I just can’t with CVS it doesn’t even matter the location…from the west coast to the east cvs is just not an enjoyable experience to go there. I wish I could pinpoint what it is but really it’s the entire experience.

By far the slowest and most unreliable CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. The drive thru line takes about 10 minutes per car. They even close for 30 minutes ebey day as if sickness/medications stop for 30 minutes a day. Have they not heard of a rotating lunch schedule. Let me not forget the number of times the app has told us that the prescription was ready, only to wait for 15 -20 min in the line for them to tell it is not ready. We just have to wait ANOTHER 15-20 minutes.

Always very busy, but they care and do the best they can with the high volume of customers they have. Usually a wait.

No one helps in the store. The Pharmacy is understaffed and the front of the store has no one working the isles. Maybe get rid of the cashiers and have them help while we have self check out!

Don’t expect to get your prescription fast. Very slow employees with “not my problem” attitudes
