We reached out to Lucky Dog Custom Apparel after having problems with a previous t-shirt company. My wife and I spoke to a really lovely lady there, and we were excited to work with them. However, it’s been three long months since we emailed them, and we still haven’t received a quote. Despite making several phone calls and even visiting their store in person, we’ve been told that we would receive a quote, but it hasn’t happened yet. We even offered to pay upfront, but still haven’t received a quote or even a return email. We’re understandably frustrated and annoyed.It’s disappointing that Lucky Dog Custom Apparel hasn’t been able to deliver on their promises, especially since they have such a high rating on Google. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend that other small businesses consider working with another t-shirt company that is more responsive and reliable. It’s important to support businesses that value their customers and provide quality service. We hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Not sure why we don't receive the 5-star service everyone else gets. We had purchased shirts from Lucky Dog previously (and remember an issue) and went into the store recently to select a different type of material for our shirts. Off the bat, we were told (in the empty store) that the rep had an appointment with another client so if they came in...ok, no worries..we'll just take a few minutes to touch and feel the material. She said she would e-mail us with a quote and that was 3 weeks ago. We're still waiting. In the meantime, we ordered the shirts thru 4 Inprint and they were delivered within a week. We love them!I always try to stay local when I purchase but perhaps that's not always the best choice. Still waiting for the estimate.

They have been providing expert and great results with every job they have completed for us since 2016. We would not even consider going any place else. Erin was beyond knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. She made getting the right package and discounts a breeze. I have been getting my uniform shirts printed a Lucky Dog for several years. Prior to them, I went other places and wasn't satisfied with the quality. Lucky Dog has always done an exceptional job with a difficult multi color logo printed on black shirts. They take their time and help you decide quantities and sizes. Erin made everything so super simple for my first t-shirt order for my business. They were the only company I found that offered smaller print options (like 12 shirts instead of minimum 250!) which was a huge deal just starting out.
