I had to post a review after going into your shop today. I was blown away by the kindness, service and patience from Lauren. I have special needs dogs that require a specific diet and I peppered her with a ton of requirements I needed when deciding on a new food. She listened to my feedback, made recommendations and showed genuine interest in assisting me. I just started coming to this location for my pet needs and now I can assure them I won’t be going anywhere else. Great job Lauren, I really really appreciate it.

Stellar pet food chain store. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, polite and always eager to help. A HUGE selection of pet foods from many manufacturers, all high quality. They also have a large selection of toys for our furry friends.

We stopped in most recently to get a harness for a new dog we just adopted. Olivia was great. She offered recommendations on which harness would meet our needs and she made sure we got the right size. We love it so much we went back and got another one for our other dog. Love that we can bring our dog in with us. Makes getting the right fit easier.

Bought a can of Ziwi cat food from this location with an exp date in 2023. As soon as I opened it I could tell it was bad (white curds of what might be mold on the top of the can and smelled completely off). I went to exchange it for another can and the employee (who called her manager) could neither exchange or refund me, despite the food sold being bad. I was within in the 14 day return period and had not removed any food from the can, because I didn’t want to make my cat sick. Would NOT recommend shopping for any food here as they will deny returns if the food is spoiled. They will not even exchange for another of the exact same product.

I love this store. They carry a lot of cat food brands (this is what I buy) that one can't find in a big chain pet stores. I like the layout of the store, it gives a very cozy feeling. The staff is nice and friendly.

Unwilling to accept the return of an unused muzzle that didn’t fit. Yes it was outside the 14 day return window but 14 days is a bit crazy in this day and it could easily have been popped right back on the shelf and resold. Not even a store credit, just a “sorry get lost.” Been referring people here and buying all my dog food, treats and supplies for over a decade. Nice way to appreciate my business.

Needed single unique protein dog food and treats. Vet suggested venison with kangaroo as alternate. I was able to purchase ziwipeak venison dog food and also a variety of treats here. No other pet store had the items. Jamie, the associate who assisted me, was knowledgeable about all the products and was very helpful and kind.

This is convenient but also pricey. Large selection and a seemingly knowledgeable staff. I like that I can ring my dog in. Great for doggie gifts. Can't always get to Pet Smart.

Don't come at 10 to 6 on a Sunday. I Googled it before making the trip but when I got here it was locked and the person inside was running the vacuum. They are supposed to close at 6. It doesn't take 10 minutes to buy a bag of food.

I love this store. The employees have great customer service and always greet you when you enter the store. The pets products and foods that they sell are top grade. I go to the one in Pennington, NJ.

Around noon today (11/3/2019), right in front of the store lied a severely injured bird. Many customers went into this store - which billed itself as "wellness center for animals" - to see if they can help. We were stunned by the callous attitude of employees: "I will just have to scoop up a dead bird later!" was the response of the young man at the cashier's desk. Finally one customer managed at least move the injured bird onto softer ground. We don't fault the store for not being willing to help, but we were shocked by a pet store that exhibited such callous care for a living creature right on its doorstep.

A bit overpriced but it's the only store that carries and has always on stock my dogs food. They do have a big selection of everything. Almost never had a problem there except for a couple times dealing with the younger staff there, which are not helpful and rude.
