No one is ever there. Went there at opening yesterday and we were standing outside and they didn’t open on time. Went there again around 7. And the doors were locked but that’s not the hours. They need staff

Scammers!!! Be careful! They want you to pay for your meds out of pocket! The worst CVS pharmacy! A script was sent into this CVS in Plainfield and the Pharmacist said the med wasn’t covered due to no coverage! That is a lie!!! I called my insurance carrier and spoke to the pharmacy with my insurance and CVS NEVER USED THE INSURANCE! They wanted us to pay $200.00 for a cream. My insurance company is aware of the pharmacy and its scam of acting like the insurance denied payment, when the truth is they NEVER SUBMITTED IT to the insurance! Please beware! Do not pay more than a simple copayment. Call your insurance and please don’t pay for your meds! Oh and they are terribly RUDE! Pulled the shade down at 7, even though we were at the window! Just obnoxiously Rude female pharmacist! Don’t trust this Pharmacy! They’re liars and scammers!!!

Alarm rang when purchasing lady kept asking if I had anything with a tag when there was clearly a single beverage in the bag. Told her it could be my keys since it’s happened before and I didn’t even have a purse with me..She looked at me as if I had two heads!Check your Sensors please! Wouldn’t want anyone to be falsely accused. Doesn’t help that the store was not as stocked too.

Great pharmacy staff. The pharmacist on Sunday very thorough young lady she kinda looks like Maggie from grays anatomy too. Looking forward to coming back here.

I love this store for a late night pick me up. It's huge and clean. Great for a snack or to pick up something you forgot on your way home.

This is the worst pharmacies of Cvs I've ever been to. They close the pharmacy at 7pm I can barely make it sometimes after work and they are very rude at the pharmacy.
