Although they always seem understaffed, the staff they do have is stellar!I have been recovering from an ankle injury/surgery for the last four months and this Walgreens has been the most helpful with small necessities of mine and prescription.Donnella was kind enough to get me a product I needed that was a long walk and Rosalia was kind enough to help me with my things to the car.On a separate night, I had a small issue, and Katrina helped me out with ease!Thank you!!

Trash !!! This store is on the decline for many reasons. Walgreens as a whole isnt doing well. They dont want to understand that people can find better pricing elsewhere. They are going so broke they dont offer cash back anymore. Smh

I went in Walgreens today (Orange location) I had Renea as my cashier, She was the absolute BEST cashier I ever had inside of a Walgreens in every city & state, She treat u so well, she’s very respectful & she not the kind of person that’s just there for a paycheck, She care about customers & she knows how to talk to the customers, I watched her while I was in line the way she treated ALL the customers was the same, NOT just me ALL OF US, I was impressed, I mean just EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE MAKE HER A MANAGER ASAP, she deserves it, I live in Maplewood but from now on when I go to Walgreens it will ONLY be the Orange location (the one on Central Ave by Cebter street, Rene if u ever see this comment pls stay just the way u are & keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing this young lady anytime I come to Walmart (Orange location)

They never have anything in the store. The pharmacy definitely need better staffing. They never have your prescription ready after you get a notification. A friend of mines had a bad experience, she came to pick up her prescription after receiving a call that it was ready. Her husband comes to pick up her prescription and they told him to that it was not in stock, they sent him to the Union store and gave him false information. Which led him to come back to this Walgreens to complain to lady and come to find out find out the lady sent the prescription to the pharmacy in Newark . It’s things like this a customer should never have to deal with. Do better Walgreens!!!!

So happy this pharmacy is open 24 hrs. I didn't notice I was running out of baby formula until it was 1030pm and all other stores were closed. Definitely a life saver.

This Walgreens pharmacy's staff is anxiety ridden. 4-5 people working, only 3 people waiting/being helped and the one staff member that tried to help me couldn't barely stay in one place to help me with getting my COVID test done for surgery after I already had an appointment. Won't be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTINGI had an appointment and was on time. Three cars in front of me when I arrived. It took almost 2 hours for me to complete my testing. Listen, everyone should be cut some slack during these crazy pandemic times. I can only say that I’ve been to CVS for drive thru testing several times at several different locations. Also have gone through county sponsored drive thru site. And they all ran smoothly and quickly. This just seemed really disorganized. It took them about 20 minutes just to get my paperwork together. I could see the man running the testing window touching all sorts of things and then putting his hands numerous times into my “sterile” testing bag which was also about 1 foot away from pharmacy customers with no plexiglass in between. They also have me a piece of paper saying my testing was through Aegis. Not sure what that’s about bc Walgreens has a partnership with LabCorp. Just checked in with Aegis 2 days after my test and it says that they still have not received my sample. Do yourself a favor and get your testing done elsewhere.

👎If There was a zero rating here, I would have selected it. The managers and the pharmacy staff here are horrible, very ghetto and non-caring to customers..very poor customer service. The managers and pharmacy staff need Extra customer service training or Walgreens Corporate need to fire them and get more professional staff.Please Do NOt go to this pharmacy to pick up meds for yourself or love ones IF you care.Go to another Walgreens.

I went to get my covid booster & flu shot & Ruth the Pharmacy Tech gave me them. She is a great employee & if corporate reads this give her a raise cause what & who she deals with that comes to that store. So Tyvm Ruth.

I don't shop there often, because it's far. I do go there to get coffee creamer sometimes. They have gotten kind of expensive. They don't have the rewards card anymore, but you can still get savings by putting in your phone number.

They ask me $48 dollar for a nebulizar mask just for the mask, the lady from the farm act don’t believe the price and call the manager to see if that’s was the real price and the manager said yes that the price and that piece cost is from 10 to 15 dollar only

Very clean & organize inside, the staff are very polite and helpful, shoppers keep their 6 ft distance in line, and when shopping you can be in and out of there in no time, the items on the shelves are are placed in a convenient display, ,

The slowest drive through for covid tests . Hour plus wait after my appointment. Then finally get to the window and another 30 minutes . I’ve been to cvs the last two times and was quick . This is ridiculous

SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!! Shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to get through a DRIVE THRU! Especially during a pandemic where many don’t feel comfortable coming into the store just for medicine

The operation at the photo counter is horrible, the system is never functional. Also who thought to have the Western Union access as part of the same computer for the photo lab? Stop being cheap Walgreens and get a separate computer.
