Regent did a fantastic job with our two new wood floors. Russ is super knowledgeable and explained the many different options available. He was great throughout the whole process, from ordering to delivery and installation. Joe was also a great source of information when he came to do the measuring, and told us many interesting facts about the way Mirage floors are sourced and made, having gone to the factory himself to meet the owners. The installation team was superb. They truly surpassed our expectations with the precision of their work, with every angle and joining of edges appearing as close to perfection as possible.Overall we had an excellent experience with Regent Floors, and will certainly work with them again in the near future. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Regent for something other than flooring and my husband and I were hesitant as this was our master bathroom and it was a big job.I am very particular about the materials used and the way everything is handled because we have a family member with asthma and just for health reasons overall.The Regent team went above and beyond our expectations with everything from the design support to the demolition and the build. The lead contractor, Kevin, was meticulous with everything starting with covering every part of the floor that he and the team were walking on with drop clothes, to the plastic sheeting around the workspace and everything in between. We couldn’t believe we had almost no dust at all in our bedroom!The work he and the team did was absolutely beautiful and he was very detailed and focused on ensuring the best and most beautiful outcome. The tiler, Jake, did a tremendous job on the floor and shower, he is a true expert in his trade and the tile looks amazing.The other thing to mention that really stood out to us was the professionalism and friendliness of this team. Very personable down to Kevin making sure the whole team knew our dog’s name was Gracy 😊.We are absolutely LOVING the bathroom and would highly recommend Regent to anyone looking for a great experience and a gorgeous new bathroom!

Regent just finished renovating my kitchen. It is a complete renovation. They ripped out of the old kitchen and replaced it with a new one.My experience has been great from design to installation. Christina helped me to make selections. She was patient, helpful, never made me feel pressured. Boy, I was really having a hard time making those decisions. Christina provided pros and cons, ordered samples when needed, provided pricing on hardwood floor vs tile floor to facilate decision making. At the end of the design process, I was confident with my selections.When the actual renovation started, Christina managed the project, her people, contractors, township inspectors timely and efficiently. People in the team communicated with each other smoothly. I did not have to worry about anything.Paul, the lead carpenter is a true master. He is professional, patient, and competent in everything in a house. He ensured that cabinets, appliances, trims and moldings were all lined up and leveled(apparently, the walls, the floors are NOT leveled at all). He installed a wall of 9-feet tall cabinets perfectly. All the appliances fit into the cabinets just right. That is not an easy task if you look at the installation guide. Thank you Paul! The world needs more people like you.Jake is an artist for the subway tile backsplash. He made sure the look was balanced and the corners were wrapped around which looked beautiful. Electricians Alex and Frank are capable, and have good suggestions on location of lighting, switches, plugs. The new kitchen is lit strategically, and the brightness can be titrated base the mood.Wellsford makes high quality and beautiful custom cabinets.In summary, I am very pleased with how the kitchen turned out. I will continue to work with Regent on other home improvement projects because Regent delivers quality within reasonable timeline and cost.

What can I say the experience from start to finish was flawless. Russell was great, took the time to help on what type of flooring to put in the kitchen. Once we decided on a type next was picking the style. He sent us home with 4 different samples, I didn't even finish laying them all on the floor and the wife decided already. Took the samples back and put a deposit down so Russell could order the flooring. He said he would call to set up installation when he had a date for the flooring to arrive. The day came to set up an install date, Russell called and we decided on a date that would work the best. He also sent out an email as a reminder and any instructions that had to be followed for the installation and a time of 8:00-8:30. John and Steve arrived at 8:30 and said hello and introduced themselves. After that they started unloading their tools and got to work. When I returned from work the floor was done and it looked amazing. The wife said that John and Steve were friendly and great to deal with. They let her know what was going on and answered any questions she had. Great place to deal with from start to finish on installing a new kitchen floor. Every employee was friendly and courteous. If you need new flooring go on their website or stop in and check out their store. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely be back to pick out some carpet when it's time to upgrade the bedroom floor.

This was our first experience with a large home renovation. We were hesitant because we have small children and were concerned about the stress of it all. We worked with Russ in flooring and Christina and Aileen in the kitchen department and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. They were honest and patient with us from the planning stage to the last details. The communication through the project was timely and detailed so we felt well prepared. The people that worked in our home were polite, tidy, and efficient and really left us feeling confident that they were taking care of our home. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend them.

Regent just recently replaced the carpeting on a flight of stairs, a landing, and a hallway. We highly recommend them. We’ve worked with them for years. Russell is so knowledgeable about the carpets and wood flooring. He’s known us for quite some time and knows what will work best for us. Jim is great when it comes time to schedule the work. Keith ripped up and installed the above mentioned carpet. He did an absolutely amazing job. He is truly an artist. This is definitely our go to place when it comes to tile and floor covering.

Top Notch Design and Workmanship! We had our kitchen remodeled and Regent Flooring Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job. Kelly was our Design Consultant. After she was able to come over, she laid out a new design that we thought would be a perfect upgrade to our kitchen and house. Paul and Mark came out, started demo on the day that was set and before we knew it, the new cabinets were being installed. The attention to detail was just astonishing. We are very pleased with everyone Regent sent over to complete the flooring, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing and tile work. Regent recently did a kitchen and flooring renovation for us. Their work is amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful new kitchen and the LVP flooring on our entire first floor looks fantastic.We were very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. The team was here each day for seven weeks. We did not have a dumpster in our driveway. They took the trash away from our house every day. They also made it comfortable enough that we could be on the first floor after they left each day.Christine did a fabulous job running our project and helping us design our new kitchen. She provided us with a schedule for each week, so that we knew what to expect. Regent will not start your project until they have all of your materials in their warehouse. We had their undivided attention during the seven week period.We cannot say enough great things about Regent and their team. We look forward to using them again in the future. We would highly recommend them. You will be thrilled with the outcome!

If you are shopping for new flooring, please do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores and just go to Regent Flooring on Rt. 31 in Pennington. They are a long-standing local small business and many of their employees have been there for years and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring and kitchen & bath design.We just purchased a new vinyl kitchen floor and are super pleased with the result. Everyone form Russell in sales to the estimator and later the installers were friendly and professional. For instance, there was a glitch with the scheduled date for the estimator and Russell went out of his way to apologize and ask for our patience. When the estimator did arrive, he too acknowledged the mix-up and said "the team" had met to figure out what happened so they could prevent it from occurring again.The material arrived on the date Russell committed and installation occurred the following Monday. Sorry that I have forgotten their names, but the installers were also very good, and also long-standing employees . They were neat as could be and they handled an unavoidable hiccup in stride - the fridge cutout was so tight they had to trim the overhead cabinet molding to slide it back in after the job was complete. Clearly this was not the first time they had to improvise on the fly.Lastly, Russell kept us informed throughout the process via email and phone calls. His personal touch and the professionalism of everyone involved is why you have to support this local business and let others get frustrated with the big box places.

My Bathroom renovation went very smoothly. My new cabinet, flooring and shower tile design reflects what I wanted and the workmanship was outstanding. The designer for my project was available at all times to address my questions and the entire team of on site workers were very careful not to damage existing furniture, floors, carpet, etc. when doing demo and installations. Everyone was a pleasure to work with which further added to a very positive bathroom renovation experience for me!I also recently replaced the carpeting in my master bedroom and stairs leading to the bedroom.
