I bought my first Yorkshire terrier puppy here in 2020 and I am very happy with my purchase. Reasonably priced and all vaccinations and papers were given to me at purchase with my dog being microchipped as well. Also, they send you to a vet and use their services for a year with discounts and no charge for check ups! Which was great! The owner was very kind, helpful and nice. My puppy is now almost 3 years and very healthy and super cute!!!! The best purchase in my entire life!!!! Extremely happy with my beautiful baby girl!!!

Got our two dogs here when they were puppies. One is a Maltese and the other Yorkichon. They are now 3 and 4 years old and very healthy. They came microchipped and were up to date with their first set of shots. Very reasonably priced as well. They are family now, thank you for the beautiful puppies.

I wish there was 0 stars , this place is a disgrace. Doors are locked, dimmed lights and as soon as you enter you can smell the stench. Poor puppies are stressed out trying to chew the cages. Puppies are dirty and look scruffy. Most of them are over 6 months old. This place shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. Shame on you owners and workers as well.

I came across this page today as I am looking for a new dog. I honestly thought they were no longer in business. Back when I purchased my dog from D & G, reviews weren’t really a thing. This was Back in 08. I recently put my Yorkie to sleep this summer which I purchased from them. He lived a long life, however he had kennel cough (so I was told when I got him) but it was actually a collapsed trachea, luxating patellas, and he also suffered from seizures for many years. He had numerous health issues but he fought through it.Now that I’m looking for another dog, it’s difficult because I feel like everyone gets their dogs from puppy mills. I only trusted this business because Ms. Gardner was my 5th grade teacher. Guess that didn’t mean much. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this time when I find a new place to purchase.

I took my dog here today when I went to pick him up they didn’t even informed me that they cut my dog leg they told me they wasn’t paying for me to take my dog to the vet to get looked at and give me spray this is so sad and they don’t need to be dealing with Animals

I bought my Yorkie 9 yrs ago it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I never had a dog before I lost my boyfriend in the same month and year that I purchased my 🐶 I didn’t realize that until a few months after I bought him. He has brought me so much happiness I never knew you could love ❤️ a dog that much I’m going tomorrow to look at the yorkie’s I think my baby could use a little buddy. D&G is the best they are very honest and very nice people they aren’t pushy they let you take your time to look around and let you see any dog you want. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow

Got these two pups from here and they’re just adorable and so sweet! They both tested positive for Giardia when we took them to the vet, so definitely get your puppies checked by your regular vet as soon as you can once you have them at home. Other than that they’re both happy and healthy so far.

The place is obviously a dump but people who work there are very nice!Get ready that the shop smells like puppy poop and pee because they hold like 20+ puppies in the house. All of the puppies have kennel cough but I think any other store or shelter might as well, so get ready to be going to the vet right the way. Also anything you buy in the store going to smell like dog feces for a while! However, the variety of puppies is very nice and actually the price is great! The instructions they give you how to feed your dog and the food they give you with your new puppy is not good but it is still something to start! They give you vets list and all, so this is good! After all I give you 4 stars and we happy we got our puppy!Thank you!

Just the cleanliness and the smell inside the store I don’t like ; I don’t know about the grooming because I never took my dog here to groom ; But other than that everything was great, the staff was really informative, did not rush answered all our questions, gived us advise. The puppy has been amazing I bought him 3 months ago and since then we had no problems with him. Just has filled our hearts with joy ❤️

They sell sick pets and even if they are healthy....due to lack of care...they happen to be ill after you bring a puppy at home. You fall in love enough not to return after vet finds ear infection parasites in stool and scared of everything....lack of energy....they are kept in a sick environment.Once I had puppy's grooming appointment....turned out scrawny as skeleton once the puppy's hair was trimmed.I purchased another puppy from a well-known shpp previously and hadn't had even a single issue. This was close to my house and so, went to get second one despite worse reviewed.I am going to make a phone call this coming week to complain against this shop and will be sending all the vet receipts that I am legitimately a victim of their slick business. I hope they take necessary action to improve their pet shop policy and environment. So, goodluck!Thankfully, the puppy I purchased few weeks ago...is doing great now.

This place is horrible! The first puppy brought to us was scared and nervous… And very sad. The second puppy that was brought to us had knots in the fur and it ears that were hanging… It was scratching and biting at itself… It had for missing, and the poor thing Was also scared out of his wits. Play smelled, and they tried to close the shop 20 minutes before they said they were closed. The associate tried to help us in the last 15 minutes. The store should’ve been open but… This poor animal… She told us oh will have to make an appointment with the groomer! I asked, are these dogs are regularly and she was befuddled

DO NOT SUPPORT. Was given multiple answers to the age of the same dog. One had eyes filled with eye boogers. Strange they hide whats in the back room, i’m afraid to see whats back there. They brought out a 1 yr old (or maybe 9 months, depending on who you ask) dog from the back thats nails were overgrown and curling on the floor. Its hair was matted and it had so much poop stuck to it. The nails show there dogs are never walked on real ground, do not get seen by a vet, and are not groomed. They also brought out a puppy who was definitely not 8 weeks old yet. Had blue newborn eyes, could not hold itself up and was so small. They said they need to wait 2 weeks because shes not old enough. Was separated from mom too soon.

