out a customer Everytime I did go in there it's a unpleasant feeling none of the employees including MANAGERS!!! DONT DO ANYTHING and one employee wasn't even present outside while me and other customers was waiting for at least an HR I left it's so unprofessional how they treat there customers I strongly suggest no one visit this 711 if you good service I stopped going because of that

Nice convenience store with many options. They even have niche things like vegan cookies and free matchbooks. I don't recommend asking for help with any vehicle issues though.

DO NOT GET GAS HERE. Got charged 100$ On my credit card even though I only asked for 25$ of gasoline. Didn’t get a receipt back but didn’t think about it at the time. Been going to this place since it opened up years ago. Owner/staff wouldn’t help me at all to get my refund of 75$. DO NOT GO HERE. So disappointed
