My go-to plant and herb place. Well priced and it literally has everything. The folks that work there are always so nice and they recognize me because when I go there the first time in spring/summer start, I tend to go two or three more times that same week and then I pop in regularly throughout. Plants are my guilty pleasure. And herbs are just something we need every year because we keep them on our deck because chipmunks get them.

If you're looking for some hard to find flowers and herbs, they're here. Nicely laid out and numbered flower plots making flowers easier to find. Roosters crowing and chickens clucking serenade you as you walk around choosing your plants. All so very nice!

Great hidden gem... if you want different varieties of plants this is the place to go. Not the best prices but makes up for it with friendly, knowledgeable staff and ambiance. They have specials and classes during the year. Free parking available....Go and enjoy a good time and see the animals too !!!

The Well Sweep Herb Farm is a must visit for anybody interested in growing all sorts of plant life - herbs, flowers, sedums, and more. Plus there is a really cute store on site. People who work there are always super nice. Go!

Extraordinary plant selection coupled with an extraordinarily knowledgeable staff. Plus cool heirloom chickens and a really neat, old-fashioned gift shop. Be prepared for poor wifi reception. Spending several hours exploring the gardens and greenhouses is a most pleasant experience.

Beautiful herb farm! We drove thru a beautiful area of NJ and enjoyed walking around Well Sweep. A lovely destination! Great little gift shop too!

INCREDIBLE SELECTION!! I downloaded their catalog....it was 40 something pages. I spent 3 hours roaming around and saying "ooooh and aaaahh."My garden is now FULL of HARD TO FIND and very UNIQUE herbs, fruit, bushes, and flowers. You won't be finding these plants at a home Depot or your local grower. The staff was awesome and they have fresh eggs!

Its always a joy to see a local store that has a great herbal vision. Raised in Port Murray, not once did I stop in until today. I am very glad I did. You can buy different types of herbal products, Christmas ornaments, popori, incense and gifts. I bought rose hips to add to my detox packages. Herbs are for the healing of the nations!

I went to a wreath making event. What a great time! They supplied the wreaths (we each got a large and small one) and all the dried plants for us to glue on. There were suggestions and help if needed. They have a great shop there as well. Will definitely go again.

I love going to this herb farm! It’s beautiful in the spring and summer when you can tour the grounds. And the Christmas shop is wonderful. We have one of the world’s most renowned herbalists right here in New Jersey. Go and visit them!

Incredible farm with a wide selection of plants - many that I had not seen elsewhere. The tour explained many of the plants that they cultivate here. A good place to spend 2-3 hours.

This is my new favorite place! They have a never ending garden filled with so many varieties of herbs, perennials and hard to find plants that I could probably spend a whole day just exploring. Everyone is also super helpful and kind.

I make sure to go to well sweep Herb Farm every year in the spring when I'm pulling my garden together. They have such an amazing selection of unusual plants as well as plants that are just not readily available anywhere else.If you have questions they are always very helpful and very friendly. They obviously know what they're doing because this is the family run business for multiple GenerationsThey also have a lovely gift shopMy only complaint is they are pretty expensive so I can only buy a couple plants at a time.It is definitely worth a trip

We have been here a number of times and this day was an open house. Literally hundreds of planets are available and staff are ready to search for what you are trying to find. However, it is a little bit too expensive for our pocketbook. Many people were loading up their baskets and carts with plants. Check it out, you will be pleased.

This serene NJ countryside destination is one you really have to experience to understand how authentic and special Well Sweep truly is. I've been a fan of this multigenerational family owned and operated herb farm since the 1980s. Centered around the farm house, the herb gardens are well-kept and varied. The collection of flowers and herb plants for sale is remarkably extensive (more than 1,800 varieties, including rare and exotic plants), and the owners and folks that work there are incredibly friendly, insightful, and helpful. Enjoy the gift shop and farm animals. Bring snacks and refreshments to enjoy while you're there. Check their website and Facebook pages for special events. But most importantly, just go! You won't be disappointed.

I felt so lucky to find this place! I was in the hunt for high quality rosemary and tried a few places with no luck. I was driving down Mt bethel road, because I had never been down that road and there it was. The variety is huge and they are herb experts. I look forward to going there often. It's more expensive than your box store, but they have it all. Also sheep and and chickens in a beautiful setting.

Not only is this farm beautiful, but the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the plant selection/variety is parallel to none. Are you looking for geraniums in 15 different scents? Perhaps over 20 varieties of lavender to select from? What about a cool odd plant to spruce up your office? Well Sweep is your place. What's even more helpful is that they have gardens showcasing their plants (which has given me some great inspiration). Their gift shop is relaxing and beautiful as well. I've been coming here for years, at least twice a year and look forward to the excursion every time.