Don’t don’t go there, was very upset looking and holding a puppy who was shaking and felt very warm. I saw this in other pups also., aside from the cheap food they were feeding them. They wouldn’t give me a refund on a crate which I purchased from them ,which was missing partsThey told me they don’t give refunds. So now I am out the money I paid, what kind of reputable store does not give refunds?

When I use to drive for Ziegler's Pet supply before I retired in 2020 D and G pups was one of my stops. , In 2016 I bought our dog there. She is a Pappypoo. Papillon and Poodle mixed. I highly recommend this store. She had all her shots and papers in order when I drove from Pennsylvania to get her on a Saturday. She has never had any major problems and is a very healthy dog. I didn't know it at the time but Zoey is my retirement buddy.

Shut it down!!! So sad and cruel. Puppy mill... Dogs are sick, in warehouses, no AC... No vet care, no nothing! Know someone who couldn't bare to leave the dog there. Had menge, kennel cough, skin & bones. There's a "special" place awaiting the guy that owns this place... cruel, disgusting person.

DON'T GO HERE. These people definitely displayed crook-like behaviors. Nowhere for you to sit with or play with the dogs. Only a crowded storefront, and they'll shuffle the "puppy" out to you from the back. Staff wouldn't let me go to the back to see the dogs. Only gave me a list. Charged an extra $100 for using a card. Staff gave me 3 DIFFERENT ANSWERS when asked how old the dog was. I was told 8 months, then 6 months (Paperwork showed completely different info of 1yr and some months and that was as of months if not a year before the day I was there- so the dog was almost 2 unless that wasn't his paperwork). Business was not straight up about dog's behaviors. I had to judge by just standing in front of him (as he wouldn't move much until he happened to see a cat) and petting his head as he sat still with the staff member. Staff told me he was the perfect dog to watch movies and be playful with. When I saw the stark differences between he and his "sister" as far as energy and movement, I should've known something was wrong. No room to really experience seeing the dog with myself or other dogs. Staff had to lift the dog to take him for a quick wash. They also had to lift him to bring him to my car. Things I didn't realize would be a problem until I had to lift the poor doggie EVERY TIME it was time to go outside/inside, go to the pee pad, or eat/drink. Family member came over to help me get him inside. He was a huge dog and I have physical issues preventing me from being able to lift him for every necessity. Had they said that when I specifically asked, I would've chosen another dog. Dog was hacking/coughing and limping when he did actually move. Due to suspected and observed illness symptoms, stoicism, lethargy, and mobility issues, I took the dog back 16 hours later. I told them everything going on. They refused to take the dog back and told me to find a rescue shelter. After I referred to my paperwork, they then stated that I could give him back if I paid $250. So not only was I refused a refund, but they wanted additional to even take him back in. I'm out almost $1000 for a dog I've had for less than a day. I even offered to pay for food, full groom, and other products. Nope. Inside the business at the register (according to my photos) it states that there are "No refunds WITHOUT RECEIPT." I had a receipt. Their practices have shown to be deceptive and untrustworthy. I feel for the poor baby 🐶, but I tried to diffuse a situation that could've escalated to even bigger issues as soon as I could. I should've done more research and seen the reviews. Do NOT purchase your new addition to your family from here.

I have four dogs and they've all come from D&G's puppies! The dogs here are so cute and they are very well socialized. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased each dog on separate occasions and they all came with paperwork that indicated they had seen two separate vets. I contacted the vet that conducted the most recent exam and she had nothing but stellar things to say about the dogs and the business. It was so refreshing! My puppies are amazing and I love them so much, very healthy and happy dogs. I thank Petite Pups for everything they have done for me, to make having furbabies a smooth process. And, the price does not compare to other stores in the area!

I loved this place because its where i got my first Dog!! I didn't buy the dog but my mom did so that may be why as well...all in all the place was great. The only thing stopping me from putting 5 stars was the smell of all the dogs, the smell made my head hurt but that's really it. Its tolerable but for me personally id wear a mask.

Very polite and helpful. My dog died and the next day we went and found the perfect replacement with the owners help. The puppy was a perfect match for me. The store is very concerned with the puppies wellbeing and health, due to you can't take the dog right away. The dog is basically quarantined for 2 weeks to make sure their is no defects in the puppy. I don't agree, but I understand their concerns. I was allowed to visit the puppy several times during the waiting period. I'd recommend this place for the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and employees. Go and buy a puppy from this staff. Many breeds in the smaller class. I'm so glad I instantly was greeted and they pick the perfect puppy for me. Bravo D and G Pups!

