Excellent care of my dog beautiful haircut and very friendly groomers. They take good care of my mini yorkie. He is very nervous around strangers since we are the third owner. He is very comfortable being around Kelly and the other staff. That says a lot to me. I know he is definitely being treated kindly.

It’s a pleasant experience as soon as you are greeted at the counter. The girls are so nice and take good care of my Roxy girl. She leaves there happy and smelling fresh.

Love Keonna with my dog Daisy. She called ahead to let me know she wanted to make sure she had enough time with Daisy, so the appointment was a little later. But great to see she knows daisy so well!

The groomers, especially Alissa at this location, are friendly, timely, and thorough. They clearly care about my pup and are incredibly understanding of unexpected situations (for example, I had to move my appointment from Saturday to Sunday due to unforeseen weather conditions in my area). I love this location. :)

So my dog has been coming here since he was a puppy and even then the lady here would make comments about how my dog was scared or misbehaving, he won't let her use the drier or just something to remind me my dog is a big baby. So we stopped coming but he really needed his nails cuts, and once again she said my dog wouldn't let her but still charged me for what the dog wouldn't allow. I was upset by this because I have 3 kids at hime and 85 is not a small fee. In addition to the staff making me and my dog feel bad they Constantly call to change my appointment. Example I scheduled the appointment at 5pm then at about 12 I'll get a call saying they had cancelations and can my dog come sooner. Resulting from in us missing the appointment. Well for my family personally we won't be back. I guess the quality is only good if they like your dog.

I give them 4 stars and an E for effort. Got a wet dog back with half her nails clipped. Like I said they tried but Bella wasn't having it.

In the past it has been an enjoyable visit with our little one. My husband and daughter took him in for a self serve bath and had to wait 20 mins. I asked why and was told that the 2 people were grooming another dog and didn't want to stop because our information needed to be updated. Well, this has never happened in 12 years, even when information needed to be updated and I told them to leave. They did not leave and waited around, so I assured them I would contact Petco about the above.
