I’m not a review leaver but this deserves 5 stars and a great review!! Well done!! I ordered 50 Cape May Salts to be shipped to my home in NC. The shipping was great, arrived early this morning just as scheduled. The oysters are packaged perfectly, in a nice styrofoam container surrounded by cold bags and a unique “freshness coldness seal” that is inside the styrofoam box. I haven’t seen this used, what a great little gadget! You know your oysters have remained refrigerator cold! I began eating oysters with my dad as a teen. I still eat a dozen or more a week. Open them myself! I have eaten thousands in my lifetime. This was my first experience with Cale May Salts. These Cape May Salt oysters are incredible. My oysters were all singles, well formed, clean. The shells were deep cups. Bodies full within the shells. Firm flesh but they melt in your mouth. The name Salts implies that they will be a “saltier” tasting oyster. Not the case. The salinity is perfect.No wonder these are rated top oysters! What a great experience.I’ll be back!

The people are very friendly and helpful. The oysters are fresh and melt in your mouth. If you don't know how to shuck them they have a video and sell tool's to make it easier! Need to order some today!

We recently made our first attempt at shucking oysters. Thanks to the helpful people at Cape May Salt Oyster Farms, we were successful almost from the very start. Their on-line shucking video is clear and succinct and we got additional tips from the staff when we picked up our order. After just a few tries, we had it down! And the oysters were top-quality and delicious. I highly recommend both the staff and the product at CMSOF.

Cape May Salts are the best oysters bar none. First stumbled across them at Docs Oyster house in AC, now they have become a staple in our family, I regularly make the journey to Port Norris to grab a bag full of oyster fresh off the boat, nothing like sitting on the back deck shucking and slurping with friends and family and few ice cold beers. Heaven on Earth!!

We stopped by Cape May Salts on an impromptu ride and happened on the oyster company. A friend had been raving about the Cape May Salt oysters so I stopped in without calling ahead to place an order. Several people offered help (including the truck driver waiting to pick up a large order). This is the actual processing plant so everyone was very busy...but also, friendly and helpful.We tried just a dozen of the CMS and they were delicious...fresh and tender. Next time we will call ahead and order more!

Some of the best Oysters on the East Coast!!! Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - I've had them both in local restaurants as well as directly thru the farms (Oyster Tour was the best!). I've ordered directly through the farm for pick up and the product is always fresh and packed on ice in it's own cooler. Highly recommend.

These are some of the best oysters you'll find. Raised and harvested in the briney Delaware Bay they have a smooth creamy texture that really shines when eaten raw on the half shell. I'm sure they will ship the oysters, but if you want a real experience, drive down to Bivalve and buy them at the docks. The prices are good.

I got a sampler pack 2 weeks ago and they were awesome! Last weekend l got 3 dozen of the Salts...our favorites.A drop of hot sauce and a drizzle of fresh lemon....addictive! Just placed my order for tomorrow. Jay and Jenny are fabulous to deal with!!

Can’t say enough good things about them. Ordered online for curbside pickup at their HQ, they called 10 mins before arrival just to make sure that we knew that everything was all set with the pickup. Oysters were well packed with ice packs in a styrofoam cooler. Delicious flavor and great customer service!

I have been to events that Cape May Salt attended. I have eaten some of the best oysters I have ever had. I continue to order oysters to take home from events and have been to facility for pickup.Never been disappointed and the staff is awesome.

We stopped by on a whim yesterday morning. It was kind of magical. The bay, the smells, the piles of conch and oyster shells. The kids thought the stacks of equipment were very cool looking. Also, nothing beats fresh oysters at cost. The lady who sold them to us was really personable and knowledgeable too.

Very freindly staff. Great Oysters! Well worth the drive. A little tricky to find the main office. Follow the road past the gate. It is a small 2 door brown office on the left after the loading docks.
