Brought my Great Dane in for his vaccinations, and to pick up pre ordered merchandise.The vaccination techs were great and service was quick. The girl working at the front counter was so nice that she carried the 40 lb bag of dog food to my car for me.

Store is nice and clean, has no smell of cleaning products or messy animals. To me, the prices are a little expensive. You are paying for convenience though. But the staff was nice and again, very clean okace

We have used Petco for many years for all of our pet needs. We have two dogs and a cat. We have always felt very welcomed by the staff at our local store even right down to the point of our dogs being able to go to the store without us and they know them. The staff has changed recently but we are still very welcomed by the new staff.

Store is great they're entrance is confusing and not well marked and even worse the exits DO NOT ENTER sign is facing the wrong way. Put my Mercedes in the shop. Customer tried coming in the poorly labeled exit and another vehicle hit her into me because I was coming out. Not the first time I've seen this and Petco refuses to fix the issue!!! To this day the sign is still facing the wrong way

Fiona is the BEST!!!!! She deserves to be making $50.00 an hour!! She helped me with EVERYTHING for my Cats and my 3 little RESCUE KITTYS!! FIONA gave me WONDERFUL advice! Fiona answered ALL my ? Questions! Fiona helped teach me about the best kitty food and kitty Milk!! Fiona went above & beyond!!! Fiona should run the whole store!! From now on the $$ thousands of dollars I spend yearly on pet products are going to PETCO thanks 🙏 100% to FIONA!!! Please give Fiona a raise PETCO! I went to the shop three times to buy fish. The first time on Thursday, I waited at the fish tanks for about 15 minutes, and there was no one to serve me. On Friday, I waited over 10 minutes, and when I asked (as it turned out during the last visit on Tuesday, the store manager), the lady told me to wait and continued to watch the parking lot through the shop windows so I left. I wanted these species, so I came back on Tuesday; I was also waiting because everyone was busy unpacking the fish. A nice person finally served me. Waiting for someone from the service after several minutes is a great exaggeration and disregard for customers. I'm sorry you've lost a customer.

The staff at this store in old bridge are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very welcoming when you arrive and continue to be throughout each visit . I highly recommend this store for your buying and training needs for your pet .

The staff was rude and lazy. When I asked for help, the cashier paged someone for assistance, no one came so he yelled through the entire store.. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come from the back, while the cashier played on his cell phone. When the girl finally came from the back I asked if she could get me something and she said she didn't really want to, but she would. Which was nice if her, since that's part of her job description 🙄

I ordered early morning, maybe before 8. Got email few hours later that I could pick up the items. I was surprised and very happy I could get my stuff the same day. I actually had to drive this is not my regular store because my regular store did not have the items. The crew was being safe, cleaning the store and wearing masks. An employee named Gigi helped me find more stuff for my fish tank. Was very helpful

Good service and friendly staff!. I went there for my puppy dog to get his first vets check out. I called to make an appointment, followed up the instructions they gave me through my email, Tex messages and phone calls, easy way to keep track on my appointment and information before I get there with my puppy. It was fast! No waiting at all! Highly recommend this place!

I placed my order to pick up in store, but after waiting 2 hrs & not receiving an email confirming my order was ready, I stopped by to follow up. The store had not received my online order due to technical difficulties. However, the store assoc quickly filled my order which was really nice. She was very helpful.

Called asking whether they had female guinea pigs available for purchase. They confirmed they had a variety. Drove 30 minutes, and the moment I arrived they said they hadn't had any in. Customer service person I spoke with clearly didn't even take the 10 seconds to check that would have saved me an hour of driving.

We came here for puppy training lessons, and left with amazing experiences and a well trained pupper! Our trainer, Marie, was knowledgeable and lovely in every single way. She was gentle and sweet, helping round our dog into the perfect gentleman! If you need dog training lessons, this is the perfect place to go. Marie was an absolute joy to work with, and I highly recommend her lessons!

The workers were really nice and the time I went to get a pet hamster the worker helped me put the cage together. I just wish the animals in petco had bigger cages. In all, petco is a safe place for animals and a great place to buy pets or pet stuff.
