First time using PETCO grooming services, and I am so pleased. I relied on my dog's veterinarian to cut his nails, and mobile grooming- full service visits in multiple states (New Jersey, Florida, Virginia, and now back in New Jersey)! My Dad and I went to this appointment, with my dog Harley. This was probably their first time in a pet store in both lifetimes.( my Dad is a senior citizen, and Harley is 9 years old :) The overall experience in the store was wonderful. My Dad can't stop talking about his "buddy's" haircut. THANK YOU PETCO 🐶

Since I entered with my German shepherd dog I saw a bad attitude and the girls who work there were not friendly at all. I was a little confused because I didn't know what their bad attitude was until I came to the conclusion that they don't like taking care of big dogs, they did a terrible job... to do this job they must have love and patience for dogs...It is not a pleasant environment for your furry loves.

Since coming to Petco I have been extremely pleased. When I first came here I explained to Alison how I had an awful experience at PetSmart in the grooming department with my furbaby Milo. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did the exact opposite that was the first and last time I went there. So I decided to try Petco, Alison listened to what I wanted and contacted me with any other questions or concerns, she was very professional and informative. Being that I was a new dog mom this was very helpful to me, when Milo was ready he looked amazing! She did everything I asked for and then some. I was extremely happy and just grateful to have Alison grooming and caring for him. Since then (which was about a year ago) Milo faithfully goes to Alison and Alison only she's stuck with him forever! He loves her and she loves him back. I can go on about Alison for hours! She is amazing, loving, knowledgeable, and caring, Petco is lucky to have her!
