I take my dog George here for all of his dog needs. They have a great selection of pet products, and the staff and owners are very friendly and extremely helpful if you're looking for any product advice.You can also bring your dog here for a bath for $10. They provide you with a variety of different shampoos, unlimited towels, air dryers, and really nice tub stations with steps in case your dog is too heavy to lift. Not to mention the best part that you get to avoid gunking up your drains at home with dog hair.Shop local, and support this business. They deserve it.

I needed a gift for someone who just got a puppy, I was originally just going to go to a Petco but saw this place on my drive. I decided to stop and am so glad I did! Jennifer helped me with this gift and had some awesome recommendations. She went the extra mile and showed me baskets to put all the stuff in, and she even packed it for me! Saved me so much time and I’m glad I got her expertise. Thankful I stopped. The prices were great and the service makes it someplace you have to go if you need any type of pet supplies. This is my favorite local pet store. They have convenient hours for me to stop in after work. The staff are very helpful and can offer suggestions on any products. Offer a rewards system that accrues with your purchases. Great variety of toys, treats, food and care products.

GREAT STORE! I recently stopped by the store w/my dog Kali. I was in a panic because my dogs previous food was recalled. Lynn and Olivia were EXTREMELY helpful as well as knowledgeable in helping me find a replacement food for Kali (which she loves now). Lynn had spent a lot of time with me explaining ingredients, brands, etc. This place has put my anxiety at ease and WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you Home Towne :)

This place is great! We called all over for a specific food and then we called Home Towne Pet Shoppe, spoke to Olivia, and she let us know they had it in stock. She was kind enough to put on hold, was super nice when we arrived and the whole staff helped with additional things we needed as well. They even cut our dogs nails. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs.

People are super helpful and the store has a very good product mix. My dog had skin issue that never cleared up until I visited and picked up the gently cooked and natural dog food and snacks.

Great place! I come here instead of Petco and Petsmart because the service and selection are so much better. It's a smaller pet store, but they have more of the items that I actually need and want.The staff are really friendly and super helpful. They have a lot of great brands like Open Farm.They have a dog wash area for $10, but on Mondays it's free with a purchase. I would recommend making an appointment because they do fill up. They wash and clean everything between appointments. I have seen them keep the dog wash area very clean and tidy.This is a very underrated pet store, I would definitely recommend for everyone to try it out.

I come here with my dog George for pretty much everything he needs. The staff knows him by name and they are generous with their treats! (They always ask first.)They also have a shower station for dogs for $10 so you don't have to worry about gunking up your drain or shower at home. (I think it's free on Monday if you buy something at the shop, I could be wrong.) They have a place to keep your belongings and towels ,a tie up for the dog, and they have many different types of shampoo to fit your dog's needs.

We have been taking my dog here for years to get a bath for the self service feature. When we came in the lady told us we needed an appointment and she was very very very rude about it. We told her we normally just walk in and she gave us attitude and told us basically told us it was too bad. We will never be coming back here because of that woman. So unfriendly and unprofessional.

My husband and I love it here for our dog! So many amazing, all natural treats and food along with all of the toys and anything else you may need for your furry friend. The owner is so sweet and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend!!

What a gem in a little town.My dog and I have gone in for pet toys, food, and dental treats. When there browsing for the first time I met their trainer and signed up for classes. The classes are VERY affordable and the trainer has so much knowledge of dogs and their behavior. We’ve only done one class and my dog is already walking on a leash like “a true gentleman” as the trainer said lol. Love this store, support local. ❤️🐶

Awesome place! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Store has a wide selection and is stocked well. I came in to find some food to help my cat shed some weight and found great help in conversation w/ staff. We were given great recommendations and even some samples to help her wean off the not-so-good food. I look forward to coming back. 🙂

Grateful for this place. Local. I can bathe my dog myself. Jennifer and the staff are extremely helpful. I get my dog's food, hip and joint vitamins and toys there. Oh they even have tags you can engrave on the spot.

Went there for the first time yesterday, such a great store! I’m getting a puppy next week and was having a hard time finding the food she’s currently being fed. They had it here and it was $10 cheaper than Amazon! I’ll definitely be back!
