Staff is professional, and they always make time for a quick walk in. Fair, honest and the prices are never blown out of proportion.The only time I'm ever up charged, is when my vehicle needs extensive work, and it's better for the repair to get multiple things fixed at once.

My mom arrived 10 minutes before they opened asking if they can plug her tire. The manager said they couldn't because they had appointments and they didn't have time. They filled her tire up with air and told her she had to go somewhere else. This was at 7:50 am and they couldn't spare 15 minutes to plug her tire. My mom is 69 years old.

We came in for 2 pre-owned tires and received an exceptionally fast service at a reasonable price. I would like to mention the service may not be for everyone as these guys are pretty rough around the edges and come off rather rude. The communication aspect from a customer service perspective can definitely use some work. 4/5 is strictly for service efficiency. 2/5 for quality of service received, my recommendation to ownership would simply be to brighten up and act more professional your existing and potential customers will be appreciative.

After a very bad experience with a well known chain "repair shop" I found myself at Oxford A-1 in desperate need of 4 new tires because the metal was showing on one of my tires and the remaining tires were not in great shape either. I called this morning and they were able to get me in at noon in the same day! They replaced all 4 tires and balanced them in about 30 minutes. I was amazed! The staff there is friendly, polite, informative, and willing to answer your questions. They're honest and don't try to give the run around. The prices were definitely reasonable. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I will definitely be going back to Oxford A-1 Tire. I legitimately felt safer riding on their tires and work than I ever did riding on my old tires. Thank you for rescuing my car!!!It should also be mentioned that I very very rarely post reviews, so when I actually do, it really holds weight. :)

Absolutely unbelievably bad service. Called for an estimate, and was rudely cut off before I even finished my sentence. Was told they "didn't have time" to answer my question. I called back twice, once hours later in the same day, and once the next day. Was told they did not have time to speak to me both times. So I showed up in person today to as to make an appointment, and the owner flat out said "get out of here". Will not ever be giving any of my business to this garage after 3 horrible interactions with the owner. Never even got to ask my questions, was just told to call back or to leave. Would absolutely not recommend.

Absolutely number one place to get tires! Their prices have beaten anyone within a 50-mile radius at least. They are quick and are prompt with their scheduling and I highly recommend anyone who needs tires to call them and make an appointment. It is worth it!

Got some tires put on the whip. They are fast, not like NASCAR fast, but I dont know if that's a realistic expectation. Still pretty fast though. They are friendly and reasonably priced, and all my wheels go round and round, what more do you want? Go there for your tire needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Rudest person at the counter, seemed like he didn't want to be bothered or want my business I asked very simple questions and was going to have two vehicles get new tires but ended up just walking out because of poor customer service. Price might be good but customer service is lacking to say the least. Would NOT recommend

I've been using this tire shop for over 10 years because I want to support the local businesses. I don’t mind the attitude or the poor customer service and higher prices, I understand what it is like to own a business. I’ve purchased number of tires from Oxford A-1 tires over the years. Today I needed a valve stem on a wheel for a car I’m restoring, first they looked annoyed as soon as I came, next, I’m told the tire is no good. I haven’t taken the tire out of my trunk yet. He says it’s an odd size so I would have to look it up and order a tire for you. How odd can it be it’s an 85 Corvette tire? He refused to change the valve stem, told me I need a new tire. Frustrated, I told him thanks and moved on. Drove to Hackettstown had the valve stem changed for $10. Asked the guy if the tire is bad he said it’s not great but its fine. That’s the last time I will ever go to Oxford A-1 tire, should not treat people like that and the neighborhood is changing so get used to it.

On the phone for price and availability tells ya " Oh maybe tomorrow ill look to see if we have your tire " really well hope im not stranded on the side of the road waiting for tomorrow to see if they have the tire size and when questioned about it i got " There is many, many people ahead of you goooood byyyeee" great for business thanks guys.
