The employee at counter was very rude.We did not want an item n when placed on counter near by and she says to pick it n place it to where it belongs .She could have said it very politely.Unacceptable behavior . This happened at 8.15 dated 8 April .

This Dollar Tree is by far the worse Dollar Tree ever! This store is always a complete mess. Employees do nothing to clean up and make it look presentable. Products are all over the shelves and on the floor causing customers to dig through the pile of mess. I don't know how this place has 4 stars. This store does not deserve at least 1.

This store needs a cleaning it is kind of grimey lately. Other than that it's great for basic greeting cards, basic kitchen utensils, party supplies/decor/gift bags. Also the crafting area and holiday decor is always a decent selection. Usually the team is nice and are helpful if you have a question.

The one cashier with a short, black pony tail was extremely rude. She was giving an elderly couple a hard time over balloons of all things. She was saying to ask someone for assistance or if one flies up, they'll get charged. There was literally no one available to help at the moment and the line they were called to was in limbo because that cashier was busy with a maintenance guy. Pony Tail lady kept badgering them when all these poor people were doing was just looking at balloons, not even trying to remove them from the net.

I will never shop here again. I had an absolutely horrible/dreadful experience here. They don't deserve not one star. I took work at a group home and took two clients here to shop for holiday decorations. While in the store one client had to use the restroom. He ran to the cash register and asked the male cashier to use the bathroom.The male said that we had to ask the female cashier. She informed us that we could not use the bathroom due to covid protocol. This is understandable in normal circumstances but my client was clearly mentally handicapped. He could not hold his urine like most people. I quickly put our decorations down and we left the store in a frantic.I called back to speak with the manager and she said they can open the bathroom in extreme cases only. I informed her that a mentally handicapped person having to use the bathroom is an extreme case. I am deeply upset by this. This location is not handicapped friendly. The handicapped population doesn't get to get out much due to inconveniences for them.My clients really wanted to go shopping and decorate for the holidays but it was all stopped because they weren't allowed to use the bathroom. We spend a lot of money there and won't be shopping there anymore.

The store is not organized properly, so finding an item is very difficult. Today, I took some pain and organized the books while I was hunting down for something. Other customers around were very appreciative, probably if the same is maintained it will be nice. This is always a shared responsibility between the store staffs and the customers, if the customers are not adhering to this, store staffs should emphasize to put back things where it belongs every time.

While I am aware that different stores carry different items, I expected a store (South Plainfield,NJ) this size to carry coconut milk and a cheese grater like my normal and smaller (Berlin,NJ) one does. I'm guessing this location is short on staff by the empty shelves everywhere. I was very disappointed in this trip.

Place used to be good until they got some weird gollum hobbit looking lady from the lord of the rings. She walks around collecting carts and is very rude and has a nasty attitude . wont be going back here anytime soon . your staff was good before why add this thing

This dollar tree is more disorganized then others I have been to. Most of the time it isn't well stocked either. So between the mess and bare shelves it isn't on the same level as other dollar tree's. I also have the desire to vacuum when I shop here. It doesn't seem clean. Also like with all doller tree's some items are overpriced. The same items they sell can be found at Walmart costing between 65 to 99 cents. I even checked the ounces. Things also tend to break easily also. It is hit or miss. However the diamonds in the ruff you do find here are truly a bargain. Just keep your eyes peeled.

Excellent store with some good stuff at a bargain price. The store is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always very nice and helpful with whatever you need. Definitely beats your small little dollar stores!

Went to exchange an item, and the manager told me that I had to go back across town to middlesex mall and exchange the item back there.I said I have the receipt and all I want to do is exchange a damage item. She said no,and said to ask for a discount at the store I purchased it at because the item is damage. So very very rude and unprofessional.

I went there specifically for bread, and once again , l they did not have it. The clerk told me that they run out of bread all the time now since the Acme went out of business. Why are they still running out of bread when Acme closed back in September of 2017. The store manager needs to address these things. I've come there to get spaghetti, bread, frozen french fries on more than one occasion respectively, to find these items out of stock.

Horrible service. Never have anything management won't even help the cashiers. just left there and the lazy manger wouldn't helpthe 2 girls blow up balloons the line was ridiculous and i feel so bad for the 2 employees on the register

Have lots of stuff! Store is slightly unorganized specially in the seasonal section but the staff is super nice! It's worth a stop! I mean everything is $1 how can u beat that!

It was good. The dollar tree in Middlesex Mall is larger and it has more stuff.
