This is by far the loveliest Petsmart I’ve ever been to. Every cage was clean, the store was clean, the animals were spunky and happy, the cat room was full of snuggly new friends. I didn’t expect to spend an hour at the pet store, yet here I am an hour later with a big smile on my face.

Did a curbside pick up today and drove back home only to realize they gave me an open item. It was so obvious that it was open. Where is the quality control? See attached photos for the free mold included with my purchase. Not a happy customer.

Waited about 30 minutes to be helped with a bearded dragon because the staff doesn't talk to each other to get help. Then 4 people showed up all together to help. The store manager needs to train their staff to communicate or be on the floor helping

I scheduled an appointment with John for a haircut. Unfortunately my groomer wasn’t available and my baby needed a haircut for my wedding. If I could give this no stars I would, he literally chop part of my dogs ear and tried to call me and joke about it. I was so upset because my dog is the sweetest dog ever and didn’t deserve that I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s bad enough when you go inside it smells like bird feces and I rang the doorbell like 3 times and no one came to the door. After he cut my dog they didn’t even bother putting ointment on his ear, terrible service. My baby so traumatized that he won’t even let me hold him.

I normally don’t write reviews to places. Yesterday I took Simba, my pup to the grooming with Rachel the stylist. I believe my dog will be great care. The minute I got there she took my dog and that’s not the proper leash to use for dogs. It looked like my dog was getting chocked.The pictures below are burns by his nose and the lower of his lips. It would of been better if someone told me but no, I had to find out on my own. I’m extremely upset. I thought my dog would be in better care with you guys but I guess not. I won’t be coming here again for grooming.

The Paramus, NJ location of PetSmart is wonderful. I have been taking my Yorkie Maxwell to this location for grooming for a while now and we both love it. What I love most is that the staff is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even give me a report card of Max’s visit such as “Max did well today”. They showed a genuine concern for the well being of my Max and handled him with care. I recommend that you give them a try. I guarantee that you will be glad that you did.

PetSmart is a great place to get all your Pet supplies. For the longest I shopped at PetCo but I've switched to PetSmart because they now have better deals. This store in particular is nice, friendly and big. It is animal friendly as well. Employees are helpful too.

Love this store-they were so good with their offer -you buy food and they donate food to needy pet. It ran for a year I wish they would bring it back. I have a rescue pet from the adoption service Smart II it is run out of this store. They are wonderful people. To this day I still can go back and speak with them with any questions I have and they always have sound advise.

Bought here two parakeets.Store has good selection of pets and stuff for them.Consultants and cashiers are friendly and polite, helped to find everything for new pets.It was a funny show for kids when they tried to catch parakeets.

Like all pet stores, they didn't have the main reason for stopping there. I was looking for a dog cot to replace one which became flimsy, but like all other places, only had beds and crates. Also, I was somewhere close and that is why I stopped in. I'll stick to the ones close to me.

This Petsmart is very clean. I often go here to get my cat's and dog's supplies. Always well stocked. All the employees are very courteous. Very highly recommend this store.

I've always liked this very large pet store location. Over the years I have had many different pets and could almost always find what I needed here for them. They carry supplies for most pets needs, have a large fish selection, on site grooming, and a Banfield Pet Hospital all in the store. The prices are good on most items and they have good sales.

We went to this Petsmart looking to adopt a cat. Although they didn't have one that "clicked" with my daughter they point us in the right direction with a great rescue. We did adopt a cat the next day.

Because of the employees treatment, i never want to go to this store again. First, i wanted to buy fish, and the lady had a very disgusting attitude. She just stared at us, and i asked for help on buying a fish, she walked away. And put other people before us that just walked up there after i waited there for 10 minutes. So i asked someone else for help, she literally comes running up to me and saying why would you do that, DO YOU WANT ME TO GET FIRED??? she repeatedly said it to me 3 times in a very unkind and high voice. What do i care if you get fired? You are unkind and helpless anyways. Next experience i had, the cashier had an very bad attitude and argued with my mother. Over the dog food we were buying. Insisting that we cant buy this food because she doesnt like it or recommend it. Saying unkind things and giving us dirty looks. And the last experience i had when i bought fish, the cashier was looking at her finger nails and chipping the nail polish off her fingers, she waited until she was done with that, which took 5 minutes, until she called us over to check out the items. And she didnt even know how to ring up the fish, I literally had to explain to her how, and i dont even work there. She kept trying to scan it when theres not even a barcode. I really hate going to this store with the uneducated and unfriendly people working there.

Went to dog training classes here for a few weeks in a row. Bill the trainer was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend taking classes here with your puppy.On the other hand, I would never recommend the grooming department. Solely because of the fellow that works the front desk. He seemed incredibly lazy and had quite the poor attitude. It's not a problem though. For the minor inconvenience it caused, we were able to find a dog groomer that we will now use from now on. Other than that this is your standard pet supplies store. And while the one person working in the grooming department leaves a bad mark on the place it will not affect the rest of our shopping experience there.

Wish I could give this no stars! Customer service was horrible! I was there earlier today 9/5/22 at 1pm and the cashier we had needs more training or to not work in customer service again! My husband picked up a dog food that he read online that would help our dog with sensitive skin! We went to the register and she said we needed a prescription for it! We said ok! I said is there anything in this brand that doesn’t need a script and she continues to cut me off and say everything on that wall needs and prescription! I was trying to explain that I saw this brand in the back aisles as well and if it needed a prescription! All she kept saying was everything on the side wall needs a script! We just walked away because she wasn’t trying to listen to what I was asking! If she would have stopped talking for two seconds to listen and understand what I was saying I would not be on here walking a horrible review!

Came here bc they usually have an in house adoption center for kittens. upon walking up to where they keep the kitties the two ladies that work there didnt acknowledge me or asked me if i had any questions. i waited about 10 minutes waiting for one of them to say something. i eventually asked if i can hold one of the cats and she nonchalantly said "if you dont plan on adopting no" rude workers and didnt seem like they wanted to be there or give away the cats. i said thanks and went about my search elsewhere.
