DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! Unfortunately they are not loyal to their customers. They sold compromised Visa gift cards before Christmas (and knew it). The funds were used at Best Buy right after purchase. Zero balances left on the cards. I lost over $400.CVS had me report to their corporate headquarters to make a claim (took me days to get through). Corporate told me they were aware and I would be reimbursed. They asked I report to Visa as well. After weeks of pushing me off at store, corporate called to inform me they can't reimburse me because I reported it to Visa. CVS SCAMMED ME AS WELL.Last time I will shop there. Ryan the "Head Manager" never reached out to me. Zero loyalty to their customers!

I have lived in California, NYC & Vermont. Hands Down the BEST CVS . They Never disappoint if there is something I need and they can order it from their distributor they will . The Pharmacist & staff try their Very best , they are So Busy . I always try and order my script a few days ahead of time . If I could give this store 10 ⭐️ I would. Thank you CVS Staff.

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. I had to move my mother to a new pharmacy after all the issues they’ve given her. Go literally anywhere else, there’s at least 6 other options within 2 miles and a Walgreens next door. There was an issue every single month getting the same amount of the same medications filled. And this was a cancer patient, it was a complete joke.The most unprofessional group of glorified pillcounting crybabies in town and possibly the state. They will 100% do anything with their small amount of power to give you a hard time. Incredibly rude group of people, especially considering the field they’re in. it’s actually quite concerning.Reminding them to their face that they were hired to count pills, NOT to decide they know what’s better for you than the doctor you’ve been seeing twenty years seems to unfortunately be the only way to get your correct prescriptions. (if they give you a problem have your doctor call asap, their tails immediately fall between their legs and will rush you your order while apologizing profusely lol..)But even then, double check everything. My mother has been given the wrong drugs entirely, the wrong amount, the wrong dosage, etc… count your medicine before you leave the premises. Would give negative stars if possible.

Trying to get stuff for my mom became my grandma is on a vent for Covid. She has to go to Florida tomorrow.Jim at 2:34 on Thursday was shadowing me. Uncomfortable close. I am a hippy. So, every one thinks I am a thief.What a creeper. I have my moms Medicaid card I didn’t know what items were covered. That’s the ONLY reason I went to self Check out. He stood so close to me I could hear him breathing.I have NEVER had that happen there.Everyone else on today was so sweet. They overheard my phone call about my grandmother.Jim needs to retire.Gross.

I usually travel to this location from a few towns away because the service is great, but that is no longer the case. I have had numerous issues getting my Rx refilled, been given the wrong items, been put on hold for long periods of time and been forced to locate my medication on my own at other locations. I don't know what has changed, but I can say that there is little to no customer service happening and the staff and pharmacist sound impatient and rude on the phone. I'm now forced to go elsewhere.

1 star is too much. The people in the pharmacy are so incredibly rude. My 80 year old mother drove half an hour to get her medication that was out of stock in her cvs. She went to the drive thru and had the window closed in her face because it was their lunch time. My mom was the only one in line, at the very least the woman could have said "I'm sorry iy is our lunch time. Can you come back in a half hour?" After their lunch mom went in to explain the situation and the woman who closed the window came up and said "we close for lunch, there's a sign, can't you read?!?" My mother was appalled by the behavior of this woman and the fact that the pharmacist did not seem to care. My mom then asked her name so she could complain to the corporate office and the woman said "I don't have to give you my name" I can't imagine ever being that rude of a person.Don't shop there.

This pharmacy was in a beach town where we were looking for a visit and found one here.These pharmacies offer a lot of various merchandise and even coolers filled with ice cream, cold drinks and food.Their rewards program is lacking and requires a lot of purchases to receive a small coupon.It serves the community.

Wow. I’m so glad I wasn’t really sick. I simply had to call up to check on a prescription and they kept answering and kept putting me on hold. I waited a long half hr. If they can’t handle a simple task of answering a phone and answer my question for 30 seconds they need to start building up their mental capacity. Mental midgets have no place in this world. It’s not a drs office, but a pharmacy. Get a grip. Or get better technology.

I was traveling through the area and realized I had not packed my medication with me. I was unable to get in touch with my physician so I went into the firsr pharmacy I could find. I explained my situation to the pharmacist. He brought out the manager, Nick, who was incredibly helpful. Through various phone calls he was able to have my prescription transferred over and filled quickly. He was incredibly helpful and patient. I was afraid that I would have had to jump through hoops to get my medication so I was extremely grateful for the amount of effort and understanding I received from the whole pharmacy.

The staff is awful and so rude to my boyfriend and myself that I have had to call up corporate and complain about the manager and the employees. They seem to get rid of anyone who is newly employed. The nasty staff remains but Doug is the only one who has been there for a while that is always nice to us. Don’t even get me started with the pharmacy! Incredibly bad! The new guy is totally clueless. Had me sit there for 45 minutes while he had the insurance company on speaker phone (so there is no privacy-btw), tell me my insurance is not working...took back the script and went right to quik chek who had it ready with my insurance in 10 minutes.

Most of the regular staff are friendly, helpful employees. But I've never seen Richard, the pharmacist, be anything but condescending and rude to customers, and he often acts as though he knows better than the doctors. Easily the worst pharmacist I've ever seen. And the store manager is not much better, he's a rude jackass in general.

Last night I drove ro ehe cvs in Point Pleasant from up North, I am disabled, with a debilitating medical condition & needed to use the restroom & pick up some cough drops for a family member. The store clerk said I could not use the restroom! So I asked to buy a urinal, I was ready to “loose it”They didn’t have a urinal for women, only for men! Well, I left very upset, dropped off the cough drops on the porch, for my brother in law who has covid, PEED in his driveway before my final stop in Toms River to care for my cousin who just has a stroke. I come down every week, and will NEVER go into your store again! Jerks!

Cvs is is excellent if you need 24 hrs med refills and have good call service 2 inform you of perscriptions ready to pick up.. close to my area and effiently save alot of time..

Messed up my photo magnet and refused to fix it. I even showed the manager (who looked annoyed just being called up front) the picture in the app I ordered from and she just kept repeating "we print what we get" despite me showing her she obviously didn't do that. Very rude and completely useless.

This place is the best for shopping around AND I always use the pharmacy. Download their very helpful app, you can even order off their app items you'd like and someone can deliver it for you! Great for someone like me whose disabled

They look at you like you're planning to rob them, they overcharge your stuff and they discriminate others, I heard a family come and the cashier charged their kid 10$ more for a shirt because he was Latino.
