Employee Nate Fox was very rude to me and my friends while clocked in, also overheard him speaking rudely of customers and overheard the hard-r, when looking him up I found a video of Nate Fox yelling and repetitively saying the hard-r to passerby's. Shame on this Walgreens for having employees like this..

I have been going to this pharmacy location for over 5 years for the same prescription every month. Per usual I had my prescription sent there the last week of February, and they informed me of a delay. I realize that back ordered medicine is not their fault, however it is their responsibility to follow up with patients! The pharmacy tech, citing a shortage, suggested that after a week (on March 4th) I reorder my prescription; that being the date their pharmaceutical supplier has dated the availability. I did that and patiently waited for a pick up notification. That was 6 days ago, 2 weeks from the initial prescription. I have received no call or direct message except a red action to call Walgreens received through the App. Nor did the pharmacist contact my doctor to inform them that their patient was not getting the medication she has been prescribing to them for over 5 years with no issues. I finally got through to them yesterday and the person who answered the phone told me that they could not access my patient info because the pharmacist was at lunch, and I should call back after 2. I asked if she could take down my name and number and have the pharmacist look into the issue and then call me back to save time... She refused and said why can't you just call back after 2pm?? Seriously? this is my break at work too! I didn't want to have to take time out of my job to call back, to wait on hold, and to explain over again. Taking my name and number would mean that the pharmacist could take her time and figure out what the problem was before returning my call. Basic customer service rules. Very unprofessional. Furthermore, anybody in the medical community should be empathetic with patients that are struggling to obtain medications they have been taking for over a decade, due to the current fads and online pharmacies. I am from a family of nurses, and I work for doctors... are you kidding me? I was initially excited that this Walgreens pharmacy was finally extending its hours back to include weekends but alas it has created an insecure environment of doubt once again. The Walgreens app is currently saying they cannot fill it at all, so now I have to call my doctor to send it to another Walgreens. This could have been done a week ago, if we were well informed of the situation, and not left waiting in the dark.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 40 dollars worth of pictures and when I went to pick up I was laughed at and told they don’t know how to do it and come back tomorrow. No apology no nothing. I would’ve went to a different Walgreens if they had just let me know prior to me going there to pick up. One of the names was Lisa. Don’t know the other ones name. So extremely rude.

Absolutely disgusted by the power trip this pharmacist Ann is on Calling the Board tomorrow. She literally made it her personal mission to not give me my thyroid meds. I have been out for almost a week, people die without thyroid medicine! She has been in talks with my office since last week and not only did she say he isn't qualified to give me my medicine she wants my bloodwork, uuuum ok, let's say that she has any right to do this she has been filling my script for over a year with no issues from the insurance company. There is NO excuse for someone who's thyroid does not function to be given the run around like this, she clearly does not want to come a solution.

I love this particular Walgreens Location so much!!! They are very well organized and the store is always so clean & put together we'll. They have a public bathroom that isn't the worst bathroom ever but it could use some TLC but hey most Walgreens locations don't even have a bathroom. The pharmacy department here is Wonderful!! I'm so glad I switched, the staff is so nice & personable, they make you feel right at home & not embarrassed to ask them anything at all. They work with you if you have no insurance, they point you in the right direction of what you should do to if you're having problems paying for your medications due to no insurance. I love the staff in the front of the store too Always so helpful & nice!

Wish I could give negative stars. I scheduled a PCR test here (30 minutes from my home) more than a week in advance only to show up during my time slot and be told by a very rude, uninterested attendant at the drive-through that "their system was down and couldn't send info to the lab." So she told me they are unable to do my PCR test. She offered me no solutions on what to do next and not even an apology. I was the one who had to ask her if they could call me once available. Needless so say, they never did. I asked why wasn't an email sent? Why wasn't I called beforehand to spare me the time of driving here? In this day and age of Covid, people have come to rely on these corporations and their tests to ensure they are safe and to help do their part to stop the spread of Covid and to help them get back to their daily lives. I would have even been willing to reschedule for the following day but that wasn't even offered to me. It is completely unacceptable to be so uninterested in finding a solution for distressed customers who rely on you for such an important service. Be wary of this Walgreens location.

The Pharmacy hours suck here. Very inconvenient. They should stay open as long as the store stays open. Hire another pharmacist. Have to take my business elsewhere. Hate I have to do this but I have no choice.

Scheduled a PCR test and received an email confirmation…only to arrive and learn the pharmacy is closed because they didn’t have staff. They never turned off the appointment scheduler nor bothered to contact all the people who were confirmed for a test who also showed up. They had 7 hours to do so. Then I was given the wrong phone number to call for help scheduling a new appointment. Either improve this location or just close it down. It looks abandoned anyway. You’re wasting people’s time.

