I show up at 7:07 PM and there are three guys in store uniforms standing behind the counter hanging out and laughing. When I open the door they tell me the store is closed and I have to leave. The sign says the store is open and they let other people come in without issue while I was writing this. Best I can guess they thought I was one of the homeless people that hang out in front of the store at night? I shop here pretty regularly so that didn't feel great

Store was clean & employees were nicer then most family dollar. That really makes a difference. Nothing worse then spending money at a place where they all/most have an attitude. I will drive the extra few miles to go there opposed to the one near me ❤️

This store is awesome. I went in to get one item. After seeing how clean and organized the store is, I wandered through and bought 5 additional items from various areas. Employees were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely make this a regular stop.

I forgot my bags at home and had a lot of stuff. The man that rung me up was kind enough to go to the back and fi.d a big box and put everything in the box and then on the shopping cart. What a nice man. He is a great emotes and goes above and beyond. They didn't have bags for sale, as they were out of stock so he didn't want me to have to carry everything be have of the big pole on the cart I would of been able to take it out of the store. Wow!! I wish more people were as kind as him.@FAMILYDOLLARyou have a real gem.

Out of what I needed then charged me wrong for the items I did purchase, didn't find out til I got home went back and found out it was the manager who did it, no name tag, was quick coming up to the front but no apology which doesnt cost anything to say but makes a big difference because now hes acting like im a big inconvenience when I was the one inconvenienced wasted expensive precious gas to return for the managers mistake. He did remember to say have a nice day when he handed me the correct change, it was fake and not genuine at all but at least he did it. Like I said no name tag but it happened Monday august 15th between 5 and 6pm so whatever manager was on, tall black guy, just another example of cant find good help these days..id say look harder.

I love family dollar because they have a great selection of items for adults to infants..I love taking my 4 year old daughter in here so she can pick out a toy from there selection

Love this place, the manager here use to manage the store in Brigantine and always kept it well stocked. It was well organized and had everything you needed. Now she is managing here and doing an awesome job. Always pleasant and helpful to her customers. This is the place to go. Thanks for great customer service.

This store has extremely friendly staff. I frequently shop there because they have everything I need!!! Can't remember the last time they didn't have what I needed.&& not 100% sure if the mansger is new bc I recently had a baby so I Just started seeing her there a lot!!!!! Keep being awesome bc since she's been there I haven't had any problems && I feel like the staff is friendlier!!!!

Poor service I’m here now at 9:47 I only needed two ideas when I pulled up the worker locked the door and told me no. I said don’t you close at 10. She said no and won’t even talk to me as to why your closing 13 mins early and I’m here and you locked the door in my face. Also as she let people out I told her she didn’t have to be rude.
