I love everyone at The Styling Pooch!! Everyone there is so kind and gentle and willing to go the extra mile for my dogs (and I’m sure every dog that comes in)! Over the years I’ve been bringing our dogs to Rachel and now Nick as well, we’ve only been treated with the utmost kindness and care. Every single time our dogs leave the grooming salon I can tell they feel good and we’re well taken care of while they were there. My dog, Peach, doesn’t enjoy getting her nails trimmed but Rachel handles it with ease. We’ve even been made aware of things to call the vet about. They just care about their clients so much! We are so thankful for everyone at The Styling Pooch and we look forward to every visit! Thank you again for the Christmas photo of Lucy, I can’t wait to see how Peach’s turns out tomorrow!

I took our rescue to this establishment and I was blown away by the treatment we received and how patient they were with our Astro. Kayla was so amazing and informed us of their process in making Astro comfortable and not pushing him past his limits. He had never been groomed, so we were apprehensive but he seemed to have enjoyed it and came out looking like a Rock Star. Thank you Kayla for making us all feel welcomed and taking the time to talk with us. I highly recommend.

We just wanted to thank Rachel and her wonderful staff for the care that she gives to our precious Teddy. He had the Holiday Spa Package and the picture that she took of him was absolutely adorable! We have been going there for two and a half years, and the care that Rachel and Allison show Teddy is priceless. We've been Rachel's clients for over three years now, right from the days when she was running her business out of her home garage. We've always been loyal customers and gracious tippers. Today was a bit surprising, though. I took Jack, my dog, for a haircut, and they hit me with an extra $10 dollars for (kenneling) because I was late picking him up due to traffic coming from work. I received a text saying he'd be ready at 3:35 PM, I replied I couldn't make it until 4 PM. My exact arrival time was 4:08 PM. I realize being late is late, but are you serious? I'll take that one on the chin.However, the real kicker was an additional $15 charge for Jack being labeled as "rambunctious" during the cut. I mean, come on, he's a dog – isn't handling such situations part of their expertise? How can I be sure he was genuinely "rambunctious"? That just sounds like a vague claim that could be slapped on any dog. Sales are down for the quarter? "rambunctious fees on every dog this month." I'm not saying my dog is perfect, but it just rubbed me the wrong way. At least give me a warning, and I'll Trazadone him for next time. After leaving, I came home and told my fiance the story. She was livid and wanted to talk to them. I told her it was a safer choice if I called. Deft don't want her calling!!!!I reached out to Rachel, the owner, to explain, but she said it's their policy and nothing can be done about it. You are the owner; of course, you can. I almost wish I didn't make the call to hear that remark. It just aggravated me even more. With that being said, I am going to leave you something from one business owner to another..."Success is not a solo journey; it's a collective effort. Remember those who stood by you in the shadows of your growth, for loyalty is the bridge that carries you from where you were to where you are now."You got me for the extra $25 dollars today but lost 4 cuts a year at $125 a pop. You don't need a calculator to figure out that was a stupid decision.

Amazing, courteous, friendly, and professional group of groomers/dog handlers here at this business. Everyone who works there has been super kind and accommodating. They do great work, and are very professional. Prices are very fair as well. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have dogs with special "sensitivities". They handle every particular situation very well.

I'm so happy I took the chance when I walked into this shop and made an appointment to get my Maltese groomed. Nick is just wonderful. I knew I was going to be very happy just from the consultation before my pet was brought back to be groomed. Nick knew exactly what I wanted just by listening to my concerns and expectations. They are very good at handling hyper dogs. My dog always comes out so happy and with a funny bandanna on. We have a collection of badannas from them. Lol

One CRAZY Who Dat!

Brought our pup over and explained to them that he wasn't very good around other dogs. Was told he would be the only dog there. So, we dropped him off and left. About 30 minutes later I get a call and was told my dog was acting like he wasn't trusting them and refused to get a bath, and to come get him. We get there and they tell us that there was another dog in the room but was divided by a curtain. Then, they charged us $35 for their inconvenience. Robbery at its finest. We were also told that there was another family with a German Shepherd that they had to bring back 5 times before the dog would trust them so they could give him a bath. Did they charge them 4 inconvenience fees at $35 a pop as well? Sad. Very sad.

I have 2 small dogs and one is a high anxiety dog who needs to have a kind gentle groomer and that is exactly what the Styling Pooch Pet Service has provided for my very anxious dog. She is gentle and does a great job with wash, cut, and nails. My girls were beautiful after her grooming service. I’m very happy with her company and will be using her again in the future.

Rachel is a very loving and caring person. I was not worried about leaving my dog with her. She takes her time and does extremely good work. My dog gets excited to see her and he don't have any anxiety with taking a bath or getting hair and nails trimmed. I definitely recommend her.
