Staff was always kind and helpful, I only took my dog here once. They were able to accommodate me same day and provide special care as my dog was reactive.The staff was kind and empathetic and was able to get the testing done to help my dog. They made sure my girl was comfortable with the prescriptions provided.The doctor explained everything over the phone in regards to her results and when I asked the difficult questions the doctor was able to provide me the difficult answers, in a kind manner.The doctor even recommended a great third party option for in home services.

This is the experience of your pet's dream! They provide compassionate skilled care to your pet. We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep recently. Although this broke our hearts, the staff made this experience as comfortable as it could, allowing us much needed time to say goodbye to our Dumpling. Highly recommend this veterinary practice for all your pets.

I brought my dog in after he was attached by another dog. As soon as I mentioned the issue they issued an alert and we were in an examine room with in a minute. Very caring and efficient staff. They dealt with my dogs wounds and thankfully we were on our way in an hour. We have been using Pitman Animal Hospital for over 20 years.

Pitman Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing in every way. They love and care for your pet, and do everything possible to serve you. When the doctor says she will call you, she does -- always! I can't say enough good about them, and we have been with them for 13 years. We will always be grateful for the care they provided for our dear puppy, and I love telling everyone about them. I just want to say that Sophia vet tech was so wonderful with my dog Chipper. I couldn’t get him out of the car she carried to and from the car. So patient and kind . The front desk is always polite and friendly . The doctors are always so compassionate and patient .

Everyone is friendly and the facility is clean. They all obviously care about animals and want to do what's best for them. Dr Angelina answered all of my many questions. Someone came out to us in the waiting room with towels to cover our cats' carriers to keep them from getting scared. The level of compassion here is wonderful!

Excellent experience! They got us in within 24 hours. Didn't try to up sell us. Very compassionate and caring towards my kitty. They really care. My buddy had an infected tooth and they pulled it same day. He's still healing but he's finally eating again. Love this place! We moved and still go back for many reasons. Highly recommended.

I was so happy with our first visit to Pitman Animal Hospital. They were accommodating and scheduled us in a timely manner. The vet we saw was extremely knowledgeable and the vet tech was so nice and loving to our dog (who is very shy and a little flakey at times). They gave me multiple options on how to proceed with care for our beloved dog. I was so happy after our visit!

Pitman animal hospital was the only local vet able to get me in during an emergency. After my own vet said no, 2 local vets said no and 2 urgent cares wouldn’t take us. Dr. Erde stayed past his shift to take care of my dog. We were not rushed out, all questions were answered and the entire staff were helpful and so very nice. We will be making the permanent switch to Pitman Animal Hospital!

My dog chloe came into this hospital for limes disease and got medicine for it about a month ago back in November. Fast forward to today, she when back in for a check up and was supposed to be tested again to see if she was cleared from the disease but instead, the doctor said to my dad "why did you come back? Shes fine." and sent her home. I already had to deal with this with another dog back in may and he lost his battle to this disease bc it shut down his kidneys. Idk if it was lack of care or the fact that they were closing soon but this is definitely not ok. I trusted this vet and now im not so sure i can.

This vet has really changed. When Dr Harris ran the office he treated people and pets didn't cheat them!!!!! I called for an appt. I was told there was an appt available but then told I would need to pay $128 up front because they considered it an 'emergency appt'. But the appt was available.

There is no better place to take Buddy than the Pitman Animal hospital. The Staff is more than anyone can ask for. They take their time and treated my Buddy, with so much love. I would recommend them to EVERYONE

They entice you to spend money on unnecessary things all while providing minimal care. We switched vets and our new vet told us our cat has 4 broken teeth that Pitman Animal Hospital neglected to observe/tell us. Their neglect has cost our cat pain for months and thousands of dollars. Beware of this place.

I can not say enough about Pitman animal hospital. From the first time i brought my Buddy there they took such good care of him. They were always compassionate and thoroughly discussed all treatment options. The doctor always called me a day or two after he was seen to check on him. From when I would walk in there the staff was so helpful and caring. I am glad Buddy got to be cared for from such caring and compassionate doctors, technicians and office staff. Unfortunately, I had to put my dog down but even with that they did everything possible to make us comfortable during this extremely hard and sad process. Thank you for caring for my Buddy!

Absolutely love this place. All the associate are friendly and mindful and friendly. Surgery went well. I didn't expect the purple stitches, that was a plus. When you first get there you have to call and register which is okay with me. They get back to you asap.

Dr. Olsen has been my vet for a very long time, she is my favorite, Now that my dogs are in their geriatric years her compassion and dedication to them are proof of how much of an asset she is to our lives. She is truly a genuine person. I recommend Dr. Olsen to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Dr. Fite is by far one of the best veterinarians! She is extremely nice and very knowledgeable! I Never feel rushed at the appointment and she answers all of my questions. Also, she doesn’t promote unnecessary tests for my pets. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a veterinarian!

They love animals as they take their time to know your pet. They really helped me make a decision to save my cat who had a blocked urethra on a Friday. Many dollars later, with multiple trips between them and University of Penn, my cat is doing well. You simply can't put a price on love for an animal. They love to see my cat as goes to them at least once a year for a check up.