I stopped in to this place searching for a new puppy for my 6 year old daughter and we both could not RUN out of there any faster! Even my daughter asked if we could leave! The place severely smelled like urine and feces!!!! They had so many poor puppies that looked oily and wet like they hadn’t taken a bath in months. They also looked malnutrition. You can smell the marijuana like they would smoke right in the store! Poor dogs I felt so bad for I would never go back or recommend this place! Super sketchy and unreliable looking!!!

10/10 DON'T GO HEREI purchased my dog from here so my dog can have a playmate. My mother searched their website and saw a cute white dog that looked similar to my first childhood dog, and within our price range. When we (my mom, dad, and I) went to the store, it smelled like dog poop and a worker was spraying a scented liquid so it wouldn't smell as bad. We showed that worker a picture of the pup we were interested in, and they went to another room to look. After a few minutes she came back and told us they didn't have him. Another worker, I'm guessing the manager or owner since he was more upbeat and told the other workers where to go and what to do, went to the back room and came out with the dog we were looking for. We went with the dog in the area they have so we can pet and play with him, and decide if we wanted to purchase him. The dog was terrified. He hid in a corner and was shaking the entire time. It was then we decided we needed to take him. My dad, since he does his best to save money when he can, tried talking to the manager to see if it's possible to lower the price. The manager told him that he's already discounted as much as he could since the pup was a little older. Another worker took the puppy to the back to give him a bath, and when he came back I carried the pup. My mother asked if he had all of the necessary vaccinations, and the manager told us no because he's never been outside, and gave us a list of places that do vaccinations. The puppy was still shaking and gripped my shoulders with his two front paws as much as he could. I noticed as I went toward the door, he gripped my shoulders tighter. I'm guessing he didn't get much exposure to sunlight. When we got home we brought him to the backyard to play with my dog, but he just sat the whole time. It looked like he didn't know how to walk. After about half an hour he walked slowly and eventually starting walking at a normal pace a few mins after.A week or so after we brought him to the vet, and the vet noticed that our pup had stitches on his tummy. We weren't aware of this because the store did not tell us about it. We later thoroughly looked through his papers and saw he had a hernia when he was younger and it required surgery. Also, we didn't notice this but one of my moms friends did: the picture on the website that we saw when purchasing our dog, was different from the dog we have. The dog in the picture was completely white, whereas our dog has some beige on his side. This isn't a complaint, I love my dog, but we're not entirely sure that we have the correct medical history papers. Or if this was simply a mistake when updating the website.Pros: cute dogs, the store also does haircuts(in my opinion, I wouldn't bring my pup here ever but you do you), gives you bag of dog food for the pupCons: huge puppy mill vibes, provided dog food is generic and not actually good for dog so I recommend immediately buying dog food elsewhereNote: this was pre-pandemic

I bought two dogs from this place one 3 month year old yorkie-poo back in 2019 which sadly passed away at the age of 1 year and 4 months from heart conditions... and now i just recently bought a teacup yorkie, all though the variety of puppies they have is great.. their prices aren't as bad. and staff is decent... But their biggest defect is health issues within their dogs, sadly my 4 months old yorkie came with kennel cough and 2 other parasites... one of the parasites transmittable to humans! these aren't really thing I feel a person that purchases a 3,500$ pup should be worrying about, I decided not to use their vet and they denied a reimbursement. I honestly wasn't trusting to use their vet because why would I trust a vet that's is supposed to be treating my pup this whole time, before taking her into my home.. other than that my puppy is perfect! never had such a well behaved puppy in my life... but if they have older dogs spreading kennel cough or its coming from their breeder they definitely need to separate them, as well with having their vet do more vaccines not just deworming. They need to take more care of the dogs, HEALTH WISE

This place be needs to be shut down!! We took our puppy there for boarding for a week and she was clearly sitting in her feces and urine the entire week. We have bathed her 3 times and she is still stained. She was shaking uncontrollably and was even bleeding from her rectum!!! She even lost weight. I dont think she was even fed. I will never ever recommend anyone take their dog there. If she would have been there another day I suspect she would have died. If anyone else has had a similar experience please spread the word as this place should not be in business!!!!!

The place is ok but as we took our first dog home we just realized this store gave us expired food 11/2019. In addition the poor puppy appear to have kennel cough that was not mentioned anywhere in the docs provided by the store. The only thing I really would like to say i wish they would realize you are bringing home a puppy that will be part of your family forever and the care to be given should be as handling a toddler that needs healthy food and be made aware of possible chronic cough providing you all steps and medicines for his full recover.

We purchased our Furbaby Sophie in December 2020 and we are so happy with her. D&G sells affordable puppies compared to other pet stores. I paid $1800.00 for a Chihuahua where other places charged $3800.00 and more depending on the color. We are so happy to afford one being that ours past away in March 2020 at the senior age 15.

Only negative stars would do this justice. If you love your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE FOR GROOMING. Had my dog for 8 hours today and wouldn’t give me an update each time I called. I had to show up there - even tried to give me the wrong dog. My dog was desperate for water and has been sad since I picked him up. They we’re probably breeding him all those hours. These people should not be in business and should be reported. First and last time. Disgusting.
