Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The staff is rude and not compassionate. Rx are never ready when they are supposed to be. Every visit is left with frustration. Walgreens used to be friendly and care about their customer now it's just corporate. Will be going back to mom and pop pharmacy.

No sure what’s up with the pharmacy’s phone system but I will be on hold and then it rings again like call is getting picked up -I hear a voice and then back on hold right away. And it happens OVER AND OVER AND OVER . It’s annoying , get it FIXED !!

If I could give lower than one star, I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any store. I was out shopping with my 1 year old looking at makeup and one of the employees, Wineete, comes and starts yelling at me IN FRONT OF MY CHILD. In what universe is that ok? I was simply looking not using, not swatching. Disgusting behavior. The entire time I was in the store I saw her barking at people. Who allows this woman to continue working there??

Worst experience with photo/document printing I've ever had. I put in an order and was told it was ready, so I went to pick it up, only to find that a third of my pages are missing and another third is printed completely wrong and unusable. Only 6 out of 15 pages were correct. They tried reprinting and the same exact thing happened. The clerk kept saying it was messing up from the website to the printer and he just didn't know what to do. I asked for the manager but was told they were "on lunch" and he didn't know when they would be back. Absolutely terrible service and company. Never shopping at Walgreens again, and I will be actively telling people not to use Walgreens.

I am not sure what happened to the pharmacy. My latest experience was awful. I called in a refill for a prescription on a Wednesday. They told me it would be ready the following day. I went on Thursday but the drive thru was closed so I decided I’d go on the weekend when I had more time to walk-in, wait in line, etc. I went Saturday at 10:30am. They told me to wait an hour… between that time and the time my prescription was actually ready I went back 3 times. My prescription was finally ready at 2:00pm. Unfortunately, I was not the only person who experienced that kind of discrepancy with time frame for prescription pick up. I understand being short staffed or extremely backed up, but as a person who worked in customer service, it is important to notify your customers and give them an accurate timeframe or simply say it will be ready the next day so we aren’t wasting our time going back and forth. Super frustrating experience.

So I was very nervous about booking my parents vaccines at this location due to the reviews online and the fact that when I was calling they never picked up- HOWEVER my parents insisted I review them because they were so happy the vaccine person name Patricia. They said although it was very busy in there and they had to wait a bit due to "issue" she kept them informed, made them feel really comfortable and they found her funny and happy. She gave them both a flu and covid and they said it was the first time they did not hurt. They came home praising her- apparently she was that nice to everyone they saw her with. So Walgreens congratulations because my parents are happy- we will be recommending you to others.On a side note please do something about your phones. It's annoying to call and wait over an hr to speak to someone and sometimes no one picks up at all.

Came here to get a quick passport pic after working 12hrs just to be told the camera isn't working. When asked if it would be up and running in the next couple of days, i was told it hasn't been working for the past 3 days and she wasn't sure. I guess this store doesn't believe in adjusting information regarding the passport services or fixing the issue!

WORST WALGREENS LOCATION. I’ve had multiple arguments with someone in the pharmacy named Ariana - she needs to get fired her manager needs to get fired… I place an order for my mother’s insulin and everytime there is an issue where the insulin will be delayed for pickup for 3/4 days. Last time they gave me the insulin after 4 days and then syringes for the insulin after 2 WEEKS. I place an order then I call back numerous times then they say it’s ready then it’s never ready then I call the doctor who says they can never get in touch with the pharmacy and the pharmacy always has an excuse - the insurance didn’t cover it, the doctor never approved it, you gave us the wrong order etc…and this is after driving to get meds numerous times after they said they were ready and waiting in line at drive up for 15-20 mins.If you express a concern to the pharmacists on duty they literally laugh in your face and whoever The manager is backs them up so I had enough after last time - switched to CVS and haven’t had any issues, all the meds are ready on time no hassle.Idk who hired these people- but being this unprofessional in a field where people are dependent on the meds for their health and safety is actually unheard of - a delay that long could be very dangerous so hopefully Walgreens sees all these negative reviews and changes things around for the better.Please don’t go here in the meantime.

I waited an hour for them to attend to me and in the end they never did, This happened at the pharmacy.I don't understand how they were going to charge me $35 for a flu shot for my 4 year old daughter.

HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely horrible! Unprofessional and incompetent. I have an issue every single time that I go there. I received a notification from the app on Sunday (4/3) saying that my prescription was ready and would be held until 4/15. Today is Tuesday 4/5. I went today and they told me that they don’t have my prescription (they don’t see it) and to come back in 1 hour because I have refills and they can fill it that way. It is now 4 hours later and I am calling to see if it is ready. I have been on hold for 10 minutes so far while someone keeps picking up and putting the call back on hold. I am going to find out how to report this pharmacy while I’m on hold since I’m sure no one plans to pick up. Then I’ll waste more gas and time going back there. But I’m not hanging up so I can see who keeps hanging up the call.

