My kids and I love walking through that entire store. Employees are always eager to help in any way possible. The animals always get along so well as customers walk about with our furry friends. I've NEVER seen a fight/disturbance between pets in all the years (many pets later) that we've been shopping there! Prices could be better but that's everywhere nowadays!!

The transition went very smoothly. My dog was cut beautifully. I peeked and watched her with my dog and he behaved nicely for her. That told me that he felt safe. I could not be happier about the entire experience.

The reptiles look like no one cares as much for them like the critters upfront or fish. Customer service there is really bad. Everyone well two people working ignore customers when they come in. Not welcoming for humans I wouldn't think for pets eaither

Kelly is hands down the BEST groomer around! We followed her from another location and she always has ours dogs best interest! She is always exceeding our expectations and again does a phenomenal job. Our dog has had bad experiences with other groomers which makes him nervous and with Kelly he is comfortable. Def recommend her to everyone!!

Today we brought in our dog to get a haircut and wash. The experience was amazing Ann Marie and Janette were so kind and did a fantastic job with our dog. He looks so cute and smells fresh and clean.

I got my dog groomed there today for the 2nd time since adoption. There were two girls working in the grooming department and they did an outstanding job. He looks and feels so much better. I swear he knows it too because he he'll come strutting in room now and casually roll his belly to you like..."Yea, you know you wanna pet this soft fur'...Also wanted to thank sales rep Abe for helping pick out right chew bone.Anyway thanks for taking care of us and giving my dog a bigger ego.

Our little Gemma (pug) loves coming here for her grooming (nail trimming, deshedding, occasional baths). The staff are friendly and treat her like a princess. Sometimes she gets a bow or scarf. They are very accommodating with appointment times and look forward to seeing her.

Would be negative stars if possible. Booked a grooming service for my Labrador retriever and was denied service because their excuse was he is blind (below picture blind on his left side of the eye). Had him groomed there previously by another person with no issue.The person work there on 12/26/21 and her manager I feel have discriminated against me because I look different (minority) not because of my dog.Emailed Petco customer relation to file a complaint and did not get any follow up resolution to the issue outside of letting me know my email have been shared with the store manager.Will file a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

Staff at Pburg Petco is always nice and are ready to help. On this visit I had to buy a bigger “cone of shame” for my puppy that got fixed and as always I found what I was looking for. Puppy didn’t like the bigger cone, but I liked! 🤪

Last time I took my dog to get groomed there he got extremely sick. To him to the hospital and had to cough up $500 for medical expenses. My dog will never get groomed there again and once my vital care it complete in December I’ll never bring any of my pets back.

the entire fish staff here are awesome and have helped me out. the issue i have is not their fault, however, every fish i've bought there in the past few months have died. my tank's parameters are superb, but new fish just die within a month. i hope they find a different supplier, b/c this store's dept is great, but their supplier is not.

It's ok there. Finding help is always a chore and always annoying. It has been about 6 years, but I worked at Petco for 6 years. I know there is to be an employee at each major section. When I was stationed in aquatics, that's where I was expected to be. If I took on other tasks outside of my assignment, I was always to have an eye on my department and go back if there were customers. Customers were not supposed to have to go searching for me for help. Same if I was on register. Yet each time I go here, I need to spend time searching for an employee only to be told that employee is not in the section I need and they have to find help and then I have to wait some more for that help.

The grooming services are great! We love Jeanette, she’s always super friendly and very helpful!The vitalcare rewards program is super helpful and it really pays for itself. They always have a large selection.

No traffic at the time I went just your normal tractor trailer traffic and parking lot was easy to park in couldn't find handicap parking though that easy for where I was and I am handicapped

Worst location I’ve been to . Keonna in grooming will lie to you and overcharge you . Simple grooming suppose to be $57.00 she ended up charging $110.00 . She made no sense with the charges . She held my dog hostage until all charges was paid . Not only I had 2 young children that was crying and wanting to leave with me I did not want to cause a scene . She stated the grooming would take 45 minutes . I waited in the parking lot . 30 minutes go by and she’s outside smoking a cigarette with 2 other employees . She called me exactly 45 minutes after . Also before I took my dog in for a grooming she was walking a dog and she didn’t even bother to clean up after the dog outside . A manger was suppose to reach out within 48 hours . And they did not even bother . This location is a joke .

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM HERE. I bought two parakeets from this location and both of them were ill with something as I got them. One died two weeks after I got it and the other one a few months later. Went back to the store and asked the manager what breeder they get their birds from and he couldn’t tell me because no one knew. The way they breed birds is the equivalent to a puppy mill. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the only location where I run into any kind of issues with getting my dog groomed. I guess they don’t like big dogs. The same girl always gives me problems and refuses services. I know it’s not my dog because I go to other locations and they love my boy! Don’t work with dogs if you’re scared of big breeds. And reading some of these reviews I see I’m not the only one having these issues. It’s probably the same girl that keeps giving me issues.
