Great store! I’ve had an Eliminator bird feeder for years. The tube broke and the perch ring fell off. I brought it in and they honored the lifetime warranty and fixed it right then and there. Love a company that stands by it products!

The absolute best selection of all items to take care of your outside feathered friends. Scott has an extraordinary knowledge of what you'll need for any season of the year and his inventory is fantastic. The seed products are always fresh and the whole staff will be more than helpful. We've only visited Paramus NJ store for years and years and they are fabulous.When you first walk in, you greeted by the stores german shepherd, who then goes gets a treat as a reward. They have everything & anything you'd need from various types of feeders to a tremendous variety of bird, squirrel and even deer food. The staff is knowledgeable in all things birds and can provide very specific recommendations - just ask.They have a Savings Club that is a no-brainer to join even if you are just buying a few times a year with discounts at the time of purchase and then $10 savings every $200. Their bagged bird seed is fantastic quality as are the various seed cylinders (get hot pepper if you have squirrels) and dozens of different suet options.We've bought feeders, poles, books, cards, presents, caramel at the checkout, and of course bird seed. We wouldn't buy anywhere else!

I recently moved home to the north east after 5 years living in the south west. The shopkeepers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in reintroducing me to our birds, their particular living and feeding habits and their special needs. They have also helped me to set up my own bird feeding station as well as one for our baby. Books and toys have made it easy for us to teach as well as learn species and gender identification. This is a wonderful store that offers membership for lectures, courses and bird watching tours of local bird areas otherwise not available. Happy, healthy, good fun and education all year round!

They have a very special selection of products specializing in wildlife attraction, feeding and habitat from books to binoculars, wind chimes to water features and all the hardware you could need. This was my first visit to this location and I had great customer service and extra individual help from two different sales associates. They provided me with an abundance of free literature to help with your hobby and lots of information about how to get more involved with local clubs, organizations and events. I live 30 minutes away but will be back.

I love shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited. The sales help are so friendly and knowledgeable - one of the employees, Don Torino, is a Naturalist, and the President of Bergen County Audubon. They hold (free) informative events on many weekends relating to birds, butterflies, gardening, raptors, etc. The store is in perfect order. They sell many things: garden decorations, gorgeous coffee mugs (I gave them to my co-workers as holiday gifts) novelty houses and figurines, animal/nature books....well, everything I'm interested in....even socks!! And you must say "Hello" to Tessa, their four-legged sales person....you will have the most fun with her! When you leave this store, you'll be wearing a big smile! (and you won't have to carry anything, because they do that for you!!!)

They have been around for as long as I can remember, family owned & friendly, superior knowledge, tons of choices and if the rare moment arises that they don't have something you want, they'll get it for you... I've been catching up on writing reviews today, and I feel like I've been giving out too many five-star reviews. Well, this one can't be the exception, because WBU is just the coolest. It's so chill in the store, and even though it's not huge I can spend a while just enjoying myself. As a "backyard birder" I've appreciated the staff's recommendations to get the best feeders and seed. You'll pay a bit more than you would at a generic/all-purpose store, but the quality is noticeable; the birds who frequent my yard clearly appreciate WBU seed compared to others that have too much "filler" seed.Oh, and members get "bird bucks" back, which is fun. And of course, you can always spend some time playing fetch or tug with Tessa, who is worth the trip to see on her own.

WBU in Paramus has high quality bird food and suet as well as feeders, baths, boxes, books, hats, scopes and binoculars, and gifts of all kinds in a range of prices. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to purchase all your birding needs. They have items for those just interested in backyard feeding to the full blown birdwatcing enthusiast. Workers are very helpful and knowledgable. They are not pressure sellers, just wish to share their interest in birding. Their birdhouses, feeders and birdfood may be slightly higher priced than other places, however the feeders and birdhouses are well constructed and last a long time. The food is guarenteed to bring a wide variety of birds. They do have a frequent buyers club that is great for those who purchase food regularly. The owner Scott Gunther is very friendly and extremely helpful.
