OK...some fellow campers and I camped at Pomona Campground for several days from 10/18 - 10/21. It was booked randomly because of proximity to Atlantic City. The pictures were a little deceptive. I will start with the positives...the staff were super nice and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean...there were two...one was private and the other had multiple stalls and showers...both very clean. The pool was closed due to the season, but it looked quite small. The sites were disappointing. My site was generally level, but the others were not. Also, there were mostly seasonal/long term campers which gave it a trailer park feeling. Campers were only out to walk dogs. Otherwise, no one was outside by the campfire or cooking. I can't say I wouldn't stay there again, but it certainly would be my first choice. It wasn't very pleasing to the eye.

Kinda rude over the phone, gave a call, left a voice mail and was called back, dude seemed annoyed when I initially picked up (and clearly didn't listen to the voice message before calling back) then got even more annoyed when explaining that our camper was "too old" and "I don't let people live here" (<- understandably so). The info I needed just not the manner I wished to receive it in. (I'm under a lot of stress and would just have appreciated a little more kindness)

We enjoyed our month long stay here in June. If you are looking for a fancy RV resort, this is not the place for you. This is a small casual RV park. Noise from the nearby airport did not bother us. The park filled up on the weekends and occasionally people played their music a little too loud but overall, it was not bad. There was a mix of older people (like us) and families in the park. The staff members were friendly and a couple guys were always mowing, cleaning the pool, etc. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and I saw many people enjoying it. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room were clean. Our site was level. My only (minor) complaint would be that the part of our site where we had to park our Jeep got pretty muddy when it rained because the gravel didn't extend all the way from our camper to the road. I don't think this is an issue with all sites, though. The RV park is in a good location. There are restaurants, breweries, and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Rented a yurt a-3. Loved it loved the distance to the bathhouse. They were very clean until the neighbors started using it but not the parks fault. Everyone was so friendly and even understanding I can not eat much and so they let me pay kids price for the hamburger hot dog dinner. Pool was nice. Any bad comments have nothing to do with the people or the park it's a noisy area so if you want camping with no noise at all like traffic this isn't for you. If you don't mind some airplanes and traffic you will do great. Can't wait to return.

This camp had a nice clean pool, and plenty of trees. Seems more like what I would expect from a much more rural campground. Campground was quiet, nice shady spots. However, they are NOT 10 minutes from the boardwalk as their website claims. 30 minutes, without traffic. Also the sites are not concrete, but some do have a concrete pad for the picnic table. Also, they are adjacent to the Atlantic City airport. Not a busy airport, but it also houses a Reserve Air Force unit, so you may get to listen to F16s and C5s taking off very early, or late at night. Also since it's a small park there aren't many spaces to walk your dog.Couldn't decide between 3 and 4 stars, so we gave them 4.

This campground is small but it's located 15 minutes from Atlantic City and maybe 40 minutes from Cape May. They have a nice size pool, a play area for kids and they have activities all Summer long. We love it there and are booked there for the Fall. This is our fourth year going there.

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been staying here for almost a year and they’ve helped me through my first winter in an RV and solved an issue I’ve run into along the way. Today, I talked to James and within 10 mins he looked into something for me and had it resolved. You can tell that they really care about people and their experience here.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Pomona RV Park, the owners were pleasant and attentive. The campground was well maintained and all the facilities were clean and inviting. The bathrooms with shower was single use only and had a lockable door which I prefer. It’s not the owners fault and I get this is a business with paying customers but would have preferred to not spend my evenings looking at a confederate flag. Again not this establishments fault and the RV owner who proudly displayed the confederate flag on their RV was fairly pleasant I still was slightly triggered, (as I’m sure some of you are thinking) but enjoyed myself regardless. Thank you for a great experience.

What a great place. The owners are really friendly. The grounds have room to maneuver with full hook-ups. Very clean. We were lucky enough to be there on one of the fun Saturday events. Free food and drinks around a fire with a silent auction to raise money for cancer awareness.

Stop by to check out the place to see how much it's changed in 20 years it has changed an absolute ton they gave more room more space and more sites there's even more things to do for the children if I was to change campgrounds I believe I would move here if you guys are in the area I would think about stopping here for the night it's pretty close to Atlantic City

Reading some of the reviews on here, I had to write my own.We pulled in for a long weekend and was greeted by smiling faces. They were happy and helpful when we had questions. When we pulled into our site, I was amazed that everything was new. The water, electrical, the water dump on our site and even the cement patio! The bad, couple trailers did play loud music during the day. I did see a confederate flag sticker on our neighbors trailer. There was a couple old hot rods revving up the motors. (a little annoying)All in all, a great experience!

