I have a temperamental long haired tabby and I was so nervous for her first grooming. The groomer called me right after I dropped her off to confirm I wanted shaved or lion cut cause I mistakenly said shaved (good thing she called!!) and said she would be done in about 30 minutes. I was shocked they were even able to cut her hair because she hates even being held, and she also got her nails trimmed. She looks great, they were very courteous and easy to work with, I will definitely be back. The price was very reasonable.

Horrible experience would never go back nor refer anyone.1. My tiny 14 lb dog took 3 hours to groom. Insane.2. They nicked his peepee and his belly. This is a dog that does NOT move when taking a bath. There should be no reason why he comes back with 2 cuts.3. His hair is uneven everywhere.This is unacceptable and this person should NOT be allowed to groom any animals.

I am sick to my stomach. Brought my cat in to be shaved and bathed, she returned with her whiskers cut off. Called to ask why this would ever happen and was assured id recieve a call back, recieved a text message from the groomer and owner saying she came in with her whiskers cut off. Cat came home discombobulated and clearly anxious, common symptoms of having whiskers trimmed according to the internet. I also literally have a picture of her the morning she was shaved and her whiskers are there. Not trust worthy, not honest.

Best groomer I have come across in every way possible and I have been to about 10 due to traveling everywhere. This place is extremely accommodating, please don't take advantage of their kindness as they will go the extra infinite mile for you. Real professionals in every way. Literally everyone I spoke to was incredibly pleasant. From the owner to every worker, such nice people who truly know what they're doing. The customer service to how well they groom is impeccable. Trust that this is the place you should take your dogs to. I wish these guys tons of success, I love their passion for what they do. Thank you!

My first time taking my pups to alpha, staff was very friendly. They listened to what I wanted done. When I picked up my pups, that's exactly what I got. Absolutely love the outcome. Other groomers would do what is easiest for them. I would definitely recommend them and continue to go there.

Today was my first time bringing my dog here. Everyone was very nice. I have a golden so he’s big and he’s energetic. I was nervous he was going to be a little crazy for them but I didn’t hear any issues. He came out looking great too! Before this we were going to Petco and they shaved my golden. Alpha pet grooming did such a nice job giving him a nice cut for this warm weather while he still looks like a golden. Very affordable place. This place has become our new groomers! They have found loyal customers in us and I will be recommending them to all my friends!

I took my 79lb Chow Golden retriever mix here to get all cleaned up .he is a day boy and it only costed me $63. The ladies were so friendly and welcoming .made me feel comfortable as well as my dog. They did such a great job !!! When I picked him up he was super happy and in a great mood .thank you ladies so much for taking great care of Ziggy💜

Took my Bella here after a horrific experience at Petco Grooming. The groomer was absolutely wonderful! She got on the floor with my dog to try and make her feel more comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better groomer!

Took my dog here once and I hated it. Waiting in the lobby and all I saw was dead bugs on the ground, dogs screaming, and one of the groomers yelling and handling the dog roughly. Once I was finally being helped, the groomer didn't really ask me what I wanted to do or what type of hair cut I wanted. She grabbed my dog and brought her in the back and caged her. Of course, it was my first time there, so i wanted to check the place out, so I followed her in the back room. Dogs were in small cages with dryers full blast at the dogs faces. The groomer wasn't the smartest tool in the shed either.When I came to pick up my golden, I wasn't happy with the cut at all! The grooming was extremely choppy, and not right looking at all. I honestly didn't know what to say to her..my puppy wasn't herself for the rest of the day after that "spa" experience.I wouldn't recommend going here at all.

My cat basically did a “#4” on the way to his grooming appointment but the staff took care of all of the cleaning and my cat was happy when I picked him up. Great staff, great quality, and I will definitely go back.

I dropped off a shitzu and picked up a mutt! Looks NOTHING like a shitzu anymore!! Doesn't even look like my dog! 4 1/2 hrs and you pick up a shaved chopped up haired dog! I'm VERY upset!
