Things are little expensive when compared to places like Costco etc., but will be able to get most of items for all Home needs. All Groceries are available very fresh and they have a wide variety of options to choose upon. Very clean and organised place, also good Meat options and packaged foods are also available. Breads are baked daily fresh. Wild caught Live Lobster available.

We decided to hit the easy button and order grocery pickup. It was anything but easy. When we arrived at our pick up time we waited for a bit after they said the order was almost ready. 15 minutes later someone came out and asked us if we would like to come back, it was going to be another half hour. 90 minutes after our scheduled pick up time we are home unpacking groceries and we were charged for something that never got added to our bags. Then we had to call to try to get our money refunded. It would have been easier to have just have gone in and shopped ourselves. We use shop rite as well and never had problems like this. Will not use this service again at this location! Boo

The cashiers that worked on April 6 at 9 am were very unprofessional and kind of rude.My stop and shop app was not working properly and I clipped a coupon instead of she doing something to help she was making faces and apologizing to the customer that on line. Other stores when there is a coupon they use the main store card to grant this to customers but this lady instead of helping at least to make my account work she was making faces, very unprofessional and she basically embarrassed me for using the store digital coupon.

This store is good for a normal grocery shopping trip. If you want to do the pick up option I would recommend shopping somewhere else. Recently my orders aren’t ready until hours after my pick up window.

On Thursday January 4th at around 3:00 I tried to purchase $425 in gift cards at this store. The woman in the courtesy booth refused to sell me the cards. She made me read a disclaimer about people being scammed and kept saying 'I don't feel comfortable selling you these.' She cancelled my payment twice saying: 'It didn't go though!' ( A LIE ) She called a manager who simpered: 'We're trying to protect you!' Yeah, I don't need protecting. I finally starting shouting, they put it through. I just hope the cards work. This store is a disaster. Do not shop here, go to ShopRite or Wegmans.

I like this place for its sale, I still have the same issue produce is old and bad. I love I can get my vegan sweets, meats, etc. As well as my coconut original coffee creamer that is hard to find.

One of the better big grocery stores. The store always seems clean, has kind employees, and great selection. They have a large selection of organic and plant based foods, which is nicely arranged. The organic produce is decent but not as diverse as Whole Foods.The in-store pharmacy is great.Just be aware of their hours. They close daily from 1:30-2pm

The store has good sales in general however they're never stocked properly. You should not be out of a meat that's on sale 3 days before the end of the sale week, that's just poor planning, unfortunately it's also not the first time.

Seafood Department and Customer Service Failed TodayTried to get the advertised $7.99 cod today. There was no one at the seafood counter but a sign directed me to the deli. The lady at the deli said she was allergic to fish so paged someone. I gave up after waiting a while and shopped for 20 min, then went to customer service to inquire. She said someone had just gone there and to rush over there for help. I rushed back there but there was no one there. I saw a manager and she said seafood was closed. I told her that customer service sent me back there and she acted annoyed and went to correct customer service. I paid for my groceries and left

Stop & Shop changed my life, and here is how. I felt unmotivated to do anything with my life. Bored, tired, exhausted, unenthusiastic, no-energy, you get the jist, but when I went into a Stop & Shop my entire life was changed. I found a woman serving out Ice Tea samples, and now I am an Ice Tea Connoiseur. I was, however, threatened by Marty the Robot who showed extremely rude customer service pushing customers out of the way and refusing to even say excuse me. I challenged him to a good ol’ fashioned duel outside in the parking lot, however Marty still refused to talk. We’re still on no speaking terms, however I am on speaking terms with ice tea lady.

I started shopping here a few months ago. Overall it's fine, but the last two times I've bought meat that didn't come up on the sale price. I had to come back in, stand in line, and get my money back. The two amounts equaled $15 back. Not cool.

My first time ever going to this store an Employee named Dennis was so rude to me, I politely said excuse me three times on the third time we made eye contact and he huffed and puffed and said absolutely nothing to me , i honestly feel like he was discriminating against me because I am a African American female . (I learned his name once I watched another employee say good night to him and he responded to that employee with no attitude whatsoever) I never dealt with anything like this before. It’s very upsetting

I have been going to StopnShop in Pennington NJ for a long time and I always leave with a smile. Everyone is so wonderful and I have made many friends. Today I made some purchases in the morning, including cat litter. Hours later I realized I did not have the cat litter. I thought I left it at the register but knew that couldn't be because they are very careful to check to make sure you have everything. I don't know what happened to it because I know it was not in the cart. I had recently lost my husband and then had to put my cat to sleep so I know I am not in the best state of mind. They were so kind to give me another bag at no cost. They are like my family. Very good people.

This store has fallen when compared to ShopRite, Pennington and Wegman's, West Windsor. Shop & Stop prices are no longer competitive with either of these two stores. The chain discontinued the weekly "sale" circular and the front desk CSRs should have taken classes several years ago on customer appreciation as they demonstrate disdain when asked store item related questions. Rarely shop there; just immediate needs that I'm willing to overpay for.

The store is clean and a nice selection. Unfortunately I know many people leaving and going to Shop Rite because they have one checkout cashier open. How ridiculous and unfair to good customers. Not everyone feels they should spend money for groceries, bag their own and now have to check out their own groceries. That's why people will leave and go to Pennington Market or Shop Rite.They better start to realize customer service comes first!!

I like this store for the convenience though the prices are high. They have a nice deli. Employees and store managers are always nice. This past weekend, in a pinch, I needed some balloons inflated with helium on the weekend. No one was in floral but I requested assistance from the store manager. He paged one of the produce folks. The lady was wonderful. Efficient and accommodating. They also have a ROBOT! To clean up spills and watch for shop lifters I suppose. Very cool feature!

Multiple times I've bought a shallot here and cut it open to find it rotten. Finally went to get a refund the last time and was forced to wait nearly 20 minutes for 56 cent refund. No employee acknowledged my long wait or apologized. I'm not coming back to this store since clearly my patronage is not important to them in the slightest. I wasn't even rude to the customer service person so I don't understand why they couldn't return the most basic level of respect for my time.

I'm happy with this Stop & Shop and its location relative to my school. Despite the fact that I find the cleaning robot slightly intimidating, I have always had pleasant experiences at this store. Things are well organized, it's not been too crowded, and I can normally find all of the products that I need. My only complaint is that I wish the produce selection was a bit more varied. Employees are polite and helpful. Automated deli orders streamline the entire process, making the area a lot less congested than it is at ShopRite, etc.Overall, this is a fine place to get your groceries.

It's a good supermarket; It has everything you'd expect. What I like is the prepared food and the people. One of the employees helped me find the specific BBQ sauce I was looking for. It may seem a small thing, but that's why I like them and I wish I had got their name .
