Stephaine was beyond amazing ,Very patient and knowledgeable.So I’m a new dog mom and I had been taking my dog to a well known company but they said they couldn’t groom him because he wouldn’t let them ( mindYou he’s been to this same place several times , with the same person ) IThen googled best dog groomers in my area and Stephanie’s business came up and i can now see why …. My baby ( Cooper) finally got his first cut .Stephanie you gained a new customer .Thank youuuuu ❤️

Stephanie is always kind and great with my fur baby. She takes good care of him even though he isn’t the easiest. My dog always looks and feels great when she is finished grooming him. I trust her with my baby and that speaks volumes of her business and the convenience is unmatched. Highly recommend!

my wife booked this company for a dog grooming, was told she would be here in the afternoon pulled a no show and when my wife texted for confirmation she said she had to reschedule for the following day , well the following day came and she did the same thing and asked if we were available on friday afternoon , my wife asked for a specific time and she never responded ! i told my wife forget it thats no way to run a business !you pull no shows at a real job and u get fired so guess what your fired !!!!!!!

Never had issues with grooming services before. I decided to take a chance on this groomer since it was a mobile grooming service. A side from her running an hour late, she came with a negative attitude and kept making excuses as to why she couldn’t groom my dog to ultimately tell me he’s sick and should take him to a vet. My pup is vaccinated and healthy, she just wanted to charge me the $25 fee for having her come to my house. It felt more like she came back tired from her previous grooming gig that got her an hour late to my house and then made excuses as to why she couldn’t groom my dog. Be careful before booking!!
