Teach your cashiers how to do their jobs. It’s already bad enough that the customer has to check themselves out and pretty much do their job but they also answer rudely when you ask a question.

Stephanie should get an award, raise or free vacation time for being an outstanding employee. She is the sweetest, most helpful and kindest worker around. Love her positive attitude and how she goes out of her way to assist everyone she comes in contact with. She is a stellar employee and a true professional.

I went in there two hours before closing for a passport photo but the lady comes out with the rudest attitude telling mw that they are so busy and cant fulfill my request even though we were the only ones there. Passport photo services are available as long as the store is open and it should not have been up to her to deny my request especially because she was on her phone and claiming they were so busy. Also her attitude was completely uncalled for. I would definitely recommend reviewing the staffing in this location. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

I'm completing this survey to compliment the cashier Faith who waited on me on January 9th 2023 in the South Plainfield store on Plainfield Avenue, New Jersey. It should be noted that she was not only courteous, gracious, smiled through the whole transaction although she had other customers, she treated me with respect and was very careful when helping me package my purchases.

Went there to fill a prescriptions that’s was supposed to be available on my return date every month! Was told by the very unprofessional assistants that they couldn’t fill till the next! We’ll next day came and what do you know the script wasn’t filled! Long story short had to wait till Tuesday to get it and was accompanied by one of the girls attitudes! I said you should do your job and no when a product is running low to then get ambused by another young girls attitude! Garbage employees that are probably still in high school and don’t know what how medications assist people! If it was an insulin issue I bet they’d never run out of that! Garbage employees and very unprofessional! Disgrace to cvs all over the world! I’ll never return

This is my go-to CVS. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They get busy at times, but someone always comes up front to open another register. The passport photo process is quick and easy. Ask an associate for help, they take your photo and in about 5-7 min it’s ready. (There’s a $2 off coupon online for passport photos)The pharmacy people are extremely nice. I never have issues here, and Stacy always says hello and uses your name.Parking is easy in their big lot.

My family has had many negative experiences here in our short time living nearby to this location. We've had at multiple times where the CVS doesn't have the medication in stock. They tell us they'll order it. Then after we call back to check on the status, we find out that their distributor doesn't have the item in stock and that they are unable to obtain it. All with days going by before receiving the necessary medication. We've had to wait hours to get simple flu or tdap shots. The most recent time we went, the pharmacy literally gave us THE WRONG MEDICATION for our 14-month old baby!! They simply did not pay attention to the prescription that they were filling. Thank goodness my wife double checked the bottle, i'd hate to think what would have happened if she did not. A simply inexcusable mistake. When we called to correct it, the pharmacist apologized for not reading the order properly and said it was out of stock and she'd order it. SURPRISE! When i called to check today, they said the distributor was out of stock and they couldn't get it. Never again. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Peter Pan pharmacy in town has been much easier to deal with and has a great reputation.

The pharmacist Anoshki is very professional and helpful. She took the time to address my concerns and even cashed me out because she saw the techs were busy. Never had any issues with the staff here despite the staff shortages!

I would not recommend to anyone this CVS pharmacy on plainfield avenue in south plainfield. Needed a medication for my daughter. First of all they are telling me that they don’t have the prescription from the doctor. Called doctor’s office, they told me that it was called in. Then called pharmacy and they are saying no they don’t have the script called in from the doctor’s office. When doctor’s office called them, they are telling them that they don’t have the medication so that’s why they didn’t dispense it. When I called them back to have rx transfer over to any other Cvs pharmacy who has it. They are saying none of Cvs has it and if I find one and if Needed, they will transfer the rx over. Called multiple other pharmacies around. Found one that had the medication I needed so called cvs pharmacy back and asked them to transfer over to this pharmacy who has the medication. Then I am being told again that They don’t have the script and doctor’s office can call it in again to new pharmacy. They need to have better communication.WORSE customer service experience ever!!

Pharmacy has done a great deal to improve services and accuracy over the past few years. Staff is very helpful and because several of them live in town they get to know your name. Good service makes a difference when you are in a place like this weekly.

They don’t care about people, only clocking in and clocking out. 5 mins late of closing which I understand and they say to my face they have somewhere else to be. Just unprofessional. Called next day for delivery options. Was not clear on the delivery instructions and gave attitude over the phone. Find people who care about the public. This is healthcare not chipotle

The Pharmacist there is insanely selfish. Let my prescription expire cause she closes the pharmacy early. Told me to drive 15 minutes to a different CVS cause they were open later.

Definitely has the very best head pharmacist working here... Unfortunately has some of the very very very worst of the pharmacy technicians as well.... I spent 300 on uber last month because I had to get to different CVSs because they couldn't carry my regular meds that I always get even with the script in there system... I understand some workers enjoy helping me and some hate it... I definitely understand dealing with disabled people such as myself is not fun but I try my very best to be less difficult as possible.. I always check the CVS refill dates on the amazing and helpful CVS app before going in.. Don't mess w the bully manager, she might throw out your personal property in the CVS garbage can outside.. On the other hand they have 1 of the nicest and caring managers as well.. So this store is filled w the best and the worst, just need to be polite no matter what happens and hope the right staff are working whenever you go on in. Just smile and be happy!! 😊

The store feels very dated, there is no cellphone reception inside and no Wi-Fi which would be very useful if you don’t know what you are looking for. The. Only reason the store gets 4 out of 5 stars is for the people working there, they are great. Always helpful and very knowledgeable.

I walk in at 8:8:30 and an associate was talking to two young ladies then looks at me and doesn't even smile and when she was done with them I walk over to her and she didn't even welcome me so I ask if the pharmacy was open and she said not until 9:00 and I said thank you and walk out.
