Do not leave your pets with these people. My husband and I discovered her last minute when we needed a back up sitter, and it seemed great and convenient. Our dog stayed in her care for 2 days and came back traumatized. He threw up food that he doesn’t eat, we gave the owner his particular food. He slept for two days straight after we picked him up. Wasn’t acting normal, and then started having diarrhea. We basically had to take our dog to the vet and possibly a therapist because of this place. Do not send your dogs here at all!

Took my dog there a while back. They did a great job. My dog doesn't let anyone cut his nails and they did it without having him go crazy in fear. The guy working there was Very patient and loving to him. About to make an appointment for all my fur babies

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME Service. She's the bomb and always fit me in with my crazy schedule. I have two babies I take to her and they always look so precious and smell soooo good when she's done grooming them. She is very attentive and caring when I leave my babies I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY (that's extremely important to me). She's an absolute doll. Thank you so much for ALWAYS taking care of my babies. smooches.

This is the worst place to take your dog. The staff is so RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! They cut my dog and said she didn’t “notice”, how is a dog going to get cut and not even flinch. They also left all the eye boogers in his face and cut one side of his face longer then the other. Clearly they were trying to rush the job. Then when I went to complain I was given an attitude instead of an explanation. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!

I can't even recognize my poor dog! She butchered him. I'm not going to explain so much detail but all I got to day is if u want to cut all your dog's hair off them she can be the right one for you. When it comes to styling she can't suggest anything or do it well.

VERY nasty person!!! Cant imagine how nasty is with animals as well, dont recomend her at all, called to arrange a dog boaring for 10 days and wanted me to pay for 12? When i asked why got supid mean and furius because of the question saying that i was going to RUIN one day se had plans already so i had to pick my dog on the next day, so i asked where the dog will be then and she said "oviusly with me" so why she could let me pick him up that day then? Dishonest!!! She was planning on leaving my dog on a cage all the time, i an going to contac BBB and will make some calls to make sure Giiselle the owner has everything in order on that place.

This is one of the worst places to EVER take your dog ! The owner is very rude and disgusting I dropped my dog off for a hair cut as i've done about twice before and every time she sees or receives him she always complains about how bad his hair is and this and that , but this last time I picked him up after his haircut he was a bit off , he was shaking and that's not normal for him the next day I noticed my dog was bleeding on the back side by his tail , the groomer cut him too low and scraped him all over he's had patches all over after that hair cut and has been bleeding I don't recommend this horrible place ! Unless you want to end up at an animal hospital don't go here it's hell for dogs !

Ridiculously expensive I just needed to get my dog bathed and to clean out his eyes and she was asking for 60$ I cant imagine how much she charges for a whole groom service!!! I’ll stick to my mobile groomer that comes to me and charges 60 for a full groom service!

After making an appointment for my dog to get a haircut , the lady would not see my dog because he was “too hairy”. Don’t take your dog needs a haircut, they will not see him.

I only called for information but will never take my pet there for any type of service ever!. I finally got a call back after 2 hrs to be told flat out that she doesn't board any pets she doesn't know. Plus she had the biggest attitude ever. I do not know how shes still in business.

Omg dnt take ur dog here.. I took my dog last wk for first time and since picking up he cover red stops all over as if dirty machines was used on him.. I'm so frustrated and hoping this doesnt end up costing me fortune to treat.
