This pharmacy was wonderful up until about 2 years ago. Now they are understaffed and have new pharmacists every few months it seems. They closed the pharmacy drive thru which is very inconvenient. If you go between 4:30pm- 6:30pm you will definitely wait in line, as they’re very busy around that time. I’ve seen small improvements and the staff is nice overall but I just wanted to leave my review to let others know about the problems there. Pictured below is this past week around “rush hour “ and there were 7 people ahead of me on line. They also never answer the phone when they’re short staffed.

Wish I could leave less stars.. lady with gray hair didn’t say a single word to me when I walked up to the counter, she glared at me for about 10 seconds until I said “would you like my last name…” I work in customer service myself and I can tell you I know how to greet customers properly… this lady not so much… please tell me where I can send my direct deposit information since I seem to be doing her job for her

This is by far the rudest CVS pharmacy I have ever been too. Everyone who works in there, especially the main lady with brown hair, are SO rude. They are ignorent to customers, don't inform them properly and always have an attitude. I am SO tired of it. I always ignore it thinking they are having a bad day, but it has become every day is a bad day. Something should be done and they should learn to ha e simple customer service skills.

This CVS location has gone downhill. I have used this location since it opened about 15 years ago. Recently Jenn & Megan (Pharmacists) BOTH left because it became unbearable. Now there are new employees who are untrained, making mistakes, and NEVER have meds in stock. I transferred my spouse & my meds to a different pharmacy chain. Expect to be treated very unprofessionally. We’re DONE with CVS!

It's a great CVS store... big one... lots of anything that CVS would carry. The pharmacy department is excellent at getting what I've needed and always friendly and helpful. CVS offers coupons and discounts on vitamins and other over the counter health related items, including nutritional bodybuilding powders. It's good to catch a sale. Some items can be found cheaper at the dollar stores if you can find them there. They have a drive-thru for pick up if you'd rather. The one at 328 White Horse Pike in Pomona has been my main store for 5 years now... They're very reliable.It is worth knowing that their drive-through has been closed whenever I came a half hour before closing time. Now I'm at this CVS at 4:25 in the afternoon and it is closed. So, apparently, the drive-thru is closed during the day also.

Scheduled a covid test a day in advance for 10 am. When I get there I was informed that the test administrator wouldn't be there until 2 pm and that I need to come back. I live 25 minutes away and only came to this store because of the availability. Received numerous confirmation text but not one said the person who performs the test would not be there or to come at a later time.

Most of the workers here are really nice, but there is one tech in the pharmacy who is consistently rude and talks down to you. For the most part it is what it is and I get what I need at the end of the day. Just entirely unnecessary and makes me dread going in and having to deal with her.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I used to use a CVS in absecon that I ould give 5 stars. CVS sold that location to Walgreens. This CVS is a mess. After travelling 25 minutes, I wait in line for 15 minutes. They only filled 1 of 2 perscriptions. They send me to another line to talk to someone about the unfilled perscription. No employees are serving that line. 15 minutes later I just left. This is one of many bad experiences. My insurance requires CVS. I've had enough and will be looking for another location. Hopefully, I'll find one like my original location

This location is large and has more selections than the smaller CVS stores in town. More choices for skincare. Manager? (not sure) could be a little more customer oriented.

Disrespectful pharmacy. They deleted my medical information and prescriptions sent from Dr. Then told me to figure it out! I'm in pain. I did my part. I went to the Dr and he sent a script. Now do your part! This is people's health you're messing with. Pharmacist Bimpee

Seriously some of the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at this location, and I do stop there fairly frequently for various things. As others have mentioned, the pharmacy staff really are helpful and take the time to answer any and all questions you have. It's great.

There have been two separate occasions where I refilled a prescription through the app (receiving a confirmation email) and was told later that they never received it. I put it in a week early to avoid me getting sick without my meds like last time. CVS sent a script renewal request to my Dr’s office a week after I initially ordered it.
