Andy has grown to enjoy his grooming day because Laura has been so gentle and patient with him. He looks particularly spectacular today. The cut is exactly as I specified. Excellent

We adopted Winnie a few months ago and she has been a great addition to the family. We never had a small dog before nor one with long hair so we weren't sure how to groom her properly. When we arrived they inspected her and found a lot of matted fur. They did a fantastic job making her look and feel great. They were both friendly and professional. Great prices with quality work. I mean look at this pretty girl!

I took my 7 month old cocker spaniel for his 1st grooming, at Pawbers in palmyra today, they did a great job with him, and I’m sure he was a handful, they were very friendly and he looked beautiful when I picked him up.

Our dog Lucy is a bit skittish but Laura always stops whatever she is doing to come out and take Lucy from me and give her extra special love. Ask of the women there are very kind and gentle with all of the pets. Laura's prices are great and Lucy always comes home smelling amazing and looking like a million bucks. I would highly recommend The Pawber Shop for all of the pets grooming needs.

I walked in and had an appointment for my cat's claws to be trimmed scheduled for the next day. I was nervous because my cat is old and he can get really spicy and bitey when attempting to trim his nails. The groomer was amazing and sweet to both me and my cat. They really know how to talk to the animals with love. My cat's nails were all trimmed in less than 5 minutes and we were out the door. The whole staff were all friendly and attentive. I'm so happy that I went here. Great little place.

Absolutely great experience! They did an amazing job on my beautiful long haired cat, hes not a fan of his paws being touched but they made him feel safe! Highly recommended for all grooming needs.

From the moment we walked in the door, I knew I could trust them with my baby. I have a dachshund so they are naturally nervous. They greeted us at the door and assured me his nervousness wouldn't be an issue. When they called me to pick him up (exactly when they said he would be ready) I could see he was in the best of care. He looked great, smelled amazing, and was happy. I definitely recommend the Pawber Shop. They are honest ans friendly. But most importantly care about your pet.

Took our two mini Australian Shepherds up to the Pawbershop for the first time this past week and they did an awesome job. We wanted different cuts for each dog and they listened to us an did a great job on each. Great price and great people that obviously love animals.

When we first got our rescue as a pup, we assumed she was a lab. I had her typed and while she has lab, she also has a long hair breed in her. After 3-4 months she gets very shaggy and never having a long haired dog before I tried a couple of places, but frankly the results ranged from OK to not so good. I found the Pawber Shop a couple of years ago and they are definitely much better than the others. My girl loves her day at "The Spa" wagging her tail all the way, and Laura is always great with her. She always comes home looking like a 8 year old pup, and smelling much better! I'm a big fan of the Pawber Shop.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been using the same groomer for years but she closed down without any word. She was really patient and great with my Teddy. I made an appt here and took the time to explain to the young man I was speaking to how nervous my yorkie is. He does not handle grooming well at all. I asked if they deal with nervous dogs. I was assured they could handle it. I asked should I bring a muzzle, I was told they had one if needed but he doubted it would be needed. I was so relieved I felt like crying cause it’s so hard to take him anywhere. Well I get there... I’m assuming the owner or lead groomer comes out looking quite perturbed. I admitted he was in bad shape and how the lady I normally went to closed up. I started explaining again how nervous he is. I could already tell she was not interested in grooming my dog. She had a complete attitude and her face was frowned the entire time talking to me. So my daughter and I leave, we didn’t even get to the car before she was calling me to come get him. I come back now the other two people are looking at me all frowned up as well. I said I explained he was nervous and if I wasn’t assured you could handle him I wouldn’t have come. I wouldn’t expect them to handle him if they felt in danger of all of his 7 pounds but there is a way to handle the situation. They were unprofessional and insolent. They seem to be very popular and busy, maybe it was a race issue as I did not see any other ethnicities represented at the time, I’m not sure but it was definitely a horrible experience.
