What a pleasant afternoon.Joan was our server, and she's always so pleasant and makes you feel right at home. with her lovely personality.We met the General manager, Lanre. Now I understand why his restaurant is run so well. When you have Qualified Managers, you have a productive staff, which leads to very good food and Happy, Satisfied customers. I ordered some Red Lobster for a family gathering recently. The shrimp linguine pasta was good but more on the standard side. The pick 3 shrimp order must have been a lunch special. I seemed like coins in a can with shrimp rolling around in the big pan. I though my I was getting more and sorely disappointed to not receive a fair share. It was my first time ordering like this. With reviews under 4, I’ll be staying clear of the not so great attempt at a seafood restaurant.

We visit this restaurant every time we celebrate an occasion & enjoyed the foods every time. We love their salmon dish & unlimited shrimp deal. Red lobster never disappoints us. Their biscuits r the best in the world. The dessert items are bigger & delish. The servers are friendly and patient too. It’s a bae place to both me & my husband.

Ordered curbside pick up 3 times in the last month and every time I've had to go in and get my order because they never came out. Well, once they did come out but with someone else's order, said he'll be back and never came back. And once they didn't even cook my food until I came inside to pick it up. Each time I ordered online at 2 pm to be picked up at 5pm. Gave them hours to get it right and they failed each time.

My meal was delicious with the best of all three, fish, shrimp & lobster. My sangria could've been a little stronger but it was tasty & enjoyable. Good dining experience especially during this pandemic. The restaurant was empty & it made me feel comfortable that it wasn't crowded. I would eat at this location again.

Great service at the bar. Good deals. Good food.It's a place you should check out, for sure.If you're an all you can eat person, unlimited shrimp with a baked potato and other stuff for about $25. And there are plenty of daily and lunch specials.Go!

Unequaled friendliness and expressive appreciation of business - very common - is a real issue that plagues all service industries in the fulfillment of business etiquette and customer service. However, the menu meets a wide range of prices for everyone to afford something of what Red Lobster has been doing to stay competitive. That is working for your first-time visitor.I must say, though, that for any socially conscious person or any African descendant there are no efforts to make service providers aware of the need to deliver the same level of kindness, patience, and tone of speech when communicating or delivering service to people of our diaspora remains and undeveloped and disregarded reality that 99% suffer from in silence.That is the problem, for we see how differently we are served. To pretend that there isn't a need to be sure that all customers are treated with the same dignity and appreciation is not just ignorance, it is neglect. Although it may not hurt your business by over 20%, it can increase your business by 15%, not including advertisement costs, just by focusing on making people feel special just like you do with others in front of our very eyes.

I am disappointed honestly. My first server, William, awful. My table got a new server, Luis, he was great! The only pleasantness at the restaurant. The food was awful. It’s a seafood restaurant and it’s not fresh. The scallops are frozen and fake, mushrooms were microwaved and it tasted old, and the shrimp was chewy. Don’t come here.

Service has been so bad the last few times we have gone that I think we're done with it. It was a Saturday evening but it wasn't full. Took 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. She was nice enough but I just felt like we were an annoyance the whole time and she didn't come over unless we called her, which I hate doing. They were very slow with biscuits (we didn't ask for extra, just the first basket they bring) and the food took forever. Food was good but we were there for an hour and 45 minutes. Way too long.

I went last week with my brother, Horrible service! I waiting around 6 minutes on the front desk for the host to seat us, which wasn’t that busy. We waiting for our server to attend us and waiting for 10 minute, which then I had to literally ask for a server. After we order our drinks, appetizer and food together so we didn’t have to wait that long,It took them around 7 minute to get one cokeAnd I was still waiting for my alcohol drink, so I had to ask our server about my drink and he went to check and told me that the bartender didn’t took the order so he had to make it. Almost 50 min and I haven’t received my appetizer nor the food.GO TO ANOTHER Red Lobster!

I had a highly disappointing experience at Red Lobster. Not only did they forget an item in my order, but the already lengthy 40-minute wait was extended by an additional 20 minutes. The lack of attention to detail and extended wait time left me extremely dissatisfied. This experience at Red Lobster was a complete waste of both money and time. Between the missing item and the prolonged wait, it's a great reminder that ordering from here is not worth the time or money. I've decided never to come back; the overall disappointment gives me no reason to give them another chance. I would like to add that, the manager was very kind about it but the service for takeout was extremely disappointing.

My family and I chose this Red Lobster to dine. Our first server was rough around the edges and we requested to change servers which the supervisor Stephanie got for us and the new server was awesome! The Atlantic salmon was tasty and the Admiral's Feast was great if you are into batter dipped and fried seafood. I gave 4 stars because of the initial hiccup with the first server, but after that everything went smoothly. Enjoy the shrimp at Red Lobster. Despite a less enthusiastic waitress and slightly delayed orders, the food quality remains consistent. While the atmosphere may lack the warmth of previous visits, the reliable and good-tasting food makes it worth considering for a return visit.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building

My curb side pickup order was given to someone else. Manager Stephani, refused to speak to us to address the issue. She had a worker run back and forth to act as her messenger, which made the poor worker very flustered and nervous. The manager is completely unprofessional for hiding instead of helping. We’re getting a “refund” but not sure if that’s true. Im preparing to contact my bank for this scam.

My three young daughters heard about Red Lobster for the first time and were excited to go. We went on a slow, quiet night. The 20 minute wait signaled they were understaffed. After 20 minutes, we were told our table was almost ready. My daughters (10, 9, and 6) complained to me after watching several other similar sized tables get seated before us. We watched others complain to themselves at the host stand from the lack of attentiveness.Eventually, we were the only people left. After another 15 minutes, they all asked if we could go somewhere else and we quietly left. It was a big let down and waste of time.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO RED LOBSTER AND WILL BE MY LAST. I MADE RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE AND AS SOON AS I GOT THERE, WAS PLACED AT A TABLE. HOWEVER I DIDN'T LIKE WHERE I WAS SITTING AND ASKED IMMEDIATELY IF I COULD SIT ELSE WHERE AND WAS TOLD NO. MY WAITER CAME OVER 10 MINUTES LATER, PLACE MY ORDER FOR MY FOR THE LOBSTER LOVER'S DREAM AND WAITER CAME BACK 15 MINUTES LATER TO LET ME KNOW THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I ORDER, SO I SHOULD GET SOMETHING ELSE, SO DISAPPOINTING. I HAD TO ASK FOR BISCUIT FOR THE TABLE AND IT TOOK FOREVER. WE WAITED 1HOUR AND 40 MINUTES FOR OUR MEAL. OVERALL SERVICE WAS JUST HORRIBLE.
