The store it's self is good has pretty much what your looking for. Unfortunately the owner seems to be the only one knowledgeable in the products and every time I have visited the store he is not there and the staff can not answer my questions. I just went there and it happened again. I will not be going back. The staff should be able to help you without saying they have to call the owner and if he doesn't answer you are out of luck.

We purchased a frozen meal here and it was covered in ice and inedible. I also inquired about returning a tea here that I didn't like and they told me no because I had opened the box. No other retail store goes by those rules. They indicate that the product must be able to be resold, and yet I'm concerned even if my product was sealed that they would consider reselling something I had taken home. Their prices even for members aren't very good either. I've found fresher products and better store rules at many other small health food stores. I want to note as well that I had called about a product they claimed to have in stock and when I arrived they didn't have it. I feel they were just trying to get me into the store.

It's ok.. they have most items you wouldn't find at a ShopRite in terms of natural products and vitamins.. there used to be a guy that worked there who knew what to suggest for any problem you had, but I haven't seen him there anymore.. he was VERY informative and always got me to buy extra.Lol, but besides that, this store is EXPENSIVE.. and the points system is trash.. I spend $60 to $100 every 2 weeks, and they are telling me I haven't racked up enough points to even get a dollar off.. if I didn't need the natural products right away, I'd buy it someplace cheaper. BE PREPARED TO SPEND A LOT. I BOUGHT 2 ITEMS THAT shouldn't be priced that high (PAID $42) because some places have them cheaper, but the location is far. That's the only reason why I go here.

We went here this past weekend, and it was such a wonderful experience. I had been visiting some of the bigger places for my natural health needs, but I missed being able to go to a local business and receive assistance and advice from knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be returning!

I Love this store!!!! And the staff. I bought an oil here from India. People compliment me on the great smell all the time. It is a very exotic aroma. People love it everywhere. It is unlike anything I ever bought! Best oil selection.

This store only sells quality vitamins, supplements and food that is hard to find if you have allergies. Steve is a walking wealth of information! He has helped me and family members consistently over the years recommending products that help. They are not pushy but present the benefits of several products. Highly recommend going and checking out this store!

We absolutely love this store! They have a great selection of natural and good quality items. Supplements, teas, essential oils, and so much more. Browsing their aisles is a pleasure. Very helpful and kind staff and owner. This place is the real deal, they even provide literature on different aspects of health and natural remedies free to customers.

I have used different natural products for my self and my children and husband from here and they all have been a success. Allergy meds, flu and cold and some urinary system issues as well liver cleansing treatments. I love this place and I recommend it to as many people as I can because I truly believe they work.

Nature's Pavilion is one of my favorite healthy-minded places to visit. Not only do they listen to their customers, but are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping you pick out the vitamins, supplements or any remedies you might need. It's like having a personal pharmacist that will treat you with what nature has provided, not chemicals. It's a little pricey, but a one-stop shop for your Gluten Free, Organic, Eco friendly products, whether it's food, house cleaning, hobbies, or any other supplemental type products. They are also very well informed and up-to-date with CoVid rules, recommendations and policies.

I am a supporter of independent small business, so I did not want to write this review. After much agonizing, I feel it’s my duty to do so.My wife and I shopped here in April at the height of the pandemic in NJ. I convinced my wife that Nature’s Pavilion would be the safest and most conscious place to do our food shopping. Even though we do not live close by, we had shopped there before. It’s not the best natural food store, but they seemed to be reasonably well stocked; except for produce which is woefully under stocked.The main reason why I was certain that this store would be our best option was the emphasis it placed on the coronavirus in its advertising. The store would be infused with anti-viral oils, they sold masks, they promoted and sold supplements to minimize the effects of COVID-19, etcImagine our shock when the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE NOT WEARING MASKS WERE THE OWNER STEVE AND HIS WIFE!!!The level of arrogance and disrespect implied by having your cashiers wear masks while you don’t is beyond belief!Unfortunately, since we were there and desperate for supplies, we spent approx $300 and left. I called the store to speak to the owner, but he was “busy”. I wrote to him regarding the fact that he and his wife were not wearing masks. He never replied.I will not step foot in that store again. I feel it’s my duty to warn others too - especially during the perilous times we’re living in.

Great little 'hippy supermarket'. Carried most of what I wanted and had plenty of helpful staff on hand. I wish they had more muesli (plenty of 'Granola'—gotta have tonnes of sugar cereal in the US!) but I'll likely stop through again some day.

An excellent store to find effective alternative remedies. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Steve takes time to truly listen and invested in finding the best options to help. I love the Bioessence products, especially to treat virus infections and for allergy reliefs.

I recently changed my diet and I've chosen the vegan route. I found it hard to locate things at a chain grocery store that I need to make certain recipes. This place was exactly what I needed! The staff is happy, helpful and easy to speak with. This store even has some items, like spices, that you can scoop your own. I love the idea of reducing waste and conserving as much as I can.

Nature's pavilion is by far the best experience I have ever had in a healthfood store environment. They are so knowledgeable about products....I told them about my unbearable IBS and they were able to give me 4 products that have literally saved my life. I will send everyone I know who needs help to see them. Staff is polite and wonderful also . Thank you !!!

Great place to buy your vitamins, and such heath products. Nice new building location right off Route 23, South, Pompton Plains. Still good prices on most vitamins, and herbs. However, I have noticed a $5.00 per bottle increase in 90 Natural Factors grape seed extract capsules since their recent move to their new Pompton Plains building location. I just hope this type od pricd increase will not become something affecting all the products they sell. We will have to see as time goes by.

The smoked salmon was delicious and an excellent price at only $4.99.A few items that were on sale were also good value, but most of the food items were pricey.If you you can buy the well-priced items you will feel good shopping at this ethical store.

Nick is very knowledgeable and honest in giving advice on what supplements are required according to your physical and psychological needs. My mom and I visited Nick over the weekend. My mother has been complaining about her migraine for over a month and has tried so many different supplements, prescription pills and injections to her neck to get rid of it. Nothing worked. Nick sat her down and asked her many questions to get a better understanding of her daily routine and activities. Then he worked his magic and her migraine went away instantaneously. She even said she was able to see clearly, since her eyes would always burns when she gets the migraines. Thanks Nick! You're the best!
