I liked shopping on a Thursday because it wasn’t crowded. I was looking for hipster underwear in size small. Not all the colors were available in my size.I did find a lot of nice cards for wedding anniversaries and new baby boy, but only one card left for a retirement!I did find nice baby boy outfits for a gift and on sale for under $20.00!I did find a nice sweater in Sonoma department in size large juniors. It’s only October but I bought the sweater early because they had my size!And~ Vera Wang has nice tops for the winter! I found my size medium top and bought that right away!The cashier Madhuri on 10/5/23 at 12:54 pm South PlInfield NJ location; was very nice, professional and efficient! She was training a young man at the register. I’d wish he wouldn’t eat a snack with his snack in the pouch that was in front of his sweatshirt! I had greasy fingerprints on my Kohls paper bag!!I don’t like grease on my new underwear and sweaters!! I didn’t say anything because he’s new and must need his job! But to train the new employees, Kohl’s SHOULD tell the New employees NO food allowed on the floor! Water is okay but greasy chips or sticky candy should NOT be allowed when handling merchandise! I spent over $200.00!!!Thank you!

We were greeted at the dresses section by a friendly associate who helped to find matching sweater for a dress I bought.The cashier was friendly and we held light conversation while being checked out.I recently start shopping at Kohls. The experiences have been pleasant and comfortable.Thanks Kohls

Store not like it used to be. I used to give high praises, but sadly not anymore. My friends knew how much I loved Kohl’s and gave me gift cards all the time. I only go there if I have to and mainly give the cards away.

As a male, I was in the sauce in the women's department looking for some items for my wife. Thankfully, one of the associates, Amuri came to my rescue and saved the day. I survived and turned out to have had a wonderful expeience.

It's OKI do not like coupon system at Kohl's. First they set very high price and then you need to search and apply coupons. It is your responsibility to show coupons at the time of checkout.Update..Spehero is open here now and bigger than any nearest one

I went here the other day and the store door said use the other door. I don't get it, where is the other entrance? It was locked from the front. Can someone let me know where the entrance is?

I always do my Amazon returns at kohls and then happily do my shopping afterwards. Unfortunately yesterday I was turned off from doing any shopping in this store since the women at the amazing kiosk purposely wasted my time. I came in with about 13 items to return. When I arrived in line no one was behind me and there was a gentleman ahead of me returning at least 20 items. I was patient and waited my turn not saying anything because he was there first. When it was my turn, Carmen started taking other customers since I had "too many" items. This was extremely rude to make me wait like that and do my returns in 4 different batches. I had each item's code pulled up before she finished the last so this was extremely uncalled for. I could have been finished with returns within 5 minutes but I was there for 30 minutes instead. Since I didn't have time, I didn't do any shopping and I won't anymore. I'm going to do my Amazon returns elsewhere and my shopping elsewhere because of Carmen's unnecessary rudeness.

Bad service.. there is only one cashier for 50 customers standing in queue....takes 30 mi stor checkout atleast.. store has good options for adults and kids . Hope they have more people for helping customers. Lots of parking available .

This kohls location is a complete disgrace.My husband needed a dressing room and they told him to go in the females dressing room while women and little girls are getting changed.Not to mention they have all cell phone service blocked and all WiFi blocked so you can not use your coupons. After today's events I will never be shopping at Kohl's in any locations again.Men do not belong In women's dressing rooms!!!Never ever ever! Boycott kohls!They want men sharing dressing rooms with women and young girls

When Kohl's first opened in Pricenton, NJ I thought what a great store and couldn't wait to have one in my neighborhood. It was good in the beginning and went downhill. I went to a few other Kohl stores and I had the same experiences. First, their inventory to much. Customers know to wait for 10, 20 or 30% coupon. Wait there is more Kohl's cash is another incentive to hold off buying until you can maximize your savings. Therefore, you have too much stock on Clearance. The racks are overcrowded and merchandise is on the floor and dressing rooms. The store looks cluttered and takes away from their store brand. It's always crowded and a mess in my opinion. I only wish they had less stock and did away with the marketing ploys. I try to avoid this place as much as I can. Their online store is a much better option for me.

The associated was kind helpful and polite, always making sure that you know all about the sales and promotion in the store. Also I was help by a associated online the same date. The cashier at the store recommended me to go online and purchase before the sale was over cuz they didn't have more of the product that i brought at the store.Thank you Kohl's

Visited Kohl's to exchange a suitcase my son bought me for Mother's Day, that was a little damaged. The exchange process was smooth...was out of there right away. I shop there sometimes, but their prices are a bit high. It does help when they have a sale and Kohl's cash. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I only come visit here each time I have an Amazon return since that have one in the store and it changes location. While I'm there, i do get these $5 coupons to spend after my Amazon return, but after looking around, this shop just isn't for me but it could be for other people out there. Its kept clean and have lots of high quality items.

Kohl's needs to realize that consumer preferences for shopping are changing from in-store to on-line purchases. The online pick-up line is longer than any other checkout line!! Would recommend them to spend resources to staff and make online pick-up a better experience

I believe this is the best cloth departmental store in US. This is a best balance between quality and price. Best part is the all time greeting and smiling staff. This store has revamped itself with new super stock. Sephora is also there. Good collection of Active wear

I always have a good experience at Kohl's. I usually go to East Brunswick, but this time I went to South Plainfield because I was in the area. I was especially pleased when my cashier, Nicole, informed me that I was close to getting $20 Kohl's cash and asked me if I wanted to add something to my sale (like a candy bar) so I didn't miss out on the $20 Kohl's cash since I was $2 shy of getting it. I appreciated her looking out for me.
