When I brought my dog home after his grooming session and removed the bowtie they put on him I found a pretty big cut on my dog’s neck. No one at the shop mentioned any incident while grooming when I picked him up. When I called the next morning to ask what happened the owner replied “Nothing happened. If there was a cut I would have noticed it. It’s probably an allergic reaction to the bowtie.” No apology or explanation. I will not be bringing my dog here ever again.

This was my first time grooming my dog here in Palisades Park. Me and my dog moved here from Philadelphia, and she’s been very anxious because of the new setting. She moves a lot when she’s with someone new and I know it must have been hard for her to sit still during the session.But the lady here was so patient and kind to my dog. She called her by name when I walked in, bathed her, cut her hair, clipped her toe nails, and brushed her teeth. She is absolutely amazing so I tipped her extra $$$. Gotta support your locals, and gotta appreciate good work!!Here’s some photos of me leaving my dog and coming back to see her. She is so cute!!

Not a good place for a miniature poodle. I took mine there for the first time and it was a complete disaster. In one area of his leg they completely shaved his hair. They changed the shape of his haircut, even though I showed them many pictures, they completely changed his hair style and left him looking horrible. I could not believe it. I was in complete disbelief after what I saw. They removed a lot of hair with the comb in a very careless way. I do not recommend you to take your miniature poodles here.

Great local groomer. Full service for 2 dogs around $100. Probably a little more for larger dogs. Same day appointments never a problem. They know our dogs by name and are super nice.

They r so nice and kind but they pulled her ear hair too hard causing her problem, and I have to go to the Doctor and pay 191$, my doctor said I’m not recommended to go there again

I have a very aggressive cat, not easy to work with, yet the folks here did such an incredible job with her! She was looking like a million bucks when they were done - clean, soft, detangled. Also it's easy to get appointment, and they are very polite and professional. Will recommend to anyone looking for a pet spa for their furry friend.

I brought in my friends Maltipoo as some groomers do not deal with aggressive dogs. I called out of desperation and they took skippy in with no appointment. Their professionalism and skills are impeccable and I am so happy with what they did with Skippy. They were so positive and skippy did not seem sad to be there. I’m very happy and will see me againUpdate* Brought my own dog in and he looks beautiful! The groomers were so nice and professional! Got him done as quick as 2 hours. I am very happy!

Been taking my dogs here for a couple of years and they come out great each time. This team does really well with bichon -Maltese type dogs. They always come back to me super clean and fresh. I also appreciate their patience as my dogs can sometimes be very nervous.

I really should have checked out reviews on Yelp. There is a dog(not my dog) bleeding on the cheeks.The worst grooming place. Came back with front two paws bleeding. Never offered any kind of apology. They did drop off meds to put on. But when I called after seeing the bleeding,1) no apologies whatsoever2) they were saying that my dog probably scratched somewhere that caused the bleedingI am utterly shocked to see how good the reviews are at this place.If you really CARE and LOVE your dog. DO NOT take your dog(s) here. There’s a reason why they charge a bit less than other places. I would much rather spend extra $5-$10 to know that my dog is in safe hands.And I’m not even gonna mention about the cut. Jesus.

Wonderful place!My dog used to be groomed at petco and they would always leave knots in (I have a keeshond) so I assumed that was normal and I would take care of the rest. These guys got EVERYTHING OUT! It was great! My pup was also much happier, calmer, and looked great :)I even drive 40 min to get my dog out here!

I just moved from Randolp NJ and tried this place. I’ve been trying many places but never satisfied as much as this one. Price is very reasonable and the staff was so kind!! I already bought four more tickets for the future service. I’m so happy ~~

I don’t recommend this place at all. I found them through Groupon. I dropped two of my pets and when I came to pick them up, they had unexplainable cuts and small wounds. No apology whatsoever or even informed us about their wrong doing. Take your service somewhere else honestly. They aren’t careful enough when it comes to grooming pets.