We are very new to camping in our RV, and the owners were so very helpful. They assisted us in parking (since we are just getting the hang of it) and they were available to answer any questions we had. They were so helpful and allowed us to park our RV after our check out time so we could go to the beach with our children. The owners were so kind and gracious, and we would definitely stay there in the future and recommend that you do too!It was clean and neat, and close to the beach, restaurants and other places of interest. It was also great for families with children, as there were tons of activities for kids in a safe area. Loved it!!!!

Me and my family had a great time here. The park is small but perfect to enjoy a few days with the family and kids. They have a nice pool and laundry room that is convenient. You are close to everything there is to do on the AC shore. I also enjoyed the trailer we rented. The air conditioning was cold the TV worked great. Everything was perfect!!!

We stayed in a cabin and had a wonderful experience. Clean and quiet site. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately couldn't have a camp fire as a result of the dry conditions throughout the state. Which was a bummer but not the campgrounds fault. I'd rather not burn south jersey down. We used it as a home base for a weekend at the shore. Rather than pay for a hotel. You're about 20 minutes to Atlantic City, Ocean City or Wildwood. About an hour to Cape May. Will definitely be back to stay.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable campground. Very nice pool. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The showers were the only reason I marked 4 stars instead of five- there was not much water pressure and uncomfortable temperature fluctuations. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 7 nights in a rental camper. The camper was incredibly neat and clean. It was the best 7 nights rest and relaxation in a long time. Dave and Jeanne were wonderful, Dave steered us in the right direction towards local attractions and directions. Atlantic City was super close and ready to get too. Park was impeccably clean and quiet. Our 6 year old son had a blast being able to ride his bike everywhere on his own, the pool and playground provided a lot of entertainment as well. Super safe campground and all the campers made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!!

We called Pomona RV Campground home for 3 months‼️ Even though right by the airport very quiet and seldom air traffic pattern over you.Convenient to everything! This place is a diamond in the rough! We will miss our sunshine view with our morning coffee! Dave, Jeanie, Elly and James thank you for a wonderful experience!

Small Campground with a friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Everything you need for an RV stay from Full hookups, clean bathrooms and showers. It was a bit noisy due to the airport right next door that we did not know about. Military jets taking off aren't the quietest. Still was a fun stay at a very good price.

Had a great time with my family here. Full hookups for the camper, including cable and wifi. Cement platform on the site was great for keeping camper clean and dry. The owners are great, and we stayed for three nights. Individual bathrooms with private clean showers was amazing, everything was clean and we'll kept. Kids enjoyed the pool with water slide and even a hot tub. Our two dogs as well were on the site and had daily walks with no issues. Lolly pop flash light hunt was one of my kids favorite parts of our stay.

We came to Jersey this Friday. Having a horrible experience with the hotels around the area we started googling different options. We came across this campsite. Figured why not give it a try for a night. This place is honestly more than a 5 star place if you like to camp. They have a pool, hot tub, a place to play different games, and their bathrooms are pretty clean. The owners there are BEYOND friendly. I loved how they made you feel at home! The camp site was small but perfect enough for our little tent and 6 people lol. Saturday night they had a steak dinner for all the guest that were camper. ( it was a really good price for what they had to offer) the steak looked beyond fabulous but it started to storm so unfortunately we didn't get any. If you are looking for a place to camp I would suggest this place... it's very family friendly!

The campground is clean and family oriented. There is activities for everyone as well as a pool, hot tub, and an activity center. The pool and hot tub and surrounding areas were always clean. The activity center has games to keep individuals busy and entertained. The owners are AMAZING. I have never felt so welcome and wanted in a campground before. They take the time to get to know you and your family to help introduce the community to you and your needs. If ever looking for a campground to go, go here!

Great campground and location to Jersey shore. One criticism...Pool DJ is really fun. However, I think 8pm is probably late enough for the music. It appears to be only for a few campers. Activities are well planned and implemented.

Nice campground just far enough away from all the crazy right at the beach but close enough to the beach and all other fun and important things. Nice pool, hot tub, game room, playground and store. Many shaded sites.

Although we do not normally like RV parks as we prefer boondocking, Pomona RV Park was exactly what we required for the 3 months we were there in the summer of 2021. We needed a very large sight due to the size of our rig and with very little options in the Southern NJ, Pomona fit the bill. Thank you for accommodating us!