The elderly women who works at the checkout is rude and very disrespectful. It you are that miserable doing your job maybe you should get another job. Evey time I come to this Walgreens it is the same attitude and same disrespectful treatment from this women. I could get into the details of what transpired tonight but nothing ever changes. There are actual people who work at this store who are friendly, helpful, and willing to help when asked. I will never step foot in this Walgreens ever again after the incident I had with this women. My money can be spent somewhere else where I am not talked to like trash and disrespected.

Worst pharmacy drive through ever. Waiting over 40 minutes watching people bang on the window to be ignored constantly. Yes I’m still waiting. If you don’t have the staff close the drive through don’t have the parking lot jammed up with cars!

This lady just accused my daughter of stealing a nail polish. She said the worker followed and watched her. My daughter was looking for the funko pops then took a picture of squishmallows to show me. After she sent me the photos, the worker came up to her and asked "did u get the nail polish", "where did you put it"?. My daughter told her she put it back. And the worker said " I didn't see you". WHY WAS SHE WATCHING MY DAUGHTER. My daughter left and cried all the way home. She shown me her pockets and her bag. SHE DIDN'T STEAL.The lady had no right to watch and accuse my daughter of stealing.

Went to the drive-thru Pharmacy here last night. Very professional service from the team there. They had about 3 people working in the pharmacy at 8:30pm at night which was surprising. CVS generally only has 1. Walgreens has this pharmacy working like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out quickly and the woman who helped me was incredible in terms of friendliness. She had such a positive attitude. I will be staying with the pharmacy going forward, hands down above the rest. Highly Recommended!

Good prices. Friendly workers and the pharmacy staff is amazing.. I wrote that 2 years ago. I go in there a lot. The staff is always friendly. They know where everything is. They're always helpful. I never had a problem with any employee including the pharmacy be rude to me. Actually the very helpful, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help if you let them.

Every time I come here I notice that the staff seems miserable. Never greets customers, even as they’re ringing me up, they’re silent. I don’t need a whole conversation but a simple “hello” and “have a nice day” makes the experience more pleasant. Instead you feel like a bother for walking into the store.

this is the worst pharmacy ever..staff is not helpful and understanding at all . they don't understand anything. 1st pharmacy already updated all the info still they did not contact me for my medicine. they put my medicine on hold. when I was giving them my insurance details they are not able to understand and I had to go personally when I m sick and positive .

I don't know what happened here, but it's BAD! I'm changing pharmacy's soon as I can. My Dr. called in my prescription and the pharmacy never filled it until the last minute, I called my Dr and they said they sent it yesterday, they just filled it when I got there! I waited an hour and a half! Then the pharmacist that IS there rocks back and forth (I'm not saying he shouldn't be working) how is he reading and counting correctly, maybe that's what is slowing him down.

Came for Tdap vaccine - the pharmacist seemed clueless and incompetent on administering the vaccine ! Wait time is minimum 50 minutes even with appointment and even during off peak hours! Avoid this location !

Beyond frustrated at the service offered tonight. I walk in between 11:51pm-11:53pm knowing that the store closes at 12. I am here because my wife is unwell and i need some meds. Upon entering the store; ARTHUR obnoxiously yells at me and tells me the store is closing in 10 mins. I get it, I’m not here to buy pancake mix to make a breakfast in the morning, rather a legitimate reason to walk into Walgreens so late at night. Arthur then proceeds to rudely walk up to me and rush me out. If you’re in a rush to go home Arthur, please resign. This is terrible service all around .

The manager needs to be removed! And whoever the lady is that works in the pharmacy needs to be fired she was following me around the store and I guess she was doing to the same to someone else before I arrived because she got cursed out.If there is a limit please put the sign up... no sign at all... even said it's on the website and couldn't even pull it up to show me worst experience ever from Ann the Russian and Winnifred the fake Loss prevention

Staff seems to be totally irresponsible. We want for a Covid test for my daughter and seems they changed the name of the patient when sent to their partnered lab Aegis science lab center. Lab rejected the sample without checking with anyone. Surprisingly no updates from anyone until I was calling the lab repeatedly. It was total waste of time and we have to go for retest again

There is ample parking at this Walgreens. However, some staff members are more professional than others. Nearly three years ago, I had to contact the cooperate office in Deerfield, IL so that the men's restroom could be cleaned thoroughly. Thankfully, the conditions appear much more hygienic now.In regard to the pharmacy, if your medication is available in multiple formulations (i.e. active ingredients vary from one formulation to another), please, ensure that your prescriber writes the corresponding prescription to match with the formulation that you need.I spent nearly three days trying to get my medication. My prescriber and insurance company had to intervene. The pharmacy continually billed my insurance company for the incorrect formulation. My prescriber had to write the active ingredients on the prescription in order for the pharmacy staff to differentiate it from the other formulations. Simply writing the name of the medication was not enough for the staff to understand. I can only imagine how life threatening this incident could be for other people.