Used to love this pharmacy. They went downhill and fast. They hang up on callers after waiting for 30 plus minutes. The one pharmacist, whom I've never seen before until recently, is not a nice guy. Something happened with this pharmacy and it's not for good. I'm never going back here which sucks because it's the closest place to me.

I would like to file an official complaint against store# 13717 and more specifically an employee named Jessica who identified herself as the store manager.Today, February 24, 2021, at approximately 1:15 pm, I was in the Port Monmouth Walgreens Store# 13717 which I frequent quite often due to it’s proximity of less than half a mile to my home. While browsing in the makeup section I stopped to view the various types of brushes before making a selection. I then proceeded to the pet aisle as I recently became a fur mom and wanted to pick up treats for my puppy.After making my choices I proceeded toward the checkout line. During this time I was also on the phone as I received a work related text message from my assistant that required an immediate response, so I stopped in the middle of the aisle to reply via text. When I approached the register, a gentleman stood before me checking out. While waiting I peeked my head around the electronics aisle to take a look at the Bluetooth speakers - none interested me, so I went back to my place in line.While I was punching in my phone number of my Walgreens rewards card, my head was down when I heard the cashier who was ringing me up say “she was stealing”. I looked up after paying and placing my wallet back in my purse. The “store manager” Jessica stood in front of me with stickers on her hand. I assumed that she was offering a coupon for one of the items I purchased. That thought was immediately obliterated as Jessica proceeded to tell me that she saw me on camera switching price tags and stealing. She then went on to tell me that she wanted to look in my purse. I became extremely upset as there was a line of people behind me and I was being accused of theft. I asked Jessica to see the camera and she refused. I then asked her to call the police since I’m not a thief and I would never steal. Again, she refused and sarcastically told me to “have a nice day”. As I gathered my belongings, I asked the cashier and Jessica repeatedly for another manager, regional or corporate contact and the only information she provided was a survey on the bottom of my receipt. This experience was not only embarrassing it was quite traumatizing as I have never been accused of stealing. Jessica was extremely unprofessional, quite arrogant in her approach and her accusations were completely false.In this climate of minority individuals being threatened, injured and even killed over misunderstandings and misinformation; I find it incredibly reckless and irresponsible of this employee to accuse me of stealing without any proof. The mere fact that the police were never called, I was not given an opportunity to view the evidence of said theft and I was allowed to leave the store of my own free will, leads me to believe that this was an incident of racial profiling.I am a banking executive with over 20 years in the industry. I am bonded and entrusted with large sums of money on a daily basis. I am a homeowner, parent and respected member of society. Why would I risk my livelihood for BEEF JERKY?!?! Jessica stated that I switched tags for beef jerky.I am extremely offended, traumatized and truly hurt that in a store full of customers, I would be accused of a crime with no proof and subjected to rude, unprofessional behavior for unsubstantiated claims.I will never set foot in this store again, as there is a Rite Aid in the same proximity. I returned to the store within minutes to return everything that I had purchased since I refuse to spend my hard-earned money in a place that would embarrass me and falsely accuse me of theft.I believe that sensitivity training, as well as loss prevention training should be mandatory and immediate. I would hate for a family member or friend of mine to be subjected to racial profiling and end up being treated the way I was.

Pharmacy has the time management skills of a german shepherd with a.d.d. consistently 45 minutes off with quoted pick up times. If you say 35 minutes I will show up in 35. So just say an hour and a half and that's when I will come. Stop wasting your customer's time.

I am very disappointed with Walgreens. I have booked my bosster shot appointment 2 weeks ago and drove 40 minutes to find out that the pharmacy is close. Why didn't anyone send an email? I was getting reminder the day before to get my vaccine at 4:30 on Sunday. I was not expecting this customer service from them.

Dina .. the manager? .. was exceptionally pleasant and most helpful .. she phoned another Walgreens to make sure they had the product I needed and had them hold it for me .. this despite the fact I rarely shopped there .. THAT will change .. thanks Dina and kudos.....

Clean friendly seem to be following CDC Civid19 recommendations regarding mask and spacing. Their air ventilation system seems weak. I would not stay in there to long. Crank-up the vent-up and help prevent.

If my doctor prescribes me medicine and my insurance approves it the Walgreen pharmacist then says I can't have it. What is up with that. Or if my doctor prescribes me a new medicine after surgery and my insurance approves it y tell me I'm out of refills. Just give me my damn medicine. Go somewhere else to many excuses

This pharmacy is very consistent with your prescriptions are refills and if you are set up for text messaging we will text message you when your prescriptions are ready or if there’s a delay if they have problems filling a certain prescription then call your doctor and make sure they can get something to replace that the prescription is not covered
