The woman working there right now (Tuesday December 19th 2023 @ 9am) is the worst cashier I have ever come across. I'm standing in front of her ready to pay for my item, but she's skipping me and scanning the items for another customer behind me. He puts it on the belt because his hands were full. I tell her those are not my items and she says well she's ringing them up already, even I'm right in front of her and he's after me and all I'm buying is one item. She does not apologize and expected me to stand there and watch her tend to the customer behind me first. I walked out and never stepping a foot in that store in Orange again. The worst cashier ever.

He started throwing my stuff one by one, as well as telling me to swipe my stuff myself, even though it's automatic. Unbelievably rude cashier #3 didn't do all the bad timing but this part did.She wanted me to pay her exactly and I didn't bring any change so I was looking for all my coins to be able to pay, then I told her I had a $100 bill and she said no, she wanted her exact payment very rudely, I put the cents one by one and loose bills on the counter and then she tells me in a very angry voice to put the money in her hand…everyone looking and I very embarrassed asked her what was her problem with me.Tengo evidencia de esto y obviamente en las cámaras de seguridad estaría claro obviamente .además que yo grave una parte cuando tiraba mis cosas 😡😡vieja fea

Always only one register open and lines be long. Rarely the shelves are filled most of the time ot is empty. There are some good employees there, but most of them are rude and disrespectful. Needs to be cleaner, too Always messy.

Well stocked and have a good variety of holiday novelties. A bit messy but staff was out organizing shelves. The check out line was long but it was Christmas Eve. Parking lot is a plus!

Always nobody at register when open you have to wait for someone to come up and WITH a attitude,either you want to work or not and always a different change of employees,just go in there while waiting for bus

Unfortunately because this place is so conveniently located that one has NO Choice BUT to use it. The shift supervisor as well as most of the employees are very rude and disrespectful. There are many reasons why this place receive 1 *. First, they're so unprofessional and truly ghetto. Second they provide inaccurate information. For example, I inquired about return or exchange policy about particular items before proceeding with the transaction. I was told that I can't return but they can exchange and I must get and keep my receipt. The store offers options to print receipts or disregard it. And if one chooses the latter option, their receipts will not be printed. In my case I choose to print my receipts. When I took the items back, the shift supervisor refused to exchange it and wants me to come back to speak to the store manager... the whole situation is very unpleasant and too long to explain. I will definitely go to another Dollar Tree and avoid this location.

The managers Leonah and Brandi are very helpful and courteous. I have never experienced any rudeness from any staff. Can get very busy and lines can be long but it should be expected during peak shopping hours. I usually shop early when the store 1st opens.

I would definitely not recommend this place not only is there no staff but my mom and I were there just two weeks ago and the cashier called my mother stupid just because we were waiting in line. And we feel really offended and we need to be treated with respect. 😡

This location is one of a few Dollar trees I frequent on a weekly basis. In a perfect world, I'll be able to find all the items I need at one location! Nevertheless, I make it happen. I wish this location was cleaner. The staff sometimes don't care to stick to a dress code, boxes are in aslies (blocking), and the floors are dirty. I usually like to be in and out to avoid any negative vibes or long lines.

The line was extremely long, with only one register open. I walked in and walked out. This is the 2nd time this has occurred at this location. The store has an amazing variety but they must do better with the staffing and organization.

Boxes setting all over the floor. Msds on the counters, damage and on open, you pick up item it's spilling on you .one of your sale persons. Let someone know when there is a problemIt's shouldn't put on the shelves in that conditionAnd to top it off. When I get to the register, I am told that I will have to pay for a second ajax cleanser, I left. It all ! This is the store in Orange area at. the Erie Loop. Poor service, I will not be shop there again, I rate it a 0 overall! Thank you!

This store is a disgrace. Empty shelves.Boxes everywhere. Very old items not even unboxed yet. The manager tries his hardest and is very nice but without the right staff it's pointless. The staff is rude and could care less that the store is a wreck and dangerous to shop in. I could barely get my cart down a few of the aisles. East Orange Dollar Tree is 100x better and well stocked.

I really don't care for this location. The employee's don't help you. There were 4 employees helping 1 customer blow up 1 balloon yesterday, while no one is working on the register. To add insult to injury they looked at all of us in.line and didn't care. I would of complained to the manager but he was just as rude and was aware of what was going on. Not taking care of customers and talking to your friends that seem to always be there just isn't professional. Mind you this has happened to me at this location 3 times, but never again. I just shook my head with disappointment and left. I have been to the other dollar trees and they are friendly hard working employees. So it's just this location that probably won't last.

Lots of good stuff, but the shop was messy boxes of stuff in almost every aisle as if they want you to get the stuff out of the box. The boxes also covered some of the shelves so one can't see what is on them. The grocery row is a mess. Used restroom it was clean, I guess because one has to get the key from the cashier. Spent close to $40 hence the 3 star

Cashier is too rude told a customer before me she should’ve come another time when she have time cause she said she couldn’t wait for the manager to come give 3 cents change. And caught a attitude with me twice because I wanted cash back. She’s playing music on her phone and talking on the phone in front of customers get new cashiers this happened 02/22/19 9:30 am

Today 01/20/20 at 8:00 pm I went to this location and was met at the door by a very rude employee, who pulled the door shut and lock it and walked away. No explanation as to why they were closing early, she said NOTHING. I spend to much of my hard earn money at this store to be treated in that manner.

Nice place to shop. While my coworkers are spending $8 in the cafeteria per day, $2 got (it's now $2.50 since items are now $1.25) me through the day. No WiFi is available but it's not a problem as the walls does not block your mobile data. Also, Comcast/Xfinity is broadcasting in the area.

MANAGER - DARLENE.Let say what a wonderful patient person she is. I needed a bunch of balloons. Buying a bunch can be annoying and finding the ones that work best for my needs is another issue. She helped me with not only the right choices but was so pleasant. I will go out of my way to visit this store because of someone like her

Come in at 7:30 for one item. Left at 8pm. A million people on line and only one lane open. Someone, the bosses or owners, are saving a few bucks by making customers waste time in line and overworking the ONE person actually cashiering. Shameful.

I love this dollar tree, but the thing is maybe by Wednesday the store might be out of stock, I rate 4 stars because theres just 2 registers. if you are patient this store I will recommend, if you in a rush I will recommend somewhere else, otherwise EVERYTHING is a dollar no matter how big or what items you are gonna buy.

Love the staff, very helpful. But the store needs more personal to organize the merchandise out of the way and put it up on shelf's so customer's be able to purchase what they need. To much work for small personal, need more cashier's.

Find almost anything at the Dollar Tree on Main Street in Orange county. Recently I went there to reload a Green Dot card but the register didn't recognize the card. It was reloading always until recently. I went back another time and the same thing happened

For Some Reason the Dollar Tree in Orange on Main Street is CLOSED and they have a Big Sign in the Window at the Front Door Reading CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE I would like to know how is it going or Let the Public No when that Further Notice is Up and they have OPEN The DOORS BACK UP ??? because they Definitely did not Let the Public Know that they will be CLOSED because nobody knows until they Drive or Walk Up to the Door and See the SIGN.......,,
