Terrible cashier there that is always on her phone. She shorted me by 2 cents when I asked her she shut her drawer and told me she had no change and did not offer a solution but continued her loud conversation. This is not OK in my book. Customer service is everything. To the manager there..do yourself a favor and put her in the stock room immediately!!

i am very disappointed with one of the cashier's that took care of me at the register yesterday. I walked in with a small box which I use to put my coins in. I picked up two items and lined up at the register but when it was my turn she rung up my two items and asked me if I was paying for the box that I walked in with, I said no I came in with it and automatically accused me of stealing and I asked her to check the camera's that I was willing to wait so she can see that I was telling the truth but instead kept on accusing me. Listen if I was actually stealing why would I suggest to check the camera's. I have never been disrespected like this before. So sad since I always go there to shop for great deals.

This store is neatly organized, clean & well managed. Both the store manager & associate were very helpful and courteous. I’ve never been offered assistance at any other store. By far the best DS experience I’ve had after so many years

Management was very rude. They opened 10 min late and when I called to ask if they were open the manager said No. I asked what time do they open and she said in a minute and hung up on me. It was 9:06 when I called. When she finally made her way to the door it was 9:10am. I went inside and she was walking off to go back into her office. I let her know I had a order to pick up and she walked off without asking me anything about the order. Didn’t ask my name or what the item was. She then yelled to me from the back off the store “what is the order”. I had to walk from the front to the back to let her know and she pulled out 1 part of my 4 part order. It was a mess in the back room. You could tell they don’t keep the stockroom organized. I told her that wasn’t my full order and she said that was all she see and asked me to sign a receipt that I picked up my order. Lawd Why would I sign something that I didn’t receive? I looked on the box and it said 4 packages so why would she bring me one? She had the nastiest attitude and I’m so mad my order was shipped to that store and not the one in South Plainfield where they will actually try to help you and I never had missing items. If you run a business Don’t ship your online orders to this store. I called Dollar Tree for a full refund.

As soon as you walk in this particular dollor tree you notice the mess... There's boxes every all over the floor through the aisles shelves are almost not all bear I mean their stuff on the shelves is just all messed up.... I was talking to an employee one time and they only give 4 hours a day maybe 2 or 3 days a week that's not a lot... So if you're trying to get a job there don't not worth it.

Bathrooms are not opened for customers, but in other neighborhoods they're opened. I shopped in Franklin and Edison and both stores have opened bathrooms. I asked 2 employees....one doesn't know why the bathroom isn't opened and the other says she doesn't have the key for the bathroom. I find that very strange.

This morning I went to buy a couple of things and to start it was 9:10 and it was closed, then I asked the supposed manager if she could give me some birthday balloons and very, very rude, she told me to take them myself and that was what there was, there was broken glass on the floor, a total disorder.

there's only a few things they are missing like household items first things like couch covers shower curtains and rods sheers and pillow cases etc canisters for flour, sugar, tea bags, and rice, and etc
