Shopping in store is an option, but you can download the app to browse products and pay to have them delivered to you or pick them up at the store.Annoyingly, they have to scan your purchased items at the exit point in the store but take less than a minute.

If you're delivering here, there's no better place . They open at 4am and will take you early. Nobody unloads faster 15min. Start to finish from paperwork to doors shutting. Favorite place to deliver.

It's Sam's Club. Great prices complimented by friendly workers. Get the business card membership and you get extended early hours and free coffee. There are great clearance items. The floral department is outstanding. But nothing beats the $5.00 rotisserie chickens, hot and ready to eat... Except maybe the $1.50 1/4 lb and 32øz drink combo!!

Elaine in customer service went above and beyond to help my mother in law who forgot her wallet with her card by downloading the app and getting a temporary for her. It means alot when someone has so much going on in their lives and this one gesture of patience and courtesy takes away some extra grief. 3rd time I went to sams after finding an item online with it being in stock to get to the store and find the item was discontinued. Drove 45 mins to the store. Cancelled membership and got my money back.

Love love love Sam's Club. It was my first time going into the warehouse but not my wife's. My wife and I were able to get everything we needed for our home for a whole month in one shopping trip. Everything was so easy to find and the price was just right for everything we bought. Spent over $600 in one trip for supplies that will last us for more than a month possibly. Plus, my wife got all the personal things she needs to last her for a while. I mean, honestly, where else can you buy a pack of soap that will last a month or more for a family of 4. Will definitely be going back next month to stock up again. Thanks Sam's for adding selection to my life.

I was in Pleasantville Sam's club in NJ. I ordered two pieces of pizza, the pizza looks pale, so I asked the associate to heat it, she said that it's not allowed. I ate the pizza, the center was raw and I threw it away.

Went to Sam’s today for our monthly grocery shopping and while paying for the bill, the cashier misled us into opening a credit card. She did not disclose what she was doing and initially said it was for us to get a $50 discount AT NO COST. Now the bank pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report and my credit score will get a ding because of this terrible practice. Beware of these discounts as they always come at a cost.

Sam's has everything you need and reasonable too. I get all my paper products, trash bags, and food for the week. Great for big parties like birthdays or BBQ. Purchase alcohol. The snack bar is so good and satisfying. At the end of it all, we get our gas for our ride home.

Bought 3 dozen red roses on February 11th every dozen was short one rose ,spoke to manager she did nothing about it ,blatant false advertisement,stealing the customers money ,I even checked all the roses they had on display on the 12th all short one rose ,Advertising as a dozen roses for purchase????

I've returned to shopping at Sam's in hopes to decrease trips to the store and to develop some better spending habits as far as needs necessitate especially for bulk items. Hands down lower prices. No bags but NJ is used to that at this point. Self check out and plenty of registers and they still have stands to have customers try their products.

Was so excited about the indoor plants that are being offered at the moment. Bought 2 palms and took them home. As soon as I watered them hundreds of worms came out of the dirt. DO NOT BUY THESE!

My husband and I have been a customer for 15 years at the pleasantville Sam's club and have a summer home in SJ and never have I experienced such condescending rude behavior from the management towards its employees especially the general manager that doesn't appreciate employees that work hard and are dedicated. What a disgrace I witnessed while shopping one day and the words that came out of the general managers mouth towards an employee. I was mortified. I work for a major publication in the state of New Jersey and I will put forth in my column the disrespect I witnessed. Shame on you Sam's club. You're disgusting

I just got my membership. I love it there. I was indecisive about it because I thought it would be expensive. I went as a guest and as soon as I saw the prices I immediately bought the membership. Not to mention, after shopping and saving money, I sat down to eat at the Sam's Club Cafe. The prices are amazing and the food was great! Seriously, I would even say that buying the membership is worth it just to go out to eat once a week. You save that much and the food is that good. I was loving the pizza and the Frozen yogurt.

The liquor store do not return or exchange. They did not say anything or have a sign up saying the return policy. I found out they are not part of sam's club, BUT they are in inside sam's club. Sam's club is responsible for their actions regardless

Not what it used to be. Checked online for IN-STOCK grocery items but when I arrived at the local store in Pleasantville, NJ pretty much everything I went there for, fresh meats and poultry, was out of stock, even though the app still said everything was in stock. I will not be renewing my membership. What a complete waste of my time.

This place continues to get worse and worse. I travel over 45 minutes to shop at the nearest warehouse chain, only to get tuned away at the door for not being a "prime" member. "I'll let you enter to upgrade your membership so you can shop otherwise you have to wait." I'm not waiting for 45 minutes while customers are walking in and out when I already pay a membership fee. Lady was rude and not understanding. Not to mention when I have been inside in the past everything is picked through, unorganized, produce looked so, so and the meat is over priced. My advice for locals. Travel an extra 45 minutes to Costco.... Straight up, turned away at the door from what would have been a $1000 grocery/ household list. Unreal.

I have been a regular member here for many years and am very happy with my experiences. The customer service is phenomenal. The staff is just so friendly welcoming. The store offers free samples of a lot of their products so you can try before you buy. The prices are normally great for what you get. The prepared food you can buy there is very good too. I would definitely recommend switching here from BJ's and Costco.

Good selections. Fresh meat selections are very good and competitive prices.As of 12/2019 I have reduced my rating. The removal of the photo department kiosk is a benefit lost to its customers. The on line service is limited. For example... you no longer have the ability to scan pictures
