This place changed a lot. they use to have very professional employees. Now they have these Bozos and don’t even seem to wanna work. They don’t like helping anybody, smells bad (like really bad) always dirty, animals dying and in bad condition, fish floating and they don’t give me a receipt for large sums in fish purchases. The new people suck and I feel obligated to tell about my disappointment of this precise spot. I haven’t seen the two managers from before the tall girl and the light skin guy with the glasses, and the short light skin man with the beard and mustache. they use to keep this store at top notch. Please change to new personnel. P.s. come in earlier than their closing time as they close way earlier. Says it closes at 7 the store sometimes is closed by 7:45 or earlier also prices are better at PETSMART, Here it’s gotten way to expensive and the employees aren’t courteous at all.

The staff member that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable however, the other staff member were a unhelpful and dismissed my concerns. One in particular was very rude. They have a decent selection of caged pets and are considerably less expensive than other stores. Have bought two little critters including a guinnea pig who had a wonderful temperament and who lived a long life and a Siberian hamster that we just bought. He is also very sweet. Worth going to but staff could use some better training.

Employees here have zero respect for people and the managers flirt with customers to get sales. Store looks in good condition but smells really bad. Animal don’t look clean, there’s always alot of dead fish. Im not sure what’s his name but the light skin guy most of the time take care of me and he is very weird. He looks at me alot he seems to be gay. I feel very uncomfortable all the time i go there. But i still have to go because its near by my house. Another thing when i buy big and expensive fish i never get a receipt back i ask for it and he say the machine is damage. Im not sure if im the only customer having these issue but thats always, and the say if you have any issue and the fish die you come to me and let me know. So if i go and he’s not there i don’t get a refund or exchange on the fish. On the other had sometimes animal look dirty its like they’re not working, not taking care of animals and next time I’ll have to call animal cruelty because it very sad. And i forgot to mention that the store have some good employees too the dark skin guy its very professional on his job, always busy and always working.

I love this place.. theres a guy there his name is Ozzie. He is one hard worker and takes good care of the customer. On the down side the Mexicanos that frequent thru there is the Downside. Other then that it's a cool place to get starter pet supplies and a starter pet.

This place is nice! U usually find what you're looking for your furry friend. I got my poddle's Tag made here & it came within a reasonable time and at a good price. This was the place to go to when I first got my pet last minute.

Great place to buy fish from the fish are well taken care of other pet stores will have amonia in the water wich will kill the fish but this pet store doesn't have those problems also the guy with the gray hair is the best person whose has worked there he's so helpful and patient with me and others he know his fish he has 18 tanks of his own I know because he told me so he understands what it means to be a fish owner so over all I love this place if I ever get the chance to work there I would

This aweful manager i recently came across i will dare and say her name Paola. She has the worst attitude against cuatomers always, never wanting to help and demands her employees to do her job. Customer for years but hate it coming her when she is there. Aweful experience.

They are courteous and very knowledgeable. Wonderful experience even when I get there 5 minutes before closing because I work too much and they understand I still need my food for my Chinese water dragon.

IT CLEARLY STATED THAT STORE CLOSED AT 8PM ON FRIDAY... I ARRIVED THERE AT 7:45PM...POOR MANAGERIAL SKILLS NO LONGER TOLERATED ESPECIALLY WHERE LIFE IS INVOLVED... SHUT DOWN IS IN ORDER. THIS PHOTO IS ABSOLUTE PROOF

The paterson new jersey store is the worst!!! they have very POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR inventory!!! I don't understand how they run out of basic dog food and i have to go travel out side of my city to find some other pet store where i know they are well stock we should not have to wait weeks for dog food dry and can!!1

Confie en ellos pero me decepcionaron... me vendiron una gold fish enferma y era de mi hija la cual duro solo dos meses, fui en varias oportunidades porque empece a notar algo raro le lleve fotos videos y dijeron que estaba embarazada me sugirieron comprar varias cosas y nada funciono le lleve el agua para analizarla y dijeron que tenia era alga y que comprarara algo cada vez que iba me llevaba algo que segun iba hacer que mi pez estuviera bien y nada funciono ayer amaneció Muerta y mi hija no para de llorar inmediatamente murieron los otros dos peces ya que se contagiaron e infectaron de la decomposition.
