Love this Shoprite! Everything is laid out so well and easy to find! I’ll go out of my way to come to Pburg instead of closer ShopRites to my house. Employees at the cash registers and curtesy counter are also friendly and very helpful! Love this store! Anna is especially a great employee!!!

Besides the fake sales, arbitrary pricing, and their stock associates setting up obstacle courses, the app hardly ever works and discounts fail to process. The cashiers explain that all I need to do is go to the courtesy counter for a refund: I've waiting in one of the only 4 open lanes, brought my own bags, did my own bagging, now I need to drag my 5 year old into a 20 minute line to get an advertised price. They hope most people won't waste their time, but I've had it. It's every 3 or 4 trips this happens. We're all getting ripped off - why make it more painful for everyone?Going forward, if the app doesn't work and I don't see sale prices reflected, I will walk my cart over to the service desk and ask for a full refund, and the store can have fun restocking and throwing out all the perishables. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Went to grab a Starbucks after I picked up a few groceries and the older lady working there was absolutely insufferably rude to me and my fiancé. She was so rude that we both looked at each other shocked and just left, without ordering our drinks. Every time I grab a coffee here the staff is very rude and makes me very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

Anthony, a manager was fantastic. I came in for a specific item that was inshore supply in the rack. He went in the back room, found me a case of it then called the clinton store to see if they had any and I bought enough. What customer service thank you Anthony!

Seafood department is very disorganized and the man who gave me a lobster is extremely cranky. Was so nasty that he even told my wife to shut up when she asked how long to boil it , just very cranky

Another ShopRite from home disaster! Don't do it. It's not worth the headache. It's only convenient when they get things right and I have yet to have any of my orders that way. Why is it target is the only place to have their act together?Only giving more than 1 star because the instore experiences are good.

People think this ShopRite is so great and it isn't. The ones in central jersey are so much cleaner. The produce in this store is gross. I've bought turkey meat that was rancid. This store has a lot of cleaning up to do

Mind blown and disgusted to be sent to the car in 100 degree weather while shopping for food with my autistic daughter and having her service dog with us. The dog doesn’t just help the child with her autism episodes when they get bad but her mother who also has lupus and SVT (heart condition) the dog detects that and alerts on what to do. Mind blown that a place can be so not kindly towards service animals and those with medical conditions. Smh get it together

Shoprite is one of the places that we are purchasing groceries. The place is clean and well organized. There's plenty of vegetables and fruit varieties. Love their sea food selection and their jumbo shrimp is really good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Vegetables, fruits and meat so fresh. Prices are also not bad. If anyone need good groceries this place is recommended

ShopRite Greenwich is a little pricey but the atmosphere is good. Everything looks fresh and well displayed. The store is clean and organized. Also no carts all over the parking lot great store

This is a very busy location! The weekends and afternoon hours during the week seem to be their busiest times. I usually stop on my way home from work around 4pm during the week because it’s more convenient for me since I’m already driving by the shopping center during my commute. That being said, the store is usually very well stocked and there is many employees working in the store. The store is always clean and has fresh produce and meats.

Meats always look great and good selection that you can't always find other places. The Bowl &Basket store brand products I've purchased so far have been good quality. The curbside pick up is great. Haven't tried delivery yet.

Beautiful store, great selection, high normal prices but great sales, self check out counters are knee high for unloading groceries...have mercy on our backs please, we are saving the stores wage costs by loading our own...at least give us waist high checkout counters like the checkers have.

So as a new Alpha, NJ resident. I have to admit this shoprite is just the organized and the biggest I have been to. Love the selections. I did self check out, stations were clean and very easy to use. It did not give me an issue when I could not leave big items on belt after scanning 🙄 lord knows I hate when that machine beeps telling me to put item back on the belt, like it doesn't fit Hello 😂! All in all great place to shop.

Multiple food items from pick up orders going bad within a day / already going bad when given to us. Bread, strawberries, etc. had to throw out when got home or next day

Wow... this Shoprite is amazing compared to Shoprites in Pa. They have more selections of foods here then Pa has!! I was happily surprised. I liked the store layout once I got the hang of it. Longer isles then I'm used to but I really liked it. Gave u the chance to take your time & enjoy your shopping. The lady in bakery was so friendly. We actually struck up a cool conversation. Wish my local Shoprite was like this.

I have been coming there for years. And I want to acknowledge an exceptional employee Grace (cashier). She is always so helpful and every time I come she is running around helping customers. It is shuch a delight and pleasure to see someone who is always so pleasant. Especially during this time when you see people angry with the self check-outs, she is always there with such a great attitude and so helpful.

First time they're in the middle of the day quite a while not too crowded. Also with the new masking rules was a little confused because outside there was a board that said to wear masks but there were persons inside that we're choosing not to mask. I have no problem with that. I don't want to be judged because I still wear my mask. All in all good experience.

Well organized. Fish department is very good and has a good selection of fresh fish and seafood. Meat dept is also very good and is always well stocked. Fruits and vegetables dept is also good with a great selection of fresh produce.You rarely have to wait in line for long when checking out and there's also a self-checkout area with plenty of registers available.
