These stars are not for the store. These stars are for the manager who worked the night shift by himself tonight. He handled it with a smile on his face. Great service . Hot food. Quick delivery. We got our food faster an fresher with w person o. Shift than 4 man team. 4 cars in line. We were all done in under 5 min. Great job Mr. Manager. and if your not then you need to be. Crown that Man°

I been here twice and the first time I had great customer service but this time. The short Hispanic woman. I believe she was the manager was lazy and unprofessional. We wanted to add another item to our order but was informed we had to go back around to order. I would understand if there was a line of cars behind me but there was nobody behind us. The manager told her staff she wasn’t doing stuff like that because she didn’t feel like it but used some explicit words in between that. All we could do is laugh because we couldn’t believe what just happened.

Bunch of drug addicted losers that can't even make fake burgers. They certainly deserve to be replaced by A.I. Hell, the A.I might even be friendlier. These are rotten, nasty, disgusting people. They are downright nasty to customers, and they sit around on the job frequently. I would rather eat the garbage from the can outside than even think to set foot in this drug den masquerading as a restaurant. Absolute disgrace. And the little twerp manager with the glasses is an insecure little man that doesn't know how to hold his temper 😳

Although Breakfast stops at 10:30, this location consistently serves it after 11:00 without lunch options.UPDATE: on Friday, December 11, 2020 this Burger King sold me a spicy Chicken Sandwich with mold on it. Unacceptable! Eat somewhere else!

store#8852 is absolutely horrible. They advertise inside dining and yet the door is locked. Get in line at the drive thru and it takes 35 minutes just to get to the microphone to be told they are out of something and they don't control the board. corporate needs to step in and take over or shut it down. they have been on a steep decline in food, service, and overall care for the psst 6 months. management has failed here. take your time and money elsewhere.

The drive threw guy looked like a manager. I had a special burger order, bacon double cheeseburger only pickles, onion & BBQ sauce. I got only onions and BBQ sauce. He didn't listen to my order and he asked me twice what I wanted and still messed it. 😔

Seemed understaffed for a Saturday evening... the employees attitudes were as colorful as the parking lot pavement. They took 5 minutes to even greet me before I ordered, and didn't confirm my order at the window. Fries were undersalted and chicken fries seemed old and were lukewarm but the burgers and tots were poppin'. I understand it's busy at dinner time but they could've said hello and just told me they needed some time, I will not be returning any time soon. Common courtesy can go a LONG way.

The people here are friendly, attentive and unless it's very busy they are quick but even then it's not that bad. It's Burger King so I'm not expecting clean cut, fit and dressed to the nines like the last commenter but they always are dressed appropriately, friendly, kind, act respectful and are helpful so what more would you require seriously. I have never received cold French fries or old food here which is a pet peeve of mine. So props!

This place is a joke. A couple weeks ago I ordered a burger and fries, the bread was stale and the burger was cold. I didn’t feel like driving back so I just forgot about it. This morning I placed a breakfast sandwich order via the mobile app. Paid for it on the app. I get there, the lights were on, but the drive thru kiosk was not working. Drive around to the window, waited for over 5 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I honked, even called the store. No one was there! Never got my food. Look, I understand if there is a problem but put up a sign that says CLOSED. I had to put in a claim to get a refund. Never going back to this store again. Disgrace.

I've been to lots of Fast food establishment, trust me everyone has a flaw. I never had a issue with this particular location except once. Called and spoke with Manager on duty I believe his name was Rob. I returned a few days later and to my surprise the gentleman at the drive thru recognized me and told the Manager on duty. Manager came to the window and kindly asked if I received an incomplete order few days ago. He actually had the receipt hanging up saying we can do better than this. Let's fix it ,,,,rare when you see service let this. THANKS ROB you've made this a common spot for me now

I've been to this one before and it's normally on the slow side. Stopped in tonight with my family which consists of my wife and two small children just to get food for them. After waiting forever for our 2 plain chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries we sat for 5-10 minutes. The kitchen staff kept screaming, arguing, and cursing with each other about wrong or incorrect orders. We left as quick as we could. Avoid this one if you can.

The people here are absolutely nice! Ok they are sometimes slow. However most of the time they get you out in a reasonable time. If you don't mine waiting sometimes you will find the rarest of things in our country. Great customer service, truly friendly people, and equally fair to anyone who goes there! Race economic state or mental state. I love the 3 young ladies who work at night and the nice Latina woman in the day. Stay kind and pleasant.

This location is always clean and I have never had any issues with the staff or food quality. Service even when busy or short handed is better than most. Would give 5 stars but it is still fast food right.

Just rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand the need to rush a customer to order then when we are about to order the employee comes on with a loud voice hold on and proceeds to make us sit and wait. Three minutes later we are still waiting.Thanks Burger King for your hospitality.

This is by far the WORST burger King I have ever been too. They always forget or mess up and order. The food tastes old - like it has been sitting out. We have gotten undercooked food and overcooked food from this location. The fries are always cold or grease logged.. the staff is unprofessional and rude... the only reason this restaurant gets business is because it is the only fast food within 5 miles.

I went thru the drive thru to order food for my Grandkids. When I ordered Tacos I asked several times if there was anything spicy on them. I also ordered two double cheeseburgers plain, and when my husband opened them both double cheeseburgers weren’t plain. I came on Thursday 01/30/2020 shortly after eight pm. If I wasn’t home when we opened the food, I would of brought the food back! My Grandkids were very upset!

I must admit this place Rocks. Even through pandemic they kept running and kept serving. There's two guy's at the drive thru and always a pleasure seeing them. They're like the Batman and Robin of Burger King. Thanks for your awesome service

I do not recommend. Waited a half hour at the window trying to get the food I already paid for and they forgot to give me. I watched about 5 other cars also attempt to get food, give up, and drive away. Employee admitted that they were not wearing their headphones and were not watching the window. Phone number is also disconnected, therefore impossible to call.
