Overall pretty solid, besides the primo water filling station. Went earlier today try get a single 5 gallon jug filled. Was surprised when I reached the station to see two guys with 3 carts full of empty jugs hogging the machine. A limit to how many jugs you could fill at once would be nice.

A lot of the workers there don't like Gay people. You see laughing and talking about people. Half of them are not doing there jobs always talking and joking about with each other somebody could get hurt and they don't care. They are always out of things you need shelves are never stocked properly or priced right. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Never clean when walking around there's always a wet spot on the floor. Over priced for a lot items. Not a very friendly or family place to visit but very convenient at 6 AM shopping.

like the Walmart. Most employees are super nice. I’ve only had one issue with one employee here being rude and super disrespectful. Very clean and usually everyone is very helpful

This is one of my favorite Walmarts. The store is very big and has plenty to offer. The store's floor plan was recently changed, and some departments moved from one to another areas. It actually looks nicer and better.Even when it's crowded here, it's never congested, self check out lines move fast.Customer Service is also great here.Always clean and neat thanks to workers and customers too.There are public bathroomsThere is free Wi-FiSubway restaurant is insideAlways available parkingGreat garden sectionMedication recycling bin in from of the Pharmacy (inside the store)Plastic bags recycling box (inside the store)So highly recommended Walmart.

Best Walmart in a 25 mile radius. Kinda ghetto, but not ghetto to where they lock up the headphones and baby formula. Be prepared for the checkers to hold you hostage at the exit to find the two dollar soda you bought

The place looks busy. But my cashier was really nice engaging in conversation with me as she was scanning my items. What made it unpleasant for me was that I was the only one the man at the door checked the receipt while I used a person cashier. Made think why. So never again. I usually go to Costco, but since Walmart in Philipsburg was in my path, I stopped and didn't feel welcome.

Walmart does NOT have the right to do receipt checks when you leave. It is not in their contract! They should be ashamed of themselves for that! Do not recommend.

I was mortified and felt racially profiled. I did my shopping as usual. I was leaving thru the garden section where I was parked due to the inclement weather. I stopped to put my toilet paper in a bag. I noticed a employee glaring at me from behind her cash register. She was so focused on watching me bag my toilet paper.After I was done and started to exit the store. She quickly approaches me and stands in front of my cart and asks me for my receipt. She looked at like it was fraudulent. Meanwhile another customer walks out holding two unbagged merchandise in her hands who was right next to me and both of us where heading towards the exit doors and I was blocked and stopped.. I advise you not to shop here.

They overpriced big time! And then you have to use self checkout and bag your groceries as well, There's only a few open register that employees are at. It's like you are an employee when you're there. js imo, that's terrible customer service!! Corporate should be embarrassed for using customers to do the work and we don't get paid! I am a faithful Walmart shopper who visits many of these properties state to state and I rate this one a 10 of 10 recommend!!! I liked the friendliest of greetings upon entering. The store was stocked, clean and well organized. What more can I say.

When shopping at the store, specifically am an Instacart employee checking out the registers were not working properly, and when I asked for help from the associate at the self check out, she told me the batteries were running low in the gun that I was using to scan my items.When leaving the store, two goons came up to me from security and treated me like a thiefThey took me to a back room where they went through my $250 order and pulled out one pack of seasoning, taco mix and three bags that were not scanned.When I told them that I asked for help twice, they told me it was my responsibility. Not Walmart to make sure that my order checked out properly, including any system errorsThey banned me from the store for 48 hours!Two goons who probably don't even pay their own child support were accusing me of stealing.This place is an absolute in the two that you have working for were rude and racially profiled me.Be careful when Walmart Self check out !!Not only do their employees get paid to just stand around and do absolutely nothing and are completely helpless. They just absolutely do not care!

Easy shopping for pre snow storm stock up. Not as crowded as I thought it would be. Got all but one thing on my list. Check out a little difficult. Used self check out. Keep charging twice for an item.

Very very very busy Walmart. Day or night. Hardly any respect from customers or employees. Dirty as far as Covid restrictions. Few and far in between as shelves were empty or not stocked. Not sure which one. Easy on and off. Located near WaWa.

This store is SO MUCH cleaner than the other Walmarts I usually shop at. I noticed a huge difference right away. From the cleaner parking lot to the shiny floors throughout the whole store, it's not even comparable to Easton or Whitehall Supercenters. It's also more organized and better stocked.They also have security who constantly patrols the parking lot. That makes me feel safer to shop alone at night and not as worried about someone breaking into my car while I'm inside the store.I wish this place was closer to my house, but I feel like it's worth the extra drive because it's a nicer store. I won't go out of my way just to pick up a few things, but definitely will for my larger shopping trips. It's especially worth the drive since they are much more likely to actually have my items in stock. Every time I go to the Bethlehem Walmart, I leave without a lot of the important items on my list because they're constantly out of stock. So driving an extra 12 minutes or so to have a better shopping experience and actually get everything on my list is totally worth it.

In the midst of the pandemic, the drive-up pickup has been amazing. Every team member has been friendly, efficient, and hard working. Occasionally things I am looking for are not in stock, but that's ok with me - in general, this is a fantastic service.

Customer service never picks up when you call, lack of employees to help when you need them, a lot of employees are bitter and act like you are in their way, I have even gotten nasty looks, I am in a wheelchair and sometimes I almost get run over by them. Plus on peek days or times there seems to be less cashiers available to help out and sometimes the self service registers are closed off, the bigger ones that are easier to use if your cart is very full. Sometimes the bathroom toilets are just nasty, clogged, dirty, smelling of poo in the air, water everywhere, no air freshener that helps with the quality of the air, very hot in the bathroom, overflowing garbage and empty soap containers. The only exception is the family/Wheelchair accessible bathroom, that one is always clean and smells good. Thank you for that, I appreciate it.There's only 2 gentlemen who work at the front incoming and outgoing area that I love seeing every time I go. They both say hi to us, chat with us, and wish us both a goodnight.

Bought a garden which was tagged at one price but got charged twice as much luckily I caught it before I left. I went to customer service for a refund who then called the manager Mike who claim he’s in the isle and there’s no more hoses. The manager at the desk wasn’t polite and shrugged her shoulders and walked away when I told her there’s a bunch of the same products on the shelf. I returned the hose went back to the isle took a picture of the products still on the shelves with the same price and took it back to the desk.They didn’t seem to care so I left and bought it on amazon. I will never shop here again,rude unfriendly and unprofessional staff starting with managers. What happened to customer service?

My local wally-world, on my commute home, right off the highway. Just like every other Walmart, but luckily this is a super walmart, so we do a lot of food shopping here too. Best prices around! Bakery, deli, and prepared foods leave much to be desired though.But we're just happy to have one so conveniently located.Don't forget your reusable shopping bags!

I usually am able to get in and out of the store, no problem. However, in recent weeks, they've had an older woman with glasses working as the receipt checker, and she was downright rude and nasty. I had used the Walmart Pay feature, which gives you a digital receipt. For whatever reason, in the middle of her checking another customer's receipt she asked me to stop to check my receipt. I never had an issue with this, they are just doing their job. This particular occasion the app wasn't loading, and I attempted to tell her I did not have time to wait for it to work. Her response was, "Then I guess you stole the items". Just the sheer audacity and clear smugness she had on her face in her statement made me angrier than anything. I told her if there was a problem, they have my information on the computer and can contact the police as I walked past her. Her attitude and disrespect is the exact reason why the company loses money. She needs a refresher in basic customer service. I refuse to shop there on the off chance she is working the receipt side. Shameful as I had great experiences until her.
