The indian manger who works there is very rude and disrespectful every time me and my friends come here he thinks we are going to steal he needs to be fired immediately he is very rude and is always giving attitude

Must be a new girl because everyone is always really nice and helpful but this female working the apparel isle was super rude. She didn't ask how she could help me instead made me feel very uncomfortable. Like I was in her way. Never shopping there unless she isn't. Or unless she is put through a rigorous customer service training. She definitely doesn't need to be out on the floor hindering people from shopping. Smh.

The staff is amazing. One of the young ladies helped me and my daughter to the car with our rock salt tonight!! I really appreciate that kind gesture because she didn't have too!! After going to the back and making sure it was some out for the customers!!

DO NOT BUY MILK FROM THIS FAMILY DOLLAR! THEIR REFRIGERATOR IS WARM! Was going to get milk from here but their Cooler or Refrigerator was warm! The date was good but drinking warm milk is not healthy in this instance! Buy your milk from another store! I am not sure if this place appreciates its customers!

Love the new cashier's so kind and courteous..they changed this store so much.. don't even know where everything is..but looks good...new manager is great glad they got rid of the old ones..

I have returned to this store again and again only to see old Snack items from August restocked AFTER i returned them to the manager. I think she/he is named Kareema she is nasty. Im polite too. I was not given my proper amount of change. Short 10.00. This store needs to be reported.

Came here more than once and was told that not our circular or idk about that but that's not the price when I'm showing them the family dollar circular, date and item I also have the coupons on my card. I don't think they are honoring all of the deals like they should.. Something is labeled $1 but is supposed to b 88¢ but when I get it to the register they tell me $1 was taken off huh? Well how much was the original price when original price where 3 rolls of them was hanging was $1..

This place is horrible. Horrible customer service. Rude managers and employees. Horrible merchandise. Their headphones break, in a matter of days they are falling apart. Do not buy technology of any kind from here. I also bought a charger from here and the charger broke within a week and I did nothing to it at all. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!FRANCISCO IS THE BEST WORKER THERE. Periodttttttt

Went in there today. Went to pet section to get cat food and to see if they had litter. Picked up a few cans of cat food. When went to see what litter they had,there was rodent “poop” all on the shelves.And the guy who works there didn’t say a word. Instead of saying something he just looked.I will never step foot in that store again. DISGUSTING!!!!

I love this particular one,the prices have gone up since covid pandemic but it stays well stocked up until about 2 months ago.staff is great but it seems they always relocating products which is annoying. Otherwise its my favorite go to store

The family dollar on Scotland road is horrible. It's always a mess and unorganized. They staff is so unprofessional it's sad. They dont have the stuff otge family dollars have. It's just sad tgat it us ran so poorly. The staff need a lot if training.

Sorry but long ass lines alll the time with ONE register and when they do open a 2nd one its debit only and most of us on the line have cash everytime they say that so its not helping anyone!!! They desperatly need more cashier help and to have both cashiers accept both CASH and debit

Lines are always long no matter what time you come, employees just watch the main cashier burn instead of helping him/her service the line. I come here as a last resort.

Family Dollars like a small Walmart you can go in and get the things you need at decent prices I love Family Dollar cuz they have name brand things and cheaper than regular store I'm going to Family Dollar me 6 days a week and get the things I need and I just love Family Dollar stores

Tight parking spots on a hill. Don't forget your parking brake. 2 handicap accessible spots and entrance, freezer section and public restroom. Shopping carts do not have poles so you can haul your stuff to your vehicle.

Well stocked and clean store. Unlike Dollar Tree or General Dollar which always look ransacked and someone is always fighting or starting trouble.
