The products are decently priced considering how most of the items are directly shipped from Korea. However; the caveat of this reality is that they often don't wish to be associated with returns when there is customer dissatisfaction. There is no returns allowed whatsoever, although store credit will be issues for clothes, while cosmetics are final sale, no exchange at all.I find this process entirely stressful as there were no fitting rooms as far as I am concerned. and some cosmetics intentionally are packaged without expiration on the outside, but my $7/pack sheet masks expire within 6 months. Usually, a freshly minted face mask pack will indicate an expiration date 2 years from the current year as they have a long shelf life. Just go to Sephora and check the Dr Jart masks if you don't believe me. All in all, the products are good. But because of their shady and dishonest practices, I cannot grant them the 5 stars I wish to give.

I went to the store since I was around the area and I had sometime to kill. I walked in just to browse the girl working was super attentive and nice. I felt comfortable shopping without her hovering over me and asking me questions. The clothes were all decently priced and all 20% off. I walked out with 2 purchases. Super happy with them

I was looking for skin care and asked the young girl working there for help. She made some great recommendations on eye cream and face wash. I looked up the reviews and her recommendations were highly recommended. The store has various things: skin care, very cute socks, pet supplies, beautiful earrings and gorgeous rings. The girl, her name is Su- Bin, was very kind and social. She even added a few freebies to try. She was able to explain everything I asked about. Her customer service skills were great! And the store was so so cute! I can’t wait to try the products. I will come back :)

Small store with small fitting room. Comfortable fabric but a mish mash of items without clear sizes. Try stuff on and see what works! Found some amazing stuff that makes me look and feel great at this store!

I got two Korean style outfits and some earring/ring accessories. These products are hard to find from typical stores and I really like the. Plus the employees there are super nice! Will definitely recommend this place.

They were selling the lotion I wanted for $26, but online on the Nature Republic site, it was $17. I guess it was my fault for not shopping online.Also, I was getting my purchase and still signing the receipt when another lady started to use the cash register for the next person. I didn't even finish the transaction and take my purchased goods yet and she was rushing to the next person. I would understand if there was a line, but there were only 2 people on line including me.

Run array. Make sure that you will never deal with this store and it’s ownersI did not receive a refund for a lotion that I was allergic to Store manager called the owner. They spoke Korean to make sure that I will not understand what they are saying The owner told me that she does not give refunds to anyone for any reason.I have lost $65 and acquired an allergic reaction on the face. The store prints receipt that stateNO REFUNDMoreover Manager created an out right lie that there was a sample next to the lotion. In fact that was the last bottle for sale.

I have shopped for cosmetics here before, I got two clothes once, both were too big, I asked for exchange, I did not asked for a refund.They did not allow exchange for Covid reason, you can get exchange for clothes sizes everywhere, it is not against Covid code.Who can easily shop in such place. Not smart people, this store will not last....

It was okay. The store was small, so the selection of products was very random. They do carry other brands like InnisFree and EtudeHouse, but they don't carry a large variety. It was also very awkward since the employees followed me around and stopped talking when I entered the store.

The manager is nasty. She is very rude to the customer and has no manner. She is very unprofessional and treat the customer with disrespect. She need to be more polite and learn manner. I would never go back there.Don’t recommend that place.

I will definitely not return to this store, it is so uncomfortable that the employee is following you as if you were going to steal something and ask you for the things you have chosen, I have been to other k_beauty stores and they don't see me as strange as here.Apart from the fact that there is no variety, everything is so expensive.

I used to visit this place often because it had a lot of cheap and good Korean cosmetics, but now more than half of it is filled with clothes and the cosmetics aren't very good... In addition, they used to provide good samples as a service, but now they only have cheap mask packs and they cost $150. Even if you buy it, they only give you a few mask packs... I don't think I'll bother going there anymore.
